Carson Plaza really is a great place. The people are super friendly and welcoming. They are having some trouble getting chefs just like everyone else. The food was really good to start out but it has gone downhill - so that could be better. The apartment sizes are very good. Overall I am impressed and I would recommend Carson Plaza to others.

The staff treated us like family. Very supportive for what we were going through. We did have some clothes come up missing but eventually it came back. We felt they should provide bibs so residents don't end up wearing there meals the rest of the day. They said they had them but we never saw them. Also needed to cut up food more than they did. The value was a shock on the expensive but the other places we looked at were just as expensive. We were only there a couple of months before God took our Mom home. But while there it was like a second home. All the staff were so great. [name removed] the entertainment director was awesome. Had lots of fun activities for them to do. Mom was not a social person at all but even she was participating. Food was good. Ate with Mom a few times. We enjoyed the Thanksgiving feast the home had for everyone. Made the transition as easy as could be. I highly recommend The Auberge at Peoria.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought they did a wonderful job. The staff members were excellent and the residents noticed we were on a tour and were coming up to us saying we should move our loved one there. They are very welcoming. However the apartments were nice but just to small for our loved ones and the layouts were a little funky with weird angles.

I have been here 7 years and enjoy everything about it. Management picks up work where lack of employees leaves extra work (ie) housekeeping, serving. Excellent staff.

I think it's the best place I have ever lived in my life! Little bits my dog loves it too - she loves the attention.

Great staff! Activities very nice. Food and grounds are lovely. Better than advertised. Mom will be very happy here, again staff are so very nice!

Our loved one was only there for a week so we did not have a lot of experience at all, but from everything, we did experience it was positive. We dealt with the sales lady a lot and she was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. We do feel that the staff members went above and beyond for our family. From the move-in day up until her last day, we were very happy with them, with no complaints whatsoever.

My loved one seems to really like the food. The food is good, and they offer fresh fruit. My loved one, has joined in on alot of thing. They have activities, such as; bingo, brain teaser games, crafts, chair exercises, bible study, and a deacon comes in every other Thursday. This type of care is expensive, but my loved one is getting her monies worth. The staff is super friendly, and all vey kind, nice and patient. We are really happy with this place, and my loved one has adjusted well.

Our experience with Cogir was excellent. Every staff person was genuinely kind and attentive and welcoming. We felt very lucky to find Cogir and would recommend it to anyone. They are super down-to-earth, helpful, respectful, and easy to work with. We didn't think my mom would be happy after leaving her home but she felt welcomed and supported and very much at home at Cogir.

What we really like about Holiday Carmel Place is the staff team, they are incredibly friendly and all of their accommodations have been great. The meals and dining service overall is good as well as the activities. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families in a second.

The activities are great. My loved one was very well taken care of. We picked this community, because we liked it the best, and my loved one was on a waiting list. My loved one was clean, bathed well, and received excellent care. The staff was absolutely remarkable. It felt like extended family. They were excellent. I would recommend to other families.

My Mother-in-law absolutely loves living at The Lofts! She's been joining in on many activities and has made friends. She was isolated where she was before and she really enjoys the social interaction she has now. The place is well maintained and the staff is always kind and helpful. She's thanked me over and over for finding her such a wonderful place to live. I would recommend The Lofts by Cogir.

I picked this community, because it was in a familiar area for the family member, it had a natural setting that was appealing. The first impression was positive. I like how well they mange the buidling and the staff. They have staff challenges, and responsivness has been tough when it comes to repairs/maintenance. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

I would give them all five for everything. Especially after being at a previous facility it was like night and day. Caramel place is very friendly and welcoming. The staff is very warm and welcoming. When I visit my father I noticed that they know the tenants by name. There is always something to do for activities or outings.

It has been a really nice experience so far and the community is always clean we have never seen anything out of place. Every time we come to visit we always feel welcomed. The staff members are so friendly and the quality of care they provide the residents are excellent. The residents during meal time sit around a table like a family styled dinner which is nice.

The gal who showed us around at The Stratford was AWESOME - she gets all 5 stars. She was great. If my mom were more independent, this facility would have been our first choice by far. But unfortunately, she just needed more assistance than they provided.

Holiday Pinecrest is a really great place and since our loved one has been in the community she has greatly improved. The staff members there are super awesome and they have great healthcare. She is really liking it there and we would absolutely recommend to other families.

We have had a great experience with the community. The staff are very friendly! My loved one loves this community and has settled in nicely. The management was so nice and they are quick to respond to the family's questions. The food is delicious. There are three meals a day served, snacks, and some food is available all day long. Some of the activities available include games, bingo, exercise, music, outings, and more for the residents to participate in. There are several activities daily for the residents to join in on. There is transportation that is provided by the community for the residents to use for doctor appointments. They are very accommodating to the requests made by the family and their residents! It feels like family and every has known each other a long time. The calendar is shared with the residents for the month and there is a theme to along with the activities for that month. The grounds are very nice, and the community is always decorated nicely into a theme. This has a very festive and uplifting home feel to it. There is always music piped in such as jazz.

I would recommend Cadence to everyone. The staff was great and kept me informed about everything. Very friendly and made it feel like a home. My mother enjoyed being there. I feel like they could improve on the portion size of food they give. I feel like it was not enough at times. Staff and Care services got a 5 but I do believe they should have more staff at the desk during the night. There was times my mom couldn't find anyone around the desk during the night when she couldn't sleep and went out of her room to find someone. She was in memory care.

Acoya Mesa was a lovely place, and was probably our 2nd choice. It was a bigger, multi story facility - bigger than we were looking for. It would have been a good place for someone who wants lots of activities and interaction with the other residents. (Our parents wanted to keep more to themselves.)
