Staff at Bayside are very caring of the residents . They are a second family . Bayside Terrace is a beautiful place with beautiful grounds. Residents enjoy walking around outside. Look for the big green bus and you will see happy residents out having fun. They have outings every Saturday. Bayside Terrace has residential dining with beautiful place settings. They truly have the best carestaff around.

This community is very family oriented and welcoming.

Such a great community. The family atmosphere here is amazing. The staff and management team go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy. And the food is incredibly good.

I really liked this community however, there was another community that meant more to my family and stood out more that we could not pass up. The tour guide was nice and some of the other staff I was able to speak with were nice also.

The staff were incredible to work with. My loved one enjoyed the food and was very comfortable to meet and make friends here. My loved one even enjoyed playing the piano. They provided great care for my family and loved one.

Our tour at Harvard Square was great. Really the only issue for my loved one was they do not allow alcoholic beverages. But I was so impressed with them.

The community is very friendly. There is a physician assistant that my loved one sees, we were under the impression it was a doctor that would be seeing my loved one on a regular basis. It would have been nice to know this upfront. The CNAs are on the ball and can get a print out of the medications of my loved one. Anytime I call they are able to assist me in answering my questions. The front desk staff is willing to try to solve any issues that arise as well. The food is good, dining room is beautiful, and they have been willing to try and bring meals to my loved one's room to assist with their transition into the community. There has been sometimes that I've had to remind them of my loved one's dietary restrictions. There are plenty of activities for the residents to choose from. There are some games, outings, as well as music, and activities to assist with mindfulness.

My Uncle has been a resident for over 4 years now. They help me take very good care of him. If I have ever had a concern they seem to make sure that we address it. The staff is pleasant and very caring for the residents. I want to thank [name removed] and her staff. They have always exceeded my expectations.

This is the 4th place I've lived and by far the best. Of course, we'd rather be home, but this is the next best thing. The food and people are good.

I thank God everyday for this apartment I have here. There are a lot of amenities: library, theater, rec room, salon, living room with fire place(s), and a pool.

Things are shaping up in a very good direction. The activities and overall attitude of acceptance and cooperation- willingness to hear our comments and act on them.

Everybody has been great and extremely helpful. Occupants are very nice.

They raised the price for my loved one's care and I would recommend you be prepared to pay for the care for your loved one. The staff are friendly; however, the community is understaffed and not enough. They do the best they can with what they have.

We chose Cogir of Vacaville because of the friendliness of the staff members. I talked to two other facilities but was not ready to move her yet, Cogir was the place that kept in contact with us. Because of the pandemic, they are very proactive about making sure people are not dragging the virus through the facility. It has been super and I would absolutely recommend them.

I would highly recommend this community, and they allow smokers in the community with a decent place to smoke. The staff are phenomenal to work with. The food was not able to be eaten in the dining room; however it was ok. It would have been better if served in the dining room.

Very thankful for the staff at Harvard Square. They care about the residents. My aunt loves living there.

I would highly recommend the community to others. The staff is very kind, caring, and provide a wonderful living community. The support of the residents is wonderful. The food was pretty good for my loved one during their stay here. The staff made sure my loved one still had food, even if my loved one couldn't get to the dining room.

I love a lot of the personnel - a lot of personality; even the young men. They're polite and helpful.

After interviewing other places, we're very happy with Avamere and have recommended them to others. Every time I go in, it always looks really clean, bright, open, and organized. The staff is very friendly, to the residents as well as the families. Overall my dad is happy with the food, and if a meal is too big for him, they're willing to split it in two for a lunch and dinner. I've seen them have parades, and decorate for the holidays, which looks really nice. They have music playing at different times. This past Veterans' Day, they updated the Wall of Veterans. They asked for pictures and brought it current, which was nice. Sometimes I have a little bit of trouble getting invoices from the gal in billing. It can be difficult for me to get ahold of her, and she mails the invoices instead of emailing as I've requested. But she's very friendly, and she does get me the information in the end.

We chose Astor House because of the value for the money as well as the flexibility of being able to have people come into care for my mom versus moving her to assisted living. The apartment sizes are very nice and spacious. The housekeepers do a great job on the apartments, but the common areas could use some more cleaning. I would definitely recommend to others looking.
