When I had difficulty walking the staff was very helpful helping me make arrangements for my meds. When you approach the staff they are very attentive.

The staff is very helpful and always courteous. I enjoy the activities, especially The Men's Club. The building is kept clean and the food is delicious.

Our cooks are doing a fantastic job. Sometimes are out dinner. You are the instances served. Ok, it happens the staff is qualified and always willing to help you. Glad to have housekeeping every week. All of our servers young well trained are doing a good job. Our management listens and guides us. Our handyman knows alot and always willing to help you out. Would pretend wash a time. Other than 6 am or 4:30 Good place to be.

Everything is good at this community. The staff and everyone is great. I have not had an experience like this before and it is all new to me. So it has all been good so far. They were very open and accommodating getting my loved one in. They coordinated things well and the staff were very helpful. I think that they could get better cable but that is about it everything else is a ok.

I happily tell my friends and people in my community about Vineyard Place. The people here are super nice. They are overly accommodating if there are any issues. They take care of everything right away. I love my apartment. It's the perfect size, and the rooms are larger than I saw at other places. My apartment is pretty much new and is well-maintained. It's really clean here. There are so many activities there's no way I could possibly do them all, and they offer a wide variety that cover many interests. It's a very active community. The residents are nice. There's a very caring and supportive atmosphere, which I really like. The food is good overall. Every meal isn't a win, but I wouldn't expect it to be. Dinnertime is fun, with talking, laughing, and stories. The value for the money is amazing. Having meals done for me and having help with cleaning really matters to me. I feel safe here. It's just a great place.

Our tour experience with Brandywine Living was great! We loved the facility itself and the administrative staff were amazing. I wish my loved one would have gone here, but the location was a little too far for him.

The friendliness of the staff members get a 5 plus, and so do the activities. My brother has been able to go out on a few outings and it has been great. I was able to eat one meal there and the food was prepared nicely and served rather fast. The value for cost gets 5++, they were very willing to work with us an accommodating our loved ones finances so he coudl afford to live there.

The services they provide are excellent. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need to gain access for visitation or to handle other important business, they're very cooperative.

The staff members did not focus on the money side of things when we first came to check it our, they paid more attention to our family and making us feel welcomed which we really appreciated.

I thought The Fountains at Washington House was lovely. The sales person was lovely. The facility was lovely. Unfortunate the level of care my mother needed they couldn't’ provide. But it was a beautiful place.

I am a current resident of Cogir and I am very glad that I am here! From the Executive Director I am grateful and his team, to the kitchen staff, administrative assistants, transportation department, medical staff and caregivers I have been treated with care, respect and consideration. Happy liveing is not just a slogan here.

Our family had an in person tour and the experience was fine but our loved one just wanted more space than what was offered at Cogir of Mill Creek.

I love it here.

My wife likes to participate in the activities and is having a great time here at the community. Currently the quality of the meals and the timely service is not good but we are hoping that this will be corrected. I am in a villa and we are still very independent going in and out but the help is there if needed.

Excellent place to live for senior citizens. Excellent food, excellent activities, excellent helps for all kinds of services and activities. Excellent services, excellent help and services. Friendly employees.

It's great my parents don't have to worry about cooking! Beautiful property in and out they can walk outside to be near nature. It's a quiet neighborhood and convenient to services. The staff is friendly and helpful esp.. the dining room employees. The shuttle is an added bonus- if I cant take them to where they need to go. The employees have always been helpful getting my parents involved. Love the weekly/ daily notices of what's happening. Thanks

I love this place.

I like going to the dining room. There is always something on the menu for everyone. Madrona Hills is in a great location. I lived close by and know the area well. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to make a move.
