Had tour with this company's representative Chad Marshall at 11AM today. Was pleased with presentation of services.

It's good. I am happy with the service. I would recommend it.

They did a very good job. Sometimes when we first used them we called right away, last minute, and they would be able to get someone out that same day.

I've been totally thrilled with the services ComForcare have offered! We started out with a limited number of hours, but after we saw what a big help the service was we added more. They've always been able to accommodate any schedule changes we've requested and always have caregivers available! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking into care for a loved one!

I am exploring different senior services knowing that in the near future I will need help with my 92 yr. old father. I had a service for in home care for help straight out of the hospital. I was VERY disappointed in their follow through. They missed many rehab appointments, therefore we missed out on the care. ComForcare was very knowledgeable of the needs that should have been provided. Next time I will NOT take the hospital recommendation, but go with ComForcare.

After doing a lot of research into different agencies they were the best option at a reasonable cost. They’ve never let me down! As far as I’m concerned ComForcare Senior Services is the only service for me!

They are just great! We have had no issues with communication or scheduling and it's been a great experience working with them! If I could, I would give them 6 stars!

Com Forcare Home Care Delta has proven to be exactly what we were looking for. The two ladies who come in during the day to help care for my Mom have been delightful, skilled, caring, and so helpful. They provide not only excellent skilled care, they give Mom lots of positive reinforcement to help her gain her confidence back while seeing that she has assistance when she needs it. Thanks so much for passing their name on to me. We did interview a couple other suggested agencies and they were also excellent in their offered services and interest in giving me information and helping to make a hard decision a bit easier and less stressful. I let Mom make the final decision after we had heard from several of the agencies.

I like their business attitude, you can get a hold of people when you need to. They will contact me and let me know that they called hospice for her. They are creative in interacting with her and ask what she wants to watch, and they are creative with the meal prep. They are always prompt and friendly. They follow up with us to see how things are going. The owner even came to visit her even after they already got the contract.

The caregiver is just great. She is just companionship and transportation at this point, but she would be willing to do more if my parents would let her. We have been very pleased with both the individual care giver and with the agency as a whole.

They've been really great. I'm pretty sure the cost in line with other services. I didn't check around a whole lot. They help my father with bathing assistance, dressing, meal prep, and medication reminders. He has severe dementia but there's no issues. He seems happy with them. The only other thing I would say is they do work with the VA health system so they VA benefit which is great.

I would like to say they're a 5 but we've only had them for a little while and I don't have anything else to compare them to but so far it's been really great. The people are very attentive, I had a little bit of trouble with the first girl , it was a personality thing but they were really helpful and the people we have now are great. Actually, of the three I interviewed, they turned out to be a couple dollars cheaper. The care is everything momma needs so far and we're trying to work her into some other things and they're helping us with that. Right now she jsut likes to sit and talk to them but it's helping her cognitive skills.

My experience thus far with Conforcare has been very positive. The two caregivers are friendly and conscientious. They both like to cook and provide good meals for my mother. The program manager Lila Bascom is excellent. She helped arrange a service provider to fumigate my mother's house when someone brought bedbugs into the house. We think it was the previous caregivers. She selected caregivers that met my criteria.

I had excellent care with my father, they were fantastic so I was really lucky. It was just that it was so expensive even with the long term care insurance and with him falling I thought we couldn't have him home anymore because it was going to endanger other people. Our care giver, Lisa, we found pretty quickly, which was nice. He likes her a lot, and she's really an angel and godsend to me.

We're using ComForCare Home care for my brother, and they're very honest. ComForCare is very honest and upfront - if someone's not going to make it for the day, they tell us right away. Both of the aides they sent us have been a real blessing. They started with a female aide and then sent us a male aide as well and they've been incredible.

We are starting tomorrow with ComForcare Senior; We had a meet and greet, I am sure they will take good care of my husband.

FLexible and negotiated price points and took initiative to help with LTHC insurance! RN is emergency room nurse with good assessment skills. Very responsive- Interviewed well with whole family there. State certified aides. Rigorous hiring process 1 week deposit- Hope this works out

I spoke to the director and was very impressed with his service options. When I am ready and in need for his service- I will be calling his company. I like his options the best.

I have been extremely happy with the care my mother has received from ComforCare. She has all her needs met. I was recently very ill, and there were some issues that needed to be addressed, and ComforCare handled everything. I especially want to mention [name removed], who has gone above and beyond on several ocaissions, doing things on her personal time to make sure my mother was OK. I have used another service, and the difference is amazing. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. I would recommend it to anyone.

I was happy with their referrals, which seemed thoughtful and useful.
