We've been here for 10 yrs at Lotus Park. We've seen many people come and go. We've made so many friends, with staff & other residents. We enjoy going on outings. We go to Walmart and lunch outings at different restaurants every week. We recently went to Hogle Zoo, that was a lot of fun. We enjoy the activities where we do a lot of different crafts & we play games daily. The staff here is very caring.

I've been very happy with the communication from the care staff and management. My mother feels at home at Cadence at Clemmons and has found community with the other residents. In addition to everything they provide, the fact that all the rooms are private makes Cadence an excellent value compared to some of the other communities I researched.

When you enter Carmel Place you will be greeted by [name removed] Assistant manger or [name removed] with their big bright smiles. The lobby is clean warm and welcoming. Several residents gather to chat daily. You will enjoy dinning with your friends and being served by caring servers. If you need a repair Ken will fix it in a jiff! [name removed] the Sr Manager can be found with the biggest smile , hugging a resident, giving Carmel Place everything you could imagine. Our Activity Department is very busy. Several times a week they offer Bingo, movies or Bridge. Each month the activities vary. We have had Easter Bonnett decorating, party on the patio, Super Bowel party, and Sock Hop!! This month we are having a Luau! You will not be bored. My mother has been here since Christmas time this was the best gift ever! We love it here!

Holiday Gresham Manor is a very nice facility and a great value. If you require assistance with health issues, you must pay an outside care giver such as [removed] to provide that care.

The building itself is impressive. It is well run. The administrator is always available. In the year and a half we have been here, I have never heard any Aid say an unkind word to anyone. There are lots of activities available, and outside entertainment is brought in often.

Recently toured the facility looking for a place for my mother. Everyone was extremely helpful and seemed very passionate about making the environment at Cogir lively and happy. Hoping my mother can join this community soon.

The Marketing Director at Where the Heart is, [name removed], was amazing and so helpful with getting my mother in law into the facility and situated. She has continued to be very helpful, even months after she was moved in, with getting things situated. The housekeeping and the care managers have been wonderful. The activities and the meals and dining are great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The staff are very friendly, very helpful, and the facility is decorated nicely. The whole dining room set up is very nice. The size of the one bedroom I have is roomy, I love having a deck right off of my room. They should have a speaker in each room, so that we could hear the announcements better. I would recommend Astor House at Springbrook Oaks to others looking

All the staff are wonderful and caring. Everyone is friendly. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. There are meals and activities to engage the residents in socialization.

My sweet mom lived here at Lotus Park for several years. I can’t express the love and quality care she received. The staff and management were always willing to work with me and my mom to make sure she was safe happy. From the aids to the kitchen and custodial staff, we’re beyond wonderful with her. I’m so grateful for the staff who loved and served my mom until her very last day. They truly loved her at Lotus Park.

We had a great experience at Home Place Special Care at Burlington. The staff were friendly and receptive to family input on care. Would recommend to other families.

Every member of the team I've met with has been super friendly and professional! The property itself has amazing views of the mountains and the rooms are very modern. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

She has a beautiful, modern apartment with a full kitchen, washer/ dryer, plenty of storage and closets, and weekly housekeeping. The dining room offers a variety of nutritional meals, and exceptional holiday meals. The staff is patient and caring.

We couldn't be happier - Studio Royale is fabulous. In addition to the high quality facility, the staff is professional, friendly, and highly responsive. The dining room is very pleasant, the meals are tasty and nutritious, and always include dessert after dinner. We are delighted with the level of care delivered, and overall experience of Studio Royale.

It's been an easy move. Staff helped with suggestions for movers. It's close to restaurants for a night out. And my dad seems happy there. Just wish the kitchen didn't close at 6 pm. Also on entertainment - while inviting other groups to the monthly events can be fun, it can also be overwhelming for the residents.

This community is really bright and beautiful inside and has a great dining area to share with family and friends when you visit. The food is great, and their staff is caring and thinks of all the little touches that makes their residents feel really special and well cared for!

Elance at West End is a beautiful senior living retirement community offering luxurious accommodations and great care. I highly recommend the community. Staff is great! The food is wonderful! Located in the quaint Cameron Station area of Alexandria.

Mom liked her privacy and didn't want someone to come in and out all the time. They understood her needs and made sure she had it. The staff is very receptive to requests, questions and issues. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] were always there to offer suggestions and help. I have so much gratitude for these 3 amazing people. Thank you.
