Cogir feels like home. The living spaces are gracious with plenty of amenities and quiet. The community’s communal areas are comfortable, with several places to sit enjoy books, movies, game boards, puzzles, a pool table or just time by the fire. The music and entertainment at the gatherings are great. And the staff goes out of their way to make every day happy and full of life with services and activities daily.. Attentive and caring staff support the residents and are always available to lend a hand or offer care if needed. The food is amazing!

I was impressed by the buildings and landscaping on my first visit in 2021. The hallways are wide and the apartments are spacious. Management and staff are friendly, helpful and well suited for senior living residents. The executive director is very gregarious, empathetic and brings a wealth of managerial experience to a very demanding position. In my 2 1/2 years living here as a resident, I have seen well thought out improvements in all areas of this community, especially in the food service and scheduled activities. Cogir of Vacaville is the epitome of senior living facilities in Solano county and I highly recommend a tour for any and all people researching senior living accomodations in the near future.

Our loved one has been at Cogir Vallejo Hills for approximately 6 months and he couldn't be happier. Nor could we. The staff is warm, caring, friendly, and attentive. He often says to me: "you know, they really look out for me here." The food is good, activities are plentiful, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. Highly recommend!

My father fell and had a rough month shuffling between ER, hospital and skilled nursing. He used to live by himself and enjoyed his freedom. Transition to assisted living has been an on-going process but the staff and other residents at Cogir of Fremont are as helpful and welcoming as they can be. Standard services provided include three meals a day with daily specials as well as an every day menu, weekly house keeping, bed laundry, weekly road trip, free cable and wifi and lots and lots of daily activities to keep residents engaged and active. Facilities include a restaurant, exercise room with workout equipment and a small pool, theater, library, laundry room, hair salon that opens 2 days a week, parking for residents who can still drive. Because of the services needed for my father, the assisted living service charge is almost as much as the monthly rent. So it is not exactly cheap. Otherwise I do not have any complaints and would highly recommend it.

The staff is always smiling, friendly and personable. They’re also very helpful and do their best to accommodate special requests. The communal areas are always clean, well decorated and festive for the seasons throughout the year. They go above and beyond to make the atmosphere enjoyable with plenty of fun social events! The staff really get involved and enjoy their jobs, so overall it’s a happy place to live!

Cogir has been a vey positive place for my Dad and family, he joined Cogir in a wheelchair and was having problems talking and recognizing family members. A month in his wheelchair is put away and he is walking well with a walker. The positive enthusiasm and interactive care has really helped with his elderly journey. Cogir has been the best choice for my 89 year old dad and even though it’s hard tho have him in a care facility. It is a good feeling knowing he is in loving hands.

Cogir is a very friendly, accommodating, beautiful home for your loved ones. They will work with you in care as your loved ones health changes. They got us in an apartment for my Dad within a week and are the best price for the care you will receive. I am happy and my Dad is happy with Cogir.

The staff from the first day we took a tour were very friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. The staff always make eye contact and say hello. They take time to answer questions even going out of their way to be thorough. I’m confident that my loved one is safe and well taken care of.

My overall experience with Cogir North Bay Senior Living has been amazing to say the least. I am so grateful for the staff for making my experience nothing short of amazing. You all deserve so much recognition for going out of your way. Happy Holidays, thank you for making mine and my family Christmas so special.

Love it really appreciate all the people were really nice they were dso friendly polite my kids will be having a happy Christmas this year not like others they had. I cant even that you guys so much.

Cogir has been a wonderful and happy experience for my mom. When she got ill and was sent to a rehab facility, my family and I didn't know where to find a place for mom. Luckily we found Cogir of North Bay in Vallejo. The staff has been so helpful and welcoming to my mom. She gets what she needs and still very independent. Cogir has been exactly what she needed.

We looked at several different places and my mom felt like Glenwood felt most like home. The fit just felt right.

I chose this facility because it is less formal and more "homey" than many of the others I toured. While the food leaves something to be desired, I know it is, at least to a great extent, because of the restricted diets and laws concerning the kitchen that have to be taken into consideration. The staff is very friendly and the Executive Director is friendly, extremely helpful, always willing to listen and solve any problem, and honest. So is the maintenance staff. I plan to be here until my money runs out or I die.

I had an amazing tour with [name removed]. She was able to answer all of my questions and was so incredibly warm and friendly. The community was clean, smelled fresh and in great repair. I was invited to come in during the middle of the day and have lunch. The food and service in the dining room was outstanding. The menu choices and presentation were top notch. All of the staff were smiling and greeted me as I came through with [name removed] and told me a bit about themselves and the community. I was able to meet a few residents as well and they told me how wonderful all of the activities and management team is in that building. I was told that [name removed] is the Executive Director and does a great job. The residents all seemed to truly love [name removed] and want to talk with her as she went by. They also told me how all of the managers banded together to provide Christmas trees and gifts for local families. I am so super excited to help my Dad move in to the independent side of the community.

The atmosphere is very pleasant, friendly, clean, positive, and comforting. I had no problems leaving my Dad in Cogir’s care. With 3 years of a positive experience, my Dad felt happy and content. The staff is exceptional in their approach to residents and it shows. I hope more families look into places like Cogir for just peace of mind and a loving environment.

When looking for an assisted living facility for my dad, we searched for months to find a place where the people helping him were attentive and friendly, the environment was clean and attractive, and there were plenty of residents to make social connections and activities to enjoy. Studio Royale had all of that at a reasonable price, particularly compared to many we had seen that were much more expensive with the same amenities. My father also frequently commented on how much he enjoyed the food. Once he moved in and we could see what goes on behind the scenes, everything was still on the up and up, and of the same quality as presented when we were prospective clients. I would strongly recommend this place for others seeking a senior community that provides extra help.

I cannot express how thankful I am for the loving care and attention my father received at COGIR. EVERY staff member knows him personally and knows his habits and routine. They are open and honest about his needs. They are his extended family. I could not be more appreciative.

My experience with Cogir of North Bay senior living has been very pleasant they have quickly returned my emails and have went over and beyond to be generous to me and my family. Everyone in the their office had great energy and were very welcoming.

All of the residents are so happy. Staff were gracious and helpful!! I highly recommend North Bay!! I was looking for my friends father. He does not need care yet - but will in the future. [name removed] gave a great tour - very informative!

Took a tour with the woman [name removed]. We saw dinner, which looked like a restaurant. we left with a good feeing and quote for mom and dad.
