I would just like to say the Regents Sales leader [name removed] is one of the reasons I chose to live here. Her laughter is so sincere and she made me feel like this was home the moment I walked through the doors.

Been here 2 years. Excellent home place. The people are like family here.

The Regent team defines "proficiency". They make things happen for our advantage.

The Seville residents have a sense of community. My parent is able to be independent yet have others nearby when desired. It's like High School trying to make friends and be accepted into the established friendship groups (cliques). The location is perfect-- within walking distance of the library, stores, fitness center, bus stops.

We are dealing with Covid-19 by creative scavenger hunts around the hallways, hallway games, and hot meals delivered to our door. The staff here keep us safe and the areas clean. I miss live music Wednesday but our activities person plays hallway music on different halls daily. Our food is made by executive chefs and is healthy.

[name removed], the director of enviromental services, does a great job. My heating and cooling cover fell off and he fixed it right. I was outside taking care of my car using water bottles. He was washing windows right where i was and gave it a quick rinse. He always does a great job.

If you're reading this, I'm sorry your family is going through this. The Cogir is good. They work with you and help you go through it all. The care they provide is good, and my loved one is happy there. They keep things very clean, and I don't notice any unpleasant smells. I've been really happy with cleanliness.

We toured Quail Park and it is a very nice beautiful facility, it was just way out of our price range.

The Garden Club is an amazing place in such a great location. The staff members are 6 stars out of 5, they are so incredible. They are on a first name basis with everyone, they not only take great care of our loved one but also our family. Our loved one is still very mobile, but they also have no problem helping her get around when needed. The value for cost is also 6 stars out of 5, it is completely worth it.

This community was too expensive for what we were looking for. It was not our loved ones taste. It was too posh for her.

They are currently under construction. The transport person could use a little help. The front desk staff could use a little coaching but it is getting better. One of the staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond. The move in coordinator is also amazing. From June- September they never took out any payments so there was a very large bill. They are trying to take care of it now but it really put us in a bind. They used to have an ice cream truck to come up to the building. Now they go out to the ice cream store instead but it was easier when the truck came to them.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are friendly. They are responsive to questions or concerns I have over my loved one.

I thought that this community was great. It covered senior living and assisted living in one. I would highly recommend them.

We had a good tour at Vineyard Place, and had a positive impression. But it was more of a 55 and older community, and my loved one needed more assistance than what they offered.

This community was good but not as good as my top choices. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and willing to show me around.

The tour was great but the warmth was just not there. Food was cafeteria style. It was just not the right fit for us and our needs.

The staff are amazing, and they are great with the residents. This is independent living however, we ask the staff to check in on our loved ones and they do it with no issues at all. This is a very nice quiet independent living community. There are a lot of people and it is easy to make friends. They try to get people involved with things like piano night and more. If your loved one is looking for a place to land it is a great place to be. If your looking for field trips and activities and outdoors all the time this is not that place. [name removed] the sales rep and [name removed] the manager are amazing, and helpful with all needs.
