Everything is fine but you need to have your own medical resources. I know Cadence is looking into other vendors for medical services so may get better.

For our situation, our loved ones both have different problems and Where the Heart is best facilitates them both without having to place them in two separate facilities. They have not been here long, but based off of the experience so far, we would recommend the facility to others,

Cadence at Mooresville is a fantastic place. Extraordinary on site internal medicine physician care, personal attention (achievement helped by small size of facility), home like setting, friendly responsive staff.

I toured this community for my spouse and I. Our tour guide was a very wonderful young lady. Answered all questions and was very friendly!

This facility is close to home. They offer weekly housekeeping and daily activities. They have a secured entrance. Friendliness is great, meal selection could be better.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked the facility, but we picked another community just based on the better location

I have been able to see so much life and happiness in the face of the residents of this amazing building. It is a joy to visit all of the. The overall happiness of the staff and residents as well as all of the visitors to the community is absolutely astounding

What sticks out to me about this facility is the people and their patience with my dad. He's a bit of a handful.

The Garden Club has been great - We are so glad to have found this place. The staff is heart felt and engaging. They are prompt to address issues should they arise. My husband has come to feel safe and welcomed there. I couldn't be happier.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. We have been satisfied with our experience. so far Our loved one has been pleased with the community and has settled in nicely. The staff we have dealt with have been helpful, friendly, and nice. The management communication with the family has been nice and helpful. The food is enjoyed by our loved one. There are three meals a day served and there choices for the residents to choose from.

I did not have the chance to visit the Holiday Harvard Park community but according to other families members the staff were all really great

The facility isn't fancy, but it's very comfortable and homey. The staff is outstanding - they really get to know and care about the residents. It's not about money at the Regent; it's truly about the residents.

It has been a wonderful transition for my mother-in-law. The staff is very caring and have been very helpful to our loved one and our family.

Parents have lived here for 3 years. Caring for elders in a respectful manner is practiced here. Japanese food options for lunches and dinners. Gated, walled safe property, large gardens. Highly rec'd

There have been a few issues, but nothing major. They've had a high turnover of cleaning people. So just when my parents get used to one person coming in and cleaning their apartment, it seems to change and then they have a new person and that person never seems to clean as good as the one before. I've been there several times and have had lunch with my parents and the food has always been very good when I've been there. I know there are some days where it doesn't seem that it's up to par, but I think it might just be individuals taste. I'm really impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Now as far as value for the money, I guess it's comparable to most places. But it does seem that the cost has gone up a few times since my parents have moved in. But overall I think it has been a really good move for them. They have met lots of people and seem to get along with everyone. I am happy that they are in a safe environment.

Bay Pointe has been a good choice for our loved one The staff members are great and ready to work with but occasionally their follow through lacks. Staff members are very welcoming and friendly. There is a great assortment of activities and they are very welcoming on including residents family members in there activities. I would recommend this facility.

It's a safe facility. It's clean and people are helpful. The food is good. It is pricey but all are and this one is cheaper than others. My loved one and I would like more veggies. Activties are good however my loved one does not take part often enough to judge.

Things are good here. It's a very homey place with a great atmosphere. Mom is still trying to adjust, but they're doing their best to help her with it. They also have 2 residents here whom are resident ambassadors. They help new residents adjust, learn their way around, get used to meal times, etc. We really like that and it's been helpful for mom's adjustment. The staff does a great job! They've had quite a few changes in staff lately (both care and administration staff), but the new staff is just as wonderful as the old was. So it's been good. The meals have actually improved lately, I'm not sure if they've gotten a new chef or what has changed, but they're better than they used to be and they were never bad. But definitely better now. They play the piano for the residents during meal times, which is nice. The activities director was really great, but she's no longer here. I'm not sure if they've filled her position yet or not, but it seems like maybe they haven't. Overall we're very pleased with this facility. I would recommend them to family and friends.
