I've been very impressed with all of the helpful staff and the amount of activities that we have here. In my opinion I am rating this community a 5 star all around. 5 stars for how clean the community is. 5 stars for our friendly everyone is here at the community. 5 stars for the care staff. 5 stars for the staff. 5 stars for the meals and dinning experience. 5 stars for value for cost.

Making the choice to move to an independent senior community has turned out to be a smart and very rewarding experience. We have thrived due to caring staff and a welcoming environment from other residents. Our location and all the amenities are a great fit for out needs. We looked at many options and PRB was the perfect choice.

My mom moved in here two years ago and she loves it! She does all the activities bingo, golf, painting, crafts. She had met many friends and has great social network here It was a good move we made.

What a beautiful place, it seems like a wonderful place to live. The staff is so nice and wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s clean and the people who live here seem very happy to be here. It looks like they have fun entertainment for folks to enjoy.

My mom recently moved into independent living, so grateful we found Cogir. Everyone is kind, the facility is beautiful. There are gardens, outdoor seating and raised beds for those that love to garden. She already feels at home. The staff is kind and I am so relieved she is here Take a look, you will not disappointed. Cogir at the Narrows is a newly remodeled facility that is super clean and organized. The landscaping is beautiful. They offer lots of amenity’s! They had an awesome summer country concert series with artist Antwane Tyler. Local Vendors for food and drinks and, of course, excellent music! Glad we came!

Took my family and grandkids to Antwan Tyler concert. We had such a great time!!! The Music was amazing and entertaining. All the people and vendors were fantastic. The staff was quick to help everyone with their questions and needs.

Super cute and very beautifully renovated inside. Staff is so friendly. Visited for a concert and was so well put together. Staff was so helpful delivered tickets to our house. Had food trucks and lawn seating!

people here are very friendly, the apartment is just right, garden is so peaceful, quiet neighborhood, tall evergreen trees, view of the Cascade mts.

This and Vero Gardens are the only two that have central air conditioning in each of the apartments. This is a new building and the air conditioning was under designed and so we've been stuck with portable units for three months, but now that's been resolved And additional free service has been added where Senior Doc provides an on-site physician every Tuesday as well as access to their nurse practitioner staff on call this service is for independent as well as assisted living guests. We have entertainment twice a week as well as in-house activities every day they're just starting to do a few outside Visits to restaurants and entertainment.

currently live in a senior community in Daytona FL. Love the fun-filled environment moves your active residents. Place to move if I have to.

We have been here 14 months. We feel at home. We have one meal, dinner every day, all the residents are very friendly.

My mother in law went in wheelchair bound and confused. After a year she is walking with a walker and very active in all activities. She loves Cadence and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

I have enjoyed living at Pacific Regent once I moved in May 2018. The servers are great, activities are much fun and interesting and I have enjoyed the people I deal with and meet daily.

Restful, interesting years could be described with many more words, but so far this is our experience!

Mom has moved back to Georgia and is loving with her sister about an hour away from me. Atrium Village was fantastic though and we really really loved the place.
