They have friendly staff, a beautiful facility, and great food. It's great. I would recommend to other families.

It's a stunning facility, with so many social activities, sparkling clean, profession and friendly staff, great medical team. The neighborhood/ area is very upscale, near the Four Seasons, and unparalleled views of the desert and Pinnacle Peak. Nice quiet neighborhood. I would recommend to others.

I cannot express how amazing this place is. The staff has been so amazing. Starting from day one with the coordinators helping us tour the facility, to all the great staff, the events they host, to the amazing mountain views while on the walking paths.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful, the inside is nice and clean, and outside is amazing for the residents! You can see the mountains and have a great view! They organize a lot of fun activities as well and I can tell that my loved one is so happy there! It’s also in a great area. I feel very at ease having them all there. They are well taken care of!

I do not recommend this place. I would recommend it only if the person is 65 years old or older and has no significant trauma or problems with memory. I would say that the punitive system for dealing with problems is non-beneficial when it involves isolating people in their rooms for inappropriate behaviors. There are other avenues that are much more helpful.

The staff at Holiday Emerald Pond are fabulous - truly engaged in what they do, and kind. Food is excellent. Sweet members of the community. Pretty location.

This was a nice community and I liked it. It came down to how quickly the community would be ready for my loved one, and the size of the apartment. My loved one liked another apartment better at another community.

It's been mostly positive. The only negatives is: They have struggled keeping enough employees in housekeeping and my parents apartment has been missed or skipped some weeks. In the dining room, they could use more servers. Sometimes its a bit of a wait. I would absolutely recommend. The facility itself is beautiful. The staff is great, it's new just one year old, so it's nicely decorated and they have a variety of activities daily for residents. They have a bar, theatre, art, and gym. Transportation is also available.

Our family had an in person tour with Cadence at Mooresville community and we thought it was an awesome experience. However it was just not going to work out for our loved one.

The general manager, [name removed], is very kind and she seems genuinely interested in her tenants and their well-being and comfort.

My family has found the staff to be friendly, caring, and responsive. Being at a distance from my elderly relative has had challenges, but the staff is always understanding and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family for Senior Living.

I thought assisted living costs could be posted better. Staffing turnover with nurses hard Food great. Dining room beautiful. Activity director Lana and staff offer many activities for residents. Great music Could use a computer room. Staff good but like everywhere occasionally short staffed Great location. Overall I think a good place. My brother there going on four months overall a 4 Thanks happy to offer more if needed.

This is one of the most beautiful places in Vancouver. This was a harder decision to place my loved one and myself in the community. Everyone is gracious. There are there are three meals and the independent living section has choices. There are activities to keep residents engaged, and there are lots of new activities being offered. I find it nice that I can still visit my loved one in memory care and for me to live in independent living.

My loved one loves the food here and looks forward to going to meals. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends!

We give this community 5 stars in every category. Everything has worked out well. The staff are very helpful. They worked with me on the price and our father in law loves the Seville. It is a friendly place with the staff and other residents living there.

This community is great for me … I cannot guarantee that for everyone. Everyone here is friendly, the location is perfect for my current needs, and I don't believe I am lacking anything that I would expect the community to provide. I would recommend to be sure to know as much as you are able about what you want. Read all of the literature from any potential communities before you visit. Ask lots of questions. When visiting, notice ALL interactions between staff and residents and residents and residents.

We have to wait 45 minutes to get served food at the restaurant. Quick note chef is on vacation. Have notified executive director of facility about the long wait. Food service at restaurant is unacceptable at this time.

I work at several different facilities taking care of my patients and [name removed] at Lotus Park provides exceptional care to her residents. She is an amazing Director of Nursing and I’m grateful that my patients have her to over see their care while they reside at Lotus Park.
