Cogir Senior Living

I have lived at the Loft for a year and love it. The the staff and residents are caring and always helpful, they truly care about people. There is always something to do for everyone from taking a bus tours, parties, musical events exercise, games etc. or just sitting in the lobby and visiting with a cup of coffee. My only regret is not moving to The Loft three years ago when I sold my home. This is truly my home and family. Don’t wait, join us.

The community is beautiful but it's the residents that make it a home. They are so welcoming and look after each other. It's comforting to live with people that have been through similar things in life like the death of a spouse or loved one, selling a home and downsizing or giving up your car. The residents are so supportive of each other. A wonderful and inviting community.

We liked the community. We chose another community due to a friend's referral initially.

This is an awesome community. My loved one was able to make friends and settle in very quickly in the community. The staff are great to work if the family has questions or concerns, and they are quick to respond with answers. It would be nice to see some bigger portions and more variety of options for meals for the residents.

After speaking with a representative from a place for mom, I decided to have a tour of Cogir. I was very impressed and decided that day to move in. It is a beautiful spot with lovely people working and living here. They also pay the electricity for your car!

Once we saw that she could no longer live alone, we moved our [age removed] yo mother to Cogir. We were excited about the many specialization opportunities. Sadly when she did not recover well from a fall and was in with Cogir and Mom had excellent care till the end. Cogir also took care of the family and helped ease our situation. I hope I am to spend my last days in such an environment.

I am most impressed with the friendliness of the staff. They treat the all of the residents like family! The facility is first rate. No one has to stay in their rooms all the time. There are several places, including outdoors, where they can go to read, watch tv, meet with friends & family, etc. The activity schedule is full of activities that cover a wide range.

The place is comfortable, clean, and the people that work there really do care.

Mom had excellent care, and Cogir took care of our family, too. Cogir became our home away from home, and helped ease our sad situation. My sister and I both hope we can spend our last days in such an environment.

I am happy living at this community. My apartment is nice. Staff cares about residents. I attend many activities.

My brother and I moved Mom into a beautiful, 1 bedroom, 4 years ago. Less expensive and a much nicer facility then all others we looked at. 4 years later Mom wants to stay as long as she can. The new salesperson found us a beautifully refurbished studio in one day. This move from a 1 bedroom to a studio will allow Mom to stay many years. It has beautiful plank flooring throughout., windows provide natural light, and is near an exit for easy access with her dog. Mom is excited about her new space and we couldn’t be happier. Mom loves the quality and selection.of the 3 meals included with the rent, and the many activities on site including fitness and pleasure,. Mom has aged backwards the last 4 years. She feels her quality of life is better than ever. I can’t say enough about Greshem Manor. Very clean, safe and the staff is amazing, We are thankful our 82 year’s young Mom will stay where she loves for many years to come. Thank you Greshem Manor for making this possible.

We had a very nice tour experience with Cogir of Vacaville, the facility itself is very clean and nice. We did not see as many residents out and about as we were hoping to. It just did not seem like it was going to be the best fit for our loved one.

I would tell others that this is a pretty good experience for the price. I would recommend you look at the community to see if it will work for your loved one. The staff communication has been great with the family. The community has activities for the residents to participate in, if they choose to.

We chose Harvard Square because of the location and when we were down here touring it just felt like the right fit. The food is really good, the chef met with my mom the first day and wanted to make sure she was happy. I have had a hard time getting a hold of the gal in charge of medical care so I think we need to figure out a way that communication can work better for the both of us. I would definitely recommend the facility, it is very nice. I really like that they integrate assisted living and independent living residents so my mom is able to have more interaction.

When you walk in the door, you can feel the positive atmosphere. Residents and staff with smiles on their faces (through masks, of course) and the hustle and bustle of activity. A great blend between a well-appointed community and very happy people.

Avamere staff has gone above and beyond for my family and I am so happy my parents get to spend their last years surrounded with such loving people.

We toured with Ambriant at Avondale and the facility is brand new and very upscale. The atmosphere was bright, airy and beautiful. Unfortunately it was much more than we would have been able to afford, but it was extremely nice.

Our loved one really enjoys all of the staff that works there. The activities are still a little limited right now but the value for the money is excellent and based on our overall experience so far we would absolutely recommend the Studio Royale community to other families.
