This community did not have the ocean view available and that was the only thing that my loved one really wanted. That is why we did not go with this community. Other than this the tour was great and they were able to provide a lot of information.

This was a nice community. We just needed an assisted living community more.

It is a very loving and caring environment. They have excellent employees at the community. If there is an issue that comes up, they are excellent at handling it quickly. The communication is excellent with the family and staff. There is a large selection of food for the residents to choose from. There is a standard options and menus to order from. They work well with dietary options. Some of the activities available include drives around town, games, music night, walking class, and more for the residents to choose from. There is a beauty salon on site.

I would recommend you give Rogue Valley a try. Overall the atmosphere is nice. All the staff are polite and kind, and I'm impressed with the staff. The food is pretty good. There are several options to choose from for menu items. The only thing that could be improved is the temperature of meals could be hotter. Some of the activities they have to offer is field trips, outside entertainment, games, wine social once a week, and more for the residents to choose from.

As restrictions start to lift in King County, this Community is learning how to embrace the new landscape. I love that family dining is back and that families can start participating in activities again. It was wonderful seeing so many familiar faces last week for our Happy Hour Social. The Elvis and Dolly impersonators, were the best. What a toe tapping fun night. So much fun planned for 2022 and we are ALL ready for it.

We toured Vineyard place and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We chose another community because it was a better fit for our loved ones needs.

I have found ALL of the residents to be happy. That's one of the things that really attracted us to The Montecito - the fact that the people who live there are actually happy. My loved one is doing well there, and it was the right thing for us to do to put her there. The food is very nutritional and balanced, and they offer a lot of variety. While there's a set menu, you can also order pretty much anything. So if you wanted filet mignon for lunch and dinner every single day, you can get it. All you have to do is just order it. I like that they have activities all day long. And if my loved one is signed up but doesn't show up, they come and find her.

This community was too big and very long. I felt like my mother wouldn't be able to get around in this community like she needed to. The tour was good and they were able to give me all of the information that I needed.

The tour was great. The staff were super and answered all my questions and really took their time with me. It seemed like a very nice facility to have a loved one at.

Everybody was always so friendly, from the person at the front door to the nurse that was helping out they were amazing. My dad did go into hospice and they were able to provide that here and step up the nursing care so he was able to stay in his room which was wonderful so we did not have to find another place to live. I would absolutely recommend this facility to other families

They follow CDC guidelines. The people are amazing. They are all friendly. They are all genuine and helpful. You know they want to help you. Between the activities, the food, it's just a really good place for your family member or loved one. The family feels comfortable knowing she is living her best her life. She is enjoying it. The activities are keeping her busy. It really is a great place for her.

Our family had an in person tour and the community is extremely nice, but it was a little bit tougher of a drive and the price was just too high for us.

Our family had an in person tour and at the time it was the most affordable but right around the time we wanted to move our loved one in the prices went up. Also the sales and marketing team was a little flaky when it came to their follow ups.

When it came down to it we just went with another community that we felt met my loved ones needs better. The tour was excellent, there were awesome people running this place. I was looking for the level of the resident and what their level of care was in comparison to my loved one to make sure that she had someone around her also that was like her.

I feel the staff are attentive to the residents. I have never walked in and been overcome by the smell of urine, which can be very common in these types of places. From what I've observed, the staff-to-patient ratio is very high. And they're very willing to assist you if you ask for help for your loved one. They get immediately on it.

Our family had an in person tour and it is a nice community, but at the time our loved one was not quite ready for memory care but also needed to be within a locked unit because of his wandering at night, but was still super sharp during the day. Great community, but at the time was not ready for memory care.

The community feels homey and that is clean and healthy. The staff are very friendly, calm, and helpful towards the residents and families. My loved one loves the meals, and there are choices for the residents to choose from. I would recommend you check the community out to see if it is a good fit for your loved one.

They have not made a mistake yet at this community as far as the care of my loved one. They make sure to keep an eye on him and they all know his name. They put him together with other people that have the same interest to be social together. They have some big priorities when it comes to staying safe from covid and have not had any issues yet. We had a great tour with the assistant director and were greeted wonderfully. Everything just seemed to line up greatly.

I really liked how communicative Acoya Mesa's staff and management were. I especially liked the design of their memory care unit, it was the best I've seen compared to the other places we toured. a beautiful and clean community.

This community feels more like home than any other we have been to. The staff is friendly and helpful. It feels good to walk through the doors and always be greeted with smiles and friendly faces. Also, the food is always so good when we enjoy a meal here as well, you can really tell that they put in the time and effort and it sure pays off! We have enjoyed the time we have spent here in this community, we would highly recommend!
