Nikkei Senior Gardens welcomed our aunt a couple of years ago with open arms. She lived there with an outstanding staff who made sure her emotional and physical needs were met. With any issue big or small, the personable staff helped her to adapt to her new home. With excellent food, residents look forward to meal time. The Japanese food as well as other food was described as the best. When you enter Nikkei Gardens you will see framed testimonials, awards and news articles touting the wonderful and exceptional care they offer. Beautiful Japanese gardens are maintained for the residents to enjoy and peacefully stroll through. Like a breath of fresh air, Nikkei Gardens is clean and spotless. With the outstanding staff and the loving care residents receive, Nikkei is “The Place to be!”

[Name removed] always expressed to us how happy she was at Nikkei Gardens. We felt we had made a wise choice. The staff was caring and attentive. They were sure to notify us whenever there was a change in her health. During Covid the proper precautions were always maintained. [Name removed] enjoyed the many activities offered. We had no hesitation in giving it 5 stars.

Cadence is a great community. A few specific things that I'm thinking of: The pool is lovely and has a special chair to help someone get into it. Caregivers respond to family questions quickly, are very kind, and they even help my dad in memory care FaceTime with me. The independent living apartments have nice outdoor space for my mom to have plants and bird feeders.

My uncle and auntie transitioned into Nikkei in the assisted living and memory care wings respectively. We (and they) couldn’t be happier with the level of care, engagement and attentive service to their residents. The variety of activities and meals are well thought out ahead of schedule so the residents can plan accordingly. It’s a blessing and relief knowing that they are well looked after by the amazing(!!) and caring staff. Not only do they make their residents feel like family but also the families of the residents. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Excellent memory care facility. I chose it because all of the resident rooms are off one central "great room", which means no hallways or long walks, and staff can see everyone most of the time. Most residents keep their doors open. It's very welcoming, and I was reassured that staff always have eyes on the memory care residents and my Mom never felt alone.

I was very happy with Moms care in the memory center of Cadence. The meals are hard to evaluate because the memory care section needs to usually be ground or softened, but they were very good about getting the clients in the lunch room on time. I was unable to evaluate the laundry service. I came every week to 3 days to gather up her clothes to wash and bring back. Housekeeping was there every day cleaning in the morning. The place was clean in my experience. Moms bed linen was clean. They always called me if she fell or there was any other incident. She was well supervised Their billing was a little bit hard to understand, but they just went from one system to another last year. I would suggest that any new family visit weekly and get to know the care givers. This always brings about better communication.

I have an aunt and uncle that n3ede a place to retire and after many tours , we decided to have them here . It was a great experience from beginning to end. Love the staff. They treated my family like they were family and that ment a lot to me and my sisters.

If you haven't been to Andara Senior Living, you need to check out this jewel in Scottsdale. Great customer service and friendly team. They have numerous floor plans to meet all of your needs. The residents are engaged, happy and welcoming.

My father just passed away after living at Bay Pointe for 2 1/2 years. He had one request when he agreed to move to Assisted Living. “I want to be around nice people”. I work as an in home physical therapist and had experience with several facilities in the area. My sisters and I visited several places in Kitsap County. We weren’t necessarily interested in fancy buildings or gourmet type meals. We asked lots of questions about the staff, their longevity, how the company treated their employees, turnover, relationships with an in house doctor, on-site physical and occupational therapy. Dad had an Alzheimer’s diagnosis and it also mattered that he would be able to move to stay at his facility if/when it was necessary for him to move to a memory care ward. This review is limited to 1000 words or else I could write pages of praises about the flexibility, love, care and support my father and our family received. We are so grateful to this wonderful place.

I chose Cadence at Wake Forest because of the proximity to my house and I considered it the best of the options in Wake Forest. I spoke to other families and they said their parents were happy there. Their Activity Director in memory care is great. Staff is helpful.

Really enjoy all the friendly smiles.around here . The support to the residents and staff and all the family’s warms the heart. All the activities and great food brings happiness to everyone here. feeling so welcome by the whole management team!!! What. Great place to call home !!

The sales director, [name removed], has done such an amazing job keeping in touch with me in my journey of looking for an assisted living. She is kind and lovely. I ended up not needing to move my father but I would move him to Bayside Terrace if it was ever needed. They are so kind, patient with all of my questions, and the community is beautiful and clean. It smells clean. There are fresh cookies and infused water in the lobby. Everyone greets you with a smile. Heck, I would move in if I was old enough! If the time comes up again, Bayside will be our choice.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend to others. We picked this community because of the price.

When you walk into Cedar Village, you are so warmly greeted. I was so glad to see the dining room full and a great meal served on my visit. When I walked through the Memory Care, they were singing karaoke! The residents were truly having a great time! I felt so good walking through this Assisted Living and Memory Care community. So many happy people, from residents to staff!

It's hard to be separated from our loved one but knowing they are being taken care of is comforting. Folks like [name removed] are taking time to get to know the residents at Pelican Pointe. She spends time chatting, listening and solving problems as they may come up.

Pat really enjoyed living there playing bingo meeting all the residents making lots of friends which I still go visit its a great place to live. All of the staff are very nifuce and helpful and management is great also.

I recently moved to Pelican Pointe and much to my surprise, my family grew! The staff and the residents became my family and Pelican Pointe became my home! It is a light and love filled facility featuring good food, fun activities and much more!

They are very helpful, answer my questions immediately, assist with scheduling (*and* reminding my Mom) Dr. appts Their meals include an "options and alternatives" printed menu- very impressive to have that ! and it is on every table, in a leather-like restaurant-style folder; very classy Beautiful floor plan- a swooping staircase connects the 2 levels, like one you want to see your daughter walking down, when she is to attend her Senior Prom, all gussied up Clean everything, and now- am finding out that all repairs and updates are done quickly-very very low staff turnover.

The facility gets all 5 stars from me. It is very clean. Staff and other residents are very helpful.

I enjoy the beauty of the entrance~ Meals are wonderful! I especially enjoyed Thanksgiving! Staff are great! They seem to keep activities posted and available to the residents. Residents seem appreciative and happy! Thank you for all you do!!!
