My experience with the team at Tribute at Black Hill has been wonderful! Each person is so dedicated to ensuring that their residents are not only comfortable and happy, but especially through these difficult times, they have gone above and beyond with their creativity to allow their residents to thrive. One example is how they were able to come up with a way for their residents to safely visit with family members through many different tactics that catered to each person's needs! The team at Tribute at Black Hill cares deeply for each resident and family member they come across and they have become such a huge part of the surrounding community by bringing other professionals together who can help each person in different capacities. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with them!

Resident 6 years now. I enjoy great neighbors, active Bayada helping with PT/OT. Friendly staff, fun things to do, walking club, we have a lot to be thankful for here.

Community clean, loved walking outside, apartment looked nice - 1 bedroom we visited, spoke to a few residents - were friendly, happy, and the said sales person very experienced and knowledgeable and answered all questions.

Nice, friendly, loved the walking trail outside. I hope to move in soon.

Everyone seemed happy, large apartments, friendly. I think my parents will enjoy, if they decide to sell their home and move to NC.

I work for Bayada HH and take care of many residents' therapy needs - The staff is pleasant and helpful and the community is amazing. Love having Pinecrest in my hometown.

I toured and signed lease June 2020. Staff and residents friendly. I can be closer to family and not live alone anymore.

Under the conditions we are situated in right now, they are doing their best to keep everyone comfortable, well and happy.

I like the companionship with everyone else here. The activities are great. The food is excellent!

I have been fortunate to get to work with this team through some of the most challenging times in senior living and the team worked closely with residents, families and each to ensure the safety, well-being and needs of their residents were met. It has been a pleasure to work with a team so dedicated to helping everyone live life to the fullest!

Tribute at Black Hill is a beautiful, new facility, open with a lot of natural light. As beautiful as the facility is, it’s not the best part, but the quality of the staff is. They are truly the best! They are warm and caring, much more than just healthcare givers. They treat residents as friends. Every concern is taken seriously and addressed. There are many activities. My sister is made aware of activities, but not pushed. She is allowed to be who she is and is treated with respect as an individual. Her life is so much better now. She is well cared for, and I can hear in voice that she is content. God is so good! He led us (via A Place for Mom) to a place that is better than any of us could have imagined.

Oustanding community living, wonderful activities (always - but currently impacted by COVID). Wonderful food delivered to my door, many amenities no charge for using washer/dryer. Friends, family even church on Sundays. Our staff and servers are our family. I would give Cascadian Place 10 stars!

Mother lives here. Employees go above and beyond their jobs, especially during Covid. [Names removed] and staff are exceptionally, good people.

Welcoming and professional.

I was impressed (after variety of 8 places) with the friendly residents and staff. The cleanliness, the gardens, and the meals. Also activities of many. The transportation available. Since the virus concerns, it is harder since no food in the dining hall which was always the best social time. We are doing 9 residents but socially not easy for communication. But appreciate the feeling of being safe.

Recent managers exceptional. Chef and staff are talented. Housekeepers and servers devoted all have become friends. Food choices have become limited. Food sources need to be explored.

I loved Carson Plaza. I was sad to have to leave. The residents and staff are wonderful. I Just couldn't afford to stay.
