[name removed] has been great with communication and responding to any requests we have had! I would definitely recommend this facility !! The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. It is also a very clean environment.

This is my first time to live in assisted living, but I am only renting an apartment not for assisted as independent, love it here, so clean, And friendly. Dinners could improve, sandwichs too often, not healthy meals.

I enjoyed my tour with [name removed] and [name removed]. I chose a studio apartment and I am very excited to move in. The range of amenities and activities offered is impressive, catering to a variety of interests and preferences.

My grandma really enjoys living here. She says that the care staff is really good to her and she has made quite a few friends. Each time I have visited her they have had a music activity which she loves.

Nikkei Senior Gardens (NSG) has been a saving grace for our family where our mom is thriving, happy and gets the best care. Every staff-- from those working at the front desk, kitchen, event/activities coordination, medication and nursing station, maintenance and administrative teams-- all truly care and do their best to care for our mom. What we especially appreciate is that the collective team is in tune with her daily routine and collaborates to ensure she is engaging in social activities, eating well, is healthy and is overall in good spirits. NSG has such a robust program to ensure their residents thrive, such as the regular wellness events, themed celebratory and cultural activities, and Eastern-Western food options. Our family feels blessed to have found NSG, an absolute gem among the assisted living community.

My father has been very happy at NSG. The community has made him a more social individual as he’s always been a bit shy. The staff has been wonderfully attentive and kind and he’s made some friends there. The food started out great but since the fall of 2023, there has been a problem with the low temperature of the hot meals. I’ve addressed it many times but with little to no improvement. I believe they need to purchase a food warmer. Other than that, my father has been very happy and feels safe at NSG.

I can answer a 5 to all. I love this place. Just what I needed. Apartment is good size. Have room for all my own furniture I wanted to bring. With plenty of room to move around. Lots of amenities which I have not done yet. Still trying to get settled. Put things in places then change my mind. It all takes time.

What sticks out the most about Harvard Square is the overall friendliness and I truly believe they care. Their people know everyone and try to help with all things. We looked at a high end, a middle end, and a low end based upon price and activities. We chose the middle one as they seemed most responsive and friendly. I think we made a good choice

Just this past December, I needed to find a place for my Dad as he could no longer live alone. I had done my research and visited MANY different senior living facilities ranging from Madera all the way to Clovis. After looking at them all, weighing in on all the benefits, perks, price, u name it… Cedar Creek hands down was the right fit for him! The staff was SO friendly and caring even before my Dad had moved in!!! The transition for him went so well!!! Staff made him feel so comfortable and welcome. It wasn’t long at all before he was his jolly jokester self again!! One thing that really stood out to me was how many residents said to my Dad how much he was going to like living at Cedar Creek, that speaks VOLUME when the residents tell others that they are going to like where they live!!!

I would say I highly recommend Cadence. Their staff is not just "going through the motions" but really seem to care. My Father likes how all the staff "know his name" as he walks the hall, and are always kind to him. He was not eating at home, but at Cadence he really likes the food and goes to the dining hall three times a day. Their care team reminds him when it's meal time, which is very helpful. The grounds are well maintained and Dad can walk outdoors safely where he enjoys being close to nature. There is a close- knit leadership team with many ears of continuity at Cadence. We selected Cadence because the residents appeared engaged and active. Also for the caring staff and leadership. Last, we liked the size and felt the level of personal attention would be high. We are very pleased and are grateful for the choice we made and for all the care givers at Cadence.

ALL staff cares deeply about the residents. ALL have gone out of their way to help my father and our whole family with this difficult transition.

It was an excellent choice. They help you all they can but give you leeway to be independent. The food is excellent the type of cooking that I'd make for my family. Transportation is a big plus.

Excellent communication and answered all questions and concerns. Staff was very friendly and I would recommend Cogir at the Narrows to anyone looking for retirement or assisted living.

Elance at Old Town is a truly beautiful community! From the moment I arrived, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and caring. There's a genuine warmth that permeates the atmosphere, making it a joy to be a part of this community. Everyone is so nice, fostering a sense of camaraderie that adds to the overall positive experience. The units are impressively spacious with beautiful views, providing a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing living space. I'm grateful to have found such a wonderful place to call home. If you're considering a community that combines beauty, comfort, and a welcoming environment, Elance at Old Town is an excellent choice.

Elance at Old Town offers a fantastic array of activities, and I have been particularly impressed with the Life Learning Classes provided by RUI. The Paint and Sip class is my absolute favorite! The professional instructors make each session enjoyable and enriching. The atmosphere is just perfect, and I've found it to be a great way to unwind and express my creativity. What sets Elance apart is the variety of activities available for different care levels, contributing to a vibrant and engaging community. I highly recommend exploring these classes to add a wonderful dimension to your lifestyle at Elance

I was really impressed by how clean and warm the staff were. I really love the signature programs. I feel like that is a huge difference between them and other communities. I am the most excited about RUI University and the classes they offer!

Terrific people. The major reason is that it offered a choice for independent living and assisted living. Not yet ready for assisted and grateful it will be there when needed. Also the apartments, the gardens and the views are beatiful.

Everyone is very friendly and efficient. Their clean facilities with the many activities that were available was the main reason we chose this facility. Their menu and food are excellent.

I enjoyed my tour with [name removed] and decided to have my mom move into the assisted living community. The rooms are nice, staff is friendly and the tour was wonderful!

I am currently a resident at Holiday Lake Shore Commons and everything has been great. I have no complaints.
