Cogir of Fremont has truly been a comforting place for my mom during this challenging time. The staff’s friendliness and genuine care have made a world of difference. Everyone I met has been attentive and compassionate, creating a warm, supportive environment that feels like a home. After my dad passed away, my mom has seemed lost. It was hard to convince her this was a good move at first, but I have seen her make so many new friends. The newly renovated rooms are lovely—bright, modern, and inviting. It’s clear that Cogir of Fremont is dedicated to providing both exceptional care and a high-quality living experience. Thank you for taking care of my mom.

My sister needed to come out to west coast to be near family as she was getting up in age. I was told of Cogir Vallejo Hills by a longtime friend whose mother lived there . My sister has been here a while and loves it. The residents are so friendly and we often say most could teach young people about their great outlook on life. The staff are highly motivated and seem to enjoy their jobs.

We have lived at Pacific Regent for 7/2 yrs. It is a warm, friendly community in a lovely setting with a beautiful lawn and garden. It is very close to a leading hospital & medical community. We have Pacific Regent made many friends here, and call this our home.

My mom has received great care at Cadence! The smaller size of the facility was at first, to my brother and I seemed too small, that choices would be more limited. But my mom really likes the fact that it's small. She's met some wonderful residents that have been very caring and friendly. We couldn't be happier with the staff. My mom had a bout with depression and everyone was just so encouraging to my mom and it really warmed my heart with their compassion. Dining can sometimes be up and down but they are always asking for feedback and genuinely want people to tell them where they need improvement! My mom has enjoyed the activities at Cadence and is an active participant.

My wife and I are here living in independent living for the last 2 1/2 years. There are 3 main reasons we chose this community: 1) Facility size 2) Dining Choices 3) No move required going from independent living to assisted living. The facility is large enough for a good community and small enough for staff to know everyone. There is conversation and laughter in the dining room. Everyday there are 2 main choices in the dining room with 3 additional choices for the week. Breakfast available all day. Salads and a daily soup. 2 daily Desserts including 3 choices of ice cream which rotate as they are used up. When we start needing care, we can stay in our apartment without a move! I hate moving! You do need to move for care if you start out in one of the cottages. The director has her heart and soul in this community and is personally involved. Every place will have its issues. We would like to see more attention given to cleanliness and more consistency in dining room service.

My mom was still active when she was at Mallards and participated in the activities and visited with many of the residents. The overall I think I would give it a five the lowest rating would be the food which I would probably give it a three my mom complained the most about the food.. She was on a low sodium diet and everything was pretty high in salt. Also not a lot of vegetables and alot of processed food. My mom thought the staff was very kind and helpful.

We chose this facility because of the cleanliness and the very friendly staff. When you walk in everyone is treated the same with friendliness. You have to be involved with your relative, so you know if they need help. It is best if you are proactive. The concierge staff are excellent.

From the first time I entered the facility, I was greeted by friendly faces and a nice clean atmosphere upon touring more of the facility. I found it to be perfect for my mom who is moving to her first independent care facility

It was a good move for us, and we are very pleased. Our apartment is very nice and the residents here are extremely friendly and social. The staff are very friendly and helpful.Best move we could have made.

My grandfather has lived here for just over a year. He has made so many friends since moving in. The employees make him feel so welcomed and it means so much to me that he is happy. I was very surprised at how active the community is! I've had lunch a few times and the food is really excellent. They even had vegan cauliflower tacos for me (he is not vegetarian, but I am)

Peninsula Pointe by Cogir definitely gets all 5 stars. Everyone was very helpful, in a time of great uncertainty for me. Comforting, understanding and professional.

I have lived here for almost 3 years. It is a wonderful place to live. The Community is very welcoming & helpful. Staff is tops, very helpful & pleasant. Really good meals as well, you get a parking spot in a secure garage as part of your rent.

Family has the freedom to join the activities, volunteer at the community, hangout with all the residents spontaneously. I would recommend the community. It is a private pay. One stop shop that makes it easy to transition too. The leadership team coordinates the onsite medical care; pharmacy; OTPT with insurance so you don't have too. They care for their residents and address their individual needs. Inspira provides group sessions for the families to help with the transitions. What makes. Inspira unique is the legato wing assisted living. This is geared towards the residents who are in between memory care and independent living. The residents have the freedom as if independent living but have guardrails from assisted living based on his/her needs.

My mom has been here for two years. Prior to that she was at home with caregivers and it was not working. Her house wasn’t safe, the caregivers has trouble with the meds and the stress on her and me was intolerable. She moved to Cogir and everything was wonderful. They handled the transition perfectly and she can be difficult at times. It has been 2 years. She is physically much better off as they have her moving around. The dementia has progressed and they just keep adapting to her issues. Her meds are perfect. She is happy and calm. I am happy and calm. I cannot say enough. The caregivers are so kind, they are all going straight to heaven. They also have these wonderful Xmas and Thanksgiving meals a week before the usual holiday. It is so nice not to be running to different locations. The food is better than anywhere!!!

When my mom was diagnosed with dementia, we weren’t sure what she needed or what good care would look like. She’s been at Cogir on Napa Road, and this is what good care looks like: dedicated staff who see her as a person, who reasons to where she is in as the disease progresses and work with her, who communicate well with me about how she is. I’ve learned so much from them about how to love her through this stage of her life. My mom wasn’t happy to lose her independence, as no one would be. But as dementia took that away, she’s been made comfortable, kept healthy and cared for with compassion.

My mom has been at Cogir of Edmonds for 1 year now. She has enjoyed everyday. They have taken excellent care of her. The activities have kept her busy, active and able to form many wonderful relationships with the other residence. It's brought back a new 'life' in her that had been diminishing. It is so wonderful that there are all meals served in the beautiful dining room. The menu is pleasing and it lets me know she is not alone but rather with true friends which she has much in common with. It's done so much good for her to be with her pier group. Cogir is rated high because it is a wonderful place!!!!

The staff and residents are all so sweet and helpful! They really go above and beyond for their residents. The activities room is so cute and they always have something to do. It's very well cleaned. All the residents I spoke yo have loved it here.

Very pleased. My mom isn't very social, so all I can say is that the advertised activities warrant a 5 rating but she tends to hibernate in her room. She did say she enjoyed the few she actually attended. As for cost, I will rate it a 4, as it's still something that costs more money per month than she receives. But this isn't unique to Cogir. The whole industry of caring for elders is too expensive for the average retiree.

I recently toured Elance at West End while searching for a place for my sister, and I was thoroughly impressed. The community is exceptionally clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. During my tour, almost every staff member I encountered greeted me, which made the experience feel very warm and inviting. What stood out to me the most was their robust activity calendar, which I think my sister would really enjoy. I also love that they offer lifelong learning classes that are open to everyone for free—such a great initiative! Although my sister isn't quite ready to move in yet, Elance at West End is definitely at the top of my list. A special shoutout to the lovely lady who conducted my tour; she made the experience even more enjoyable.
