Cogir Senior Living

The staff members are friendly and very helpful . Our mother has only been there a short time and we have no other experience to compare to so we cannot rate the care services. I am a pescatarian so I find the menu lacking...mother seems to be happy and that's what counts. When it comes to the activities, again mothers hasn't really moved in yet only staying a couple nights a week at this point..so she hasn't participated in any activities as yet. For the value we cannot rate it, sorry I don't have an answer...seems high price to me, but was less than other places, guess it depends on how much mother participates. If she feels safe that's very valuable...again time will tell. We love the view in the dining hall! I have already told others about Vineyard place and A Place for Mom..I think the service you provide is invaluable! I truly appreciate your help!!

Park Terrace was my sisters first choice, but the two bedroom wasn't great. The rest of the place was fantastic! The security and grounds are beautiful. [name removed] who was showing us around was absolutely wonderful and went out of her way.

I think that they need to realized that no matter how challenging or difficult a resident can be they are treated with respect and lots of patience and concern.

My loved one is a resident at Holiday Carmel Place and it's been a great experience so far! The staff is excellent, friendly, and always willing to help. [name removed] has been wonderful. I hear that the meals are very good. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

The food is good. They seem to have lots of activiites. The value for the money is good. I picked this community because of the attitude of the staff, and the warmness. Everyone seems to like everyone. It seemed to be a good fit for me.

We really like the consistent kindness & attentiveness to the residents. You can tell its authentic by the attitudes of the residents. Our family member is so pleased with his care. He's a bit she'll shocked at the price, yet we understand it's quite reasonable.

They were very helpful and really good with my Dad. Unfortunately my Dad passed away recently but I am really grateful for the time he had there.

There are many staff members of all types. Each one is willing to help with any need, or find someone who can. The housekeeping is good and friendly, the carpets could use a cleaning, though. The meals are good and healthy. I would recommend Cogir of Queen Anne, with these caveats: *In the Assisted Living building where my mom is, there are many infirm folks with varying disabilities. Your clients should be ready for this. *Right now, Cogir of Queen Anne has assimilated many residents from another Cogir which changed to Memory Care only. This has created a disruption, and many residents aren't happy about it.

Two years ago, my wife and I moved from Michigan to Seattle to live close to our son and daughter-in-law. Moving into the Cogir senior living environment was totally foreign to us and we were like fish out of water trying to adapt to a new home and city. Fortunately we were quickly introduced to the Activity Center and the outstanding staff of the Activity Department. Right from the beginning they took us under their very caring guidance to make us comfortable and welcome. It didn’t take long before we were enjoying many fun, healthy and educational activities daily. We gained many friends from our neighbors on the weekly trips to many exciting locations surrounding Seattle. The loving attention that the wonderful Activities staff showed my wife and I will always be a fond memory and close to my heart.

Sunridge was a very welcoming place. Both staff and residents went out of their way to make us feel at home. I would highly recommend Sunridge to anyone seeking an independent living option.

The staff here are very respectful with the memory care patients They offer lots of activities and there is encouragement by the staff to participate. The facility itself is very nice. They have nice size rooms and the bathrooms have showers in them. It is a little pricey.

My Dad chose Cogir because of our description of it. Also, he liked looking at the floor plans and the prices. (More information provided in their packet). At the time, distance from us was not a consideration... but Cogir is 1/2 the distance, and now, I'm glad! It is a wonderful facility! The staff are really amazing! They are very friendly and helpful. On Dad's first day there, he was visited by his housekeeper, then the Community Relations Director, then by the CEO (and it was Sunday... his day off!!). It's like a big happy family, and everyone greeted Dad by name!

Friendly residents and very nice staff. I picked this community, because it was just within my budget and the lease process was quick and easy. And it was immediately available. When there is enough staff they provide light cleaning services.

My family and loved one had a wonderful experience with Cogir of Glenwood Place. The staff are caring, friendly, and very attentive to the residents needs. They are great with the family as well. Overall, we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

The staff are very kind and sensitive to the difficulties of moving elderly parents. They answer calls promptly. The compassion that they show has made me feel really good about selecting Cadence. The facility is lovely, bright and clean. Residents went out of their way to greet my parents on move in day. Dinner was provided for our family on move in day and it was great. I truly feel my parents are in a wonderful community.

I've had a wonderful experience at Avamere at Port Townsend. The community is clean and friendly. The staff are well informed about the community and courteous to the residents and visitors. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

My loved one is a fairly new resident at Holiday Sunridge Independent Living. Overall, everything has been great. Including the friendliness, cleanliness, and staff. However, the food has been just okay. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Mom says the staff are all wonderful, and the apartment choices are suitable for a wide variety of needs. I would recommend Carson Plaza to others looking.

The reason we did not rate the meals and dining is because they haven't been there during dining so no opinion. This isn't really a comment on Terrace at Beverly Lake because it's expensive everywhere, but we hate that the facility like most is part of a huge corporation. I'm sure there are ways to lower the cost if that wasn't the case and care facility were independent of corporate greed.
