Cogir Senior Living

The great customer service and warm environment has meet my needs and more. I have been very happy with The Lofts. If anything has come up the staff has been quick to respond and solve my problem. The community there has been equally as great.

My mom has had a great experience at Cogir. The staff’s caring and attentive and the activities are just enough. The community has rules that reinforce inclusiveness and belonging which is critical for a new resident. It was a good decision. She loves her 1 bedroom apt with a deck - lots of light and very quiet and private.

After personally touring all the local assisted living options for my mother-in-law, Peninsula Pointe in Rolling Hills Estates was selected. It checks off all the boxes: great staff, warm hospitality with compassionate front line caregivers, beautiful new facility, very good food, and responsive management. With the many needs of my family member, Peninsula Pointe has taken the burden off of me for worrying if her needs will be met. And BTW, my mother-in-law is very happy there. If the location works for you and/or your family member, you should give the facility a serious look.

Extremely good the staff is very helpful. Food is exceptionally good. The facility is very welcoming. Location of Sunrise Of Gilbert is very ideal. The value of the dollar that you spend for this senior living facility is really really good.

My husband and I moved to Cogir of Vallejo Hills about 5 months ago after leaving our home of 50 years in Mt View. We visited and selected Cogir because of its appearance and location near our daughter. We are still adjusting to the new life style but find we are very pleased with the independent apartment and the activities. The meals are very good and really well balanced. We are both physically active so are happy with the activities and exercise choices. We are just beginning to take advantage of all the transportation options offered because our daughter takes us to many appointments. We are looking forward to things to come with the holidays. We already see how beautifully the buildings are decorated. I would love to have some of my friends as neighbors whenever they start looking for a new home.

The staff have been kind and helpful. I have a small({500 sq ft) apartment. The kitchen has full sized stove, refrigerator, and dish washer and microwave above the stove. Considering the size of there is sufficient cupboards and drawers. The living room has room for a computer desk next to a 40-inch reading table. On the other side of the room a book self and futon and end table. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. I have found sufficient shelving in the bathroom. There are washer and dryer in the apartment, so laundry is easy to do. The floors do not hold dirt and therefore easy to keep clean. The bedroom has a closet the same size I had in the house I lived in. The bedroom is carpeted. I have a twin bed with a lot of space left for two chests of drawers. There is enough room for a full sized or queen-sized bed, however with reduced open space. The atmosphere is pleasant with plenty conversing area in a living room arrangement. There is more to tell but I'm out of space.

Great place for my mom. The staff is wonderful and caring. Always looking out for the well-being of the residents. They have activities all day long, everyday so my mom is always doing something. The food options are fantastic. Mom loves the bistro and the buffet. She is very happy to be in such a good place. I am happy since she is being well cared for and can go about my day not having to worry about how she is doing. She loves it here!

I love the Lofts. I checked out a lot of places and the Lofts is definitely the best. It feels like family. The manager is so sweet and really cares and looks out for everyone. It’s part of a whole Cogir community with lots of activities. One thing I love about the Lofts is that you have a kitchen if you want to do your own cooking or there are dining areas next door. It’s also in a great location that’s close to everything, a mall, doctors, grocery stores and restaurants.They also have a gym and pool. They also allow pets. It’s the best!

My mother has lived here for the past 2+ years and we are very happy. The staff goes above and beyond to help all of the residents and they’re always lots of fun activities for everyone to enjoy. It makes me feel good to know that my mom is in good hands.

I just wanted to say that it was so wonderful to find COGIR of Edmonds for my disabled/ onset dementia young brother who’s only 62 yet found a loving family in COGIR of Edmonds. There’s consistently meals with entertainment and things to do. I would highly recommend this place for any of your special family members who need a little extra tender, loving care. I’m sure everyone wants to have the best care for their family members, and this would be the place to be.. The staff is very friendly and nice and easy to talk to and they always have delightful orange water and cookies upfront..

He introduced me to [name removed]who coordinates living arrangements for new residents at The Lofts by Cogir. She arranged a time to talk and a tour for me. With all of the amenities and the kind and attentive staff throughout,I felt certain that this would be the perfect living arrangement for me. My one bedroom apartment is lovely. If I ever need anything, [name removed]and [name removed]are quick to accommodate my needs. [name removed]has checked in on me as well. The staff are truly lovely and kind. I’m very grateful to have been directed here by A Place For Mom.They are a perfect service to direct folks in need of living arrangements for seniors.

Living independently in a senior living facility is very freeing from living in a home alone. Considering all the upkeep and responsibilities that a home has, that can become too much. It's reassuring knowing that others are around, even though you have your own apartment. You have the option to keep to yourself if your not one for gatherings, engage with others if your more outgoing, interact with others throughout your day as you come and go and in my experience it's very dog or cat friendly. You can be certain you'll meet others while walking your dog. I enjoy this the most. I'm more of a nature person. There's plenty as you and your companion walk around the facilities. When help is needed you can reach out by pressing or pulling the cord on the box inside your apartment or make a phone call to the front desk or a friend that you've made. Individuals are willing to help out they just need to know how you need there help. There's always something to do, if you activities as well.

My experience since meeting the Cogir team as been AWESOME! Everyone is have encountered is personable, knowledgeable and kind! I will and have recommended this facility to everyone that I may meet!!

The Loft by Cogir is an independent living facility for seniors, I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and consider the residents my second family. There is no end to activities, from over night trips to daily outings. Plus, many in-house activities for those who want to stay home, or if you just want to sit by the fire place and visit or read a good book from the in-house library. The staff and food (3 eating areas) are excellent. The staff gives 110% to make sure your needs are met and you are happy and well cared for. There are many senior living facilities in Vancouver, however, if you look at the residents many have moved to The Loft, from other facilities. Ask yourself why? The Loft is whatever you make it, I consider it the best.

My rent is so reasonable. I have searched for better, but it just doesnt exist. So many fun activies and adventures. Choir and drama, crafting and bingo. 3 food options and the Chef here always makes our menu with so much variety. The staff is so kind and caring. Right now Christmas is popping up everywhere and its starting to look so beautiful. They really work hard to create a wonderful atmosphere. The Manager is always there for us. I dont know where she finds all the time to make sure all of our needs are met, but she does. I love living here!

We are very happy with the management and services at Atrium. All is well!! I am so glad that we selected this facility for my sister.

My grandparents lived here together as a couple for two years until my grandfather passed. The staff have always been kind and helpful to them and very welcoming to me as a visitor. I have a lot of warm memories seeing my grandmother participating in activities with her friends and walking into the building seeing my grandparents eating lunch with the other residents in the dining room. My grandmother’s hair was always done and that was really important to her. Overall [name removed]was a very pleasant place and I could tell they take great care of their residents.

The The Georgian Lakeside is a wonderful place. My mom tells everyone that if you can't be in your own home this is the place to be. The staff are all extremely friendly and always willing to address the needs of the residents.

The relocation of my father in law was incredibly challenging for us personally. I had visited the TGL a few times in the process of convincing him. I knew from the very start that the TBL would be the right fit and I was proven 100% correct. Every single staff member has been incredible. They are genuine, caring and truly compassionate. They have made us feel secure and he is comfortable and he is comfortable and feels completely at home. I have recommended the TGL to many friends.
