It was wonderful and informative. [name removed] seemed to truly take an interest in meeting our needs. She was also a lot of fun! We've decided to make Cogir at the Narrows my mom's new home.

The staff and community is amazing. I personally toured 16 locations, before selecting The Auberge at Peoria and when conversations had to occur the staff was responsive and caring. We picked this community because of the cleanliness, staff and activities.

They offered the service between assisted living and memory care. It's nice, not the most beautiful resort but quite nice, better than a lot of places and a great fit for my brother.

The staff are all great and cheerful! It is very clean and the food is good. Communication was slow to start, but really good now. I think part of it was the change in management right as my mom was moving in. The only thing I would say is lacking is the transportation. There hasn't been any transportation for Dr's appointments since my mom moved in back in Nov. Other than that, everything else has been a great experience and my mom is happy! I would highly recommend this facility to others!

I would recommend Cadence, but communication between faculty and myself is not good. No return phone calls has been disappointing. The meals are good. The facility is very nice. Housekeeping is fine. Health aide response time and reliability is disappointing.

Everyone that we have come intact with has been outstanding. They have made our life here great.. Right now we are in lockdown because of all the cases of Covid..which has nothing to do with staff. People don't listen to the rules of the place..oh well!! We really do love it here..It all came about pretty fast but worked out for us. So yes if someone is looking for a place they really need to contact A Place For Mom.Thanks for your help.

Avamere offers accommodations and activities for seniors with varying degrees of assistance needs. It's a vibrant, caring community that came highly recommended to us from home Healthcare professionals. It fits our mom's care needs, and encourages her to challenge herself to get stronger and participate in activities.

Our problem was dad was not able to get back and forth to his room without direction. If you are absolutely sure your family member is able to function independently is is the best. The food was excellent. The rooms were great and it was clean. The activities were not much. We picked this facility because of location and it was so clean and nice.

To all the staff at Where the Heart Is, thank you for loving and dedicating service and care for our mom with the warmest wishes.

We are so grateful and thankful that our mom has made Where the Heart is her home. She is comfortable and feels a part of your community now. Thank you and all of the people you work with for all the love and care you are providing. It's not easy to grow old and to move to a new place after losing a spouse but you have made the transition a great one for our mom.

As a child placing your adored parent in a senior facility is a heavy decision. COGIR from the administration to the activities coordinator to the wait staff to the maintenance staff - each and every person is filled with warmth and care. The director is involved and truly listens, the food is delicious, requests are heard. It a place filled with love and cheer.

The staff is amazing. I overheard a staff member in the dining room tell another staff member EXACTLY what a clients preferences were, even drinks and condiments! They really get to know the residents. Food is good. I enjoyed eating there often. I highly recommend this facility. I want to live there myself someday. Also, the pool and hot tub were fantastic.

Overall, the experience has been great so far. I would recommend more staff in the dining area. It takes too long to get waited on. I would recommend the facility to others, I have already.

After looking at the different options for assisted living, Where The Heart Is was the clear winner. It looks more like a comfortable home than a nursing facility and the staff has been top notch! They were will to work with us and be flexible where we needed them to be flexible. My mom is very happy with her room, the food and all of the activities. All of the aids treat her like she was their own mother and they spend the time needed to build a relationship with her. I’m really glad we found this place and would recommend it to anyone.

I had a great experience with the staff, especially considering what a stressful situation we were in. They were very supportive and kind. Also they adapted very quickly with changes in care for our rapidly changing situation.

Andara by Cogir is a beautiful senior living community located in Scottsdale, AZ. I find this community to be a good fit for active seniors looking to age in place. Andara has so many fun activities, beautiful amenities with newly remodeled common areas, and a great care team. You will be at ease knowing your loved ones are in great hands living at Andara. Pet friendly, amazing food, transportation and more!

Experience so far is excellent. Very caring and professional staff. Light, comfortable and clean facility. The best of all of the similar places we visited before we selected Cogir of Sonoma for my sister. We would have no hesitation in recommending it to others in need of care for a loved one. Happy to have found it.
