Cogir Senior Living

We toured with Ambriant at Avondale and the facility is brand new and very upscale. The atmosphere was bright, airy and beautiful. Unfortunately it was much more than we would have been able to afford, but it was extremely nice.

Our loved one really enjoys all of the staff that works there. The activities are still a little limited right now but the value for the money is excellent and based on our overall experience so far we would absolutely recommend the Studio Royale community to other families.

We were very comfortable leaving our loved one at Cadence at Huntersville for respite care. She had a very nice room, the community was always super clean and the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. Based on the experience we had with Cadence we would recommend this community to other families.

The Seville was a very nice facility and we liked what we saw. Unfortunately the price was just a little too high for us, but if it were not for that my loved one was definitely going to consider moving here.

We would like to give a big shout out to [name removed] and to Mill Creek Cogir. [name removed] went above and beyond introducing us to Cogir at Mill Creek. We are looking for a place for our mother. She is not quite ready yet to move, but when she is we are confident she will choose this facility. It is obvious she will thrive there with the kind of loving care and the many activities to keep her busy, active, and safe.

My brother-in-law was in need of independent living accommodation. I first found a "home for mom" who in turn reached out to our community with available options for him in his price range. [name removed] called me within minutes, we toured the next day and he was very pleased. He signed up right then, [name removed] was so helpful and pleasant. Thank you.

Cogir of Rohnert is a wonderful place for him and one of the biggest selling points was the pool that they have. Also they work with a 3rd party company that helps folks in the assisted living with certain things and we have periodically hired them for small things and that has been a huge help for us. Our loved one also really enjoys the activities they offer.

The tour was very informative. We got more of an institutional feeling from this facility and we were looking for something more warm and comfortable. It was also too large and had a lot of residents.

Cogir of Edmonds is very aesthetically nice, welcoming, clean, nothing smells bad, and everyone is wonderful. when I was recommended this place I thought my mom was on a rapid declined and wasn't sure where she was headed and I'm still not sure, but there are days where she is really thriving here and I never thought I'd see that. I haven't personally participated in activities, but when I visit and try to find her I often find her participating in activities. for the first time ever, she made a painting that was hung up. I came in on a different day and found her playing balloon volley ball with a bunch of other residents. I think they could add a bit more excursions, because that is not going on right now. I think that Cogir is the right size, some places are too big, but its the perfect size for my mom and for me. you don't get lost, its not overwhelmingly large. again, everyone is amazing, but I do have concerns with communication sometimes. I'm unsure if her laundry is being done, I'm unsure if someone is coming in to clean her room. I'm presuming those things are being done because it's included in what they offer each month. it just hasn't exactly been communicated to me. it's difficult getting a straight answer from my loved one because of her state of being. my mom is very picky when it comes to food and she is inconsistent on what she reports back to me about the food. however, I do love that they encourage her to join in on the meals. she is eating a lot more even if she doesn't like what's being served. she did mention that they always offer a grilled cheese if she doesn't want what's on the menu, so they seem to be accommodating in that regard. overall, Cogir is a place I'd want to end up if I need assisted living in the future.

We are looking for an assisted living community for a family member. I have toured 8 sites so far. I was very impressed with Bay Pointe. [name removed], marketing director, was so helpful, and showed me around, answered my questions and made sure I got lunch, which was very good. While I was there I noted that residents were friendly, staff were attentive and helpful to residents and there was just a "good feel" about this place that I like. Our family member did come for a tour last week and also mentioned that "feel-good" feeling she had too. There seem to be a lot of fun activities to participate in and look forward to.

Cogir of Mill Creek has a wonderful caring staff from the servers to the administrators. my father now needs additional assistance from the aides and now is receiving care every 2 hours, what a relief! please consider Cogir of Mill Creek for assisted care needs. they are 5 star!

it's a fun place, my table at meals is especially fun. I love the poker, the bingo, the food and the help.

Cogir of Sononma was by far the best choice for us compared to the other facilities that we toured. The staff are friendly and helpful and it is a very warm and welcoming environment. I would highly recommend to others, they get 5 out of 5 stars.

I had the pleasure of working with the staff at Pelican Pointe in assisting one of my clients whom was on the verge of being homeless. They treat my client, who is 92, with upmost respect and I so enjoys seeing how happy she is living there. I highly recommend.

My folks lived on the independent side for 7 years. It was great, they were able to come and go right out their own back door. It allowed them to be very independent. Now my mom has passed away, so we moved my dad to the assisted living side. I am so pleased with the care and kindness my dad receives. All of the staff get 5 stars! You will know when you walk in the front door that Avamere has a great team of friendly, well trained and helpful staff. I am so grateful for their dedication and desire to care for our aging loved ones.

We chose Cadence at Mint Hill because they had availability when we needed it and the location was very convenient to my home. I really feel they have excellent communication with the families. They are very good at calling and updating us and that is very much appreciated. They have so many activities. She gets her nails painted, they have people come in for entertainment, parties for special holidays, etc. The staff are very engaging and encourage all of the residents to participate. They recently hired a hair stylist so mom is able to get her hair done and she has been great. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I had a very positive experience when I helped my friend relocate to Bayside Terrace. The marketing director was very friendly and helpful. She showed me the room which was available and answered all of my questions and we coordinated a move in date. All of the staff I met were also very friendly and helpful. We were able to make the move pretty quickly and easily. My friend is very happy there and all of his needs are being met.

Our family had an in person tour and the lady was wonderful, she really took her time and was very informative. The community was very clean but could use a little more updates, also the community sits on a busy street so it is very noisy.

My grandmother-in-law was in Pelican Pointe and the staff became her second family. They were there all through Covid taking care of her even when we couldn't come to visit her and took the time to learn her favorite candies and western shows to help her when she was missing all her family. They even let us facetime with her and talk to her before she passed away. Thank you for taking care of our Granny when we couldn't be there with her!

The staff from the front desk workers, to the maintenance team and the management team have all been super friendly and attentive. Our loved one does not eat in the dining hall so we aren't to sure about that experience but she does say the meals are really good.
