Cogir Senior Living

My mother has been a resident in memory care for not quite 2 weeks but has commented how much she likes it there each time I visit. The staff are very positive and cheerful, and everyone from the reception staff to the administrators are ready to help.

How can you put a price on care of your loved one? Price is the last consideration when looking for the best care. The people who take care of my wife [name removed] know her. They know what she doesn't like ( getting up early enough for breakfast) what she likes ( walking and hamburger) and where she might be if not in her room! When visiting [name removed] every week I see how the staff treat others. They are always attentive to each person's needs and how best to fill their needs. I have never observed them be anything but quietly helping people do their best. I don't know about other establishments but I have the cell phone number for the Administrator and can communicate with her at any time if I have any concerns or questions.

So far things are working out very well for my loved one at Park Plaza. It seems like a very nice facility and we have had no complaints.

We are extremely happy with Cadence at Mint Hill. Being a registered nurse right away we noticed the great system they had in place for their covid protocols. There is a computer right when you enter that you sign in, put down who you are visiting, fill out a covid questionnaire and take your temperature. Other places were a little loosy goosie when it came to their covid protocols and this community is right on top of it. Their setting from the inside looks like a hotel, there are great sitting areas and all the hallways are clean. When we came during the holidays they were just putting up the Christmas Tree and everything was so festive. They have a nice gym area where PT is. Our loved one has a nice suite with two rooms, a place for a refrigerator and a shared bathroom. Anytime something happens to our loved one no matter how big or small they always reach out to us. We appreciate how communicative they are. When we came on the tour we met everyone - they made sure to introduce us to the activities director who is fantastic. We met all the dining staff and head chef who made us fudge. We met the med techs and learned out their reporting system works. They really had nothing to hide.

I was very overwhelmed at the entire process moving my dad into senior living. from the first tour to move in, I was welcomed and we were treated with great respect. dad loves the activities and the staff a lot. I believe this is a great place for seniors to age. Mill Creek is lucky to have Cogir.

Gorgeous inside and out. The team at Brandywine Living at Potomac was warm, inviting and really payed attention to what we were looking for. I would strongly recommend them to any other family looking for amazing service and great care.

[name removed] was great at helping us find a place at Cogir for my sister. she is very professional and became a good friend.

We went with Harvard Park because it was one of the more affordable option s in the area and the staff were all super friendly. The apartment sizes are very nice and spacious. I liked that they were not trying to be too much, it is modest living but they have a real sense of community. This gives my dad the freedom to feel he is living his own life with independence but he has people there around him if he were to need something. They allow alcohol but it is not central to the socializing and for my dad this was very important. It is the perfect fit for him and I would absolutely recommend them to others looking for this type of living.

This is a very clean community with no smell. My loved one was here for a short stay. The food was good for my loved one during their stay. This was an excellent care community. We have no complaints. The staff was friendly and took great care of my loved one. The staff was good at keeping an eye on my loved one, doing medication management and bathing. There were lots of activities for the residents to participate in if they wanted too.

All of the staff we met with during our tour were very nice and helpful. We liked the facility, but the room sizes for the price was just not what we were looking for.

we love our apartment and have felt at home. we attend all the activities and use the pool and physical therapy. staff are wonderful.

we were in a rush to find a facility for my mother in law, and were getting pretty frustrated with the process, until we met [name removed] at Cogir, Millcreek. we felt at home right away. the facility is beautiful, clean, and filled with a diverse group of residents. it really sells itself, but if you need a nudge, like we did, call [name removed] and she will make you feel right at home. the peace of mind we have now is immeasurable. you will love this place.

staff is very helpful and efficient. caregivers are kind and encouraging. activity schedule is well organized. setting is very harmonious.

I honestly did not have high expectations because I really did not know about Independent Living and about Longmont Regent. I scheduled a visit as I was researching for a friend. Anyhow the tour lasted about two hours because I asked a lot of questions and the sales person was so kind and patient and honest. She took time and was not pushy but was pretty honest about the process of researching and what to expect next. Needless to say we chose Longmont Regent its been almost two years and she LOVES it. In fact she has flourishes here. I even feel like family when I visit. Fantastic job to the staff and I love the residents!

Cogir of Sonoma Senior Living is just a great place and we would definitely recommend them to other families.

This community did not have the ocean view available and that was the only thing that my loved one really wanted. That is why we did not go with this community. Other than this the tour was great and they were able to provide a lot of information.
