Staff is helpful and friendly. I enjoy the activities food and walking outside. The apartment I live in is quiet and comfortable.

I have lived here 2 different times and with husband and now widowed. People here are nice. I love playing pool and cards, the chef is good and like the food. Housekeeping is nice and beauty shop onsite is convenient.

Friendly food is really good. I have a dog and love him having a place to live with me.

My father has been at Studio Royale for over 3 years. Most of the staff who are there now, have been there since my dad first became a resident there. You can tell if a place is good if the staff stays. The director, [name removed], is phenomenal. She cares about every one of the residents as though they were her own parent. The chef [name removed] is so passionate about the food he serves, and has a good system for managing special dietary needs. The activity director, [name removed], really does have activities every day, including a chair exercise class 5 mornings a week, weekly live entertainment, Karaoke and fantastic movies every single night after dinner. The med staff and care staff are also top notch. Laundry could be a little more careful with occasionally loosing clothing, but thats about my only complaint. All staff and residents have had their Covid Vaccines and now have just gotten boosters and flu shots. A+ to [name removed] and the Studio Royale staff.

My wife and I live here at Pinecrest and love being apart of our community.

Pinecrest has a great staff and very nice apartments. Love the food.

My name is [Name removed] and I have just moved into Pinecrest and everyone is so welcoming and accommodating me. So glad I chose this community.

Our family had an in person tour and even to this day we think about Cogir, it was such a great tour and in the person location. However our loved one loves to walk everyone and it is right on a busy street which we just did not feel comfortable with.

Harvard Square was an amazing place, our loved one stay was much shorter then anticipated but the staff and their care was wonderful. Everyone was marvelous, remarkable and just went above and beyond for our family. Even when we were waiting for our tour to start other residents and their families came up to us to say how happy they were to of found this place, which was amazing to us. We loved Harvard Square.

[Name removed], who showed us around the facility, was just wonderful. He sat down with us and had a very lovely, long conversation about mom’s needs and how he could help. He took us on a walk around the facility, and we got to see the size of the rooms and what have you. While we were there, we came across a whole group of women who lived there who were singing together, which we were just tickled to see. There was nothing at all that we had any issue with here.

The people here are very nice. I like my apartment. It's very quiet.

I chose Cogir because it far exceeded what I found at the other places that I toured. It has a very lovely setting, with beautiful trees and lawns inhabited by plenty of squirrels and birds. That type of setting was really important to me. Since moving in, I have experienced welcoming, personable service. The staff have a genuine desire to ensure that my needs are met. They take great care around our safety and wellness. The common areas are quite lovely, not like a five-star hotel, but four stars for sure. It's very nice. The senior staff as well as junior staff are out and about and accessible. I've gotten to know the different directors and head chef, etc. They're lovely people who have expertise in their areas and really care about our well being. My fellow residents I have found to be very enjoyable. There are some who are very accomplished with advanced degrees and have worked in advanced positions. They're personable as well as able to carry on a great conversation. The apartments are very nice. I live in a 1-bedroom, and it's very pleasant. There's maintenance available, and housekeeping comes in once a week. I feel like the staff do things for me with a lot of attention to detail.

I have just moved in 3 weeks ago. Just a new widow, I was met with smiling new friends. Not only a warm and helpful staff, but the residents also. I have been so busy and happy. So many opportunities to make life long friends.

I enjoy living at Longmont Regent. I love several of the activities, one I really enjoy is the exercise class and balloon volleyball. Additionally, the food preparer is really good. Overall the managers are helpful and friendly.

One day I came here to tour this place. It was nice atmosphere. The people here are very nice and so are the staff here at Longmont Regent. It's a nice place to live.

I'm "home" here - next best place to live - including Arizona. I left my heart there. My family lives in Longmont, so its a double reason to be comfortable here and I am comfortable and love the busy employees.

I have already recommend Bay Pointe to others. I have been very impressed with the community. My loved one's room and bathroom has been very clean, when I've visited. They do a good job at the care of my loved one. My loved one doesn't participate; however, they have lots of activities available for the residents. The courtyard has trees and they have pleasant views from the resident's rooms. There are large bay windows and provide great light for the residents in their rooms as well. Bay Pointe has foot care services. They are transparent and provide a balance sheet of the services provided each month. The staff are upbeat, attentive, and are outgoing towards the residents and family.

We did not really get a chance to experience the community, it was under construction and the day before our loved one was supposed to move in decided they did not want to. However we were able to go there and have a couple of meals which were great, and the apartment that was newly renovated and finished would of been a perfect fit for her. The parts of the community that were complete were very much, but one thing that stood out to us having no prior experience were the staff the were so incredible.

I have lived here for 9 months. It is perfect for me for this time of my life. The atmosphere is good. The staff is perfect, everyone that works here seems willing to go an extra mile to please.
