Because of mom’s blindness, it was important for us to find a place where she could navigate to the activities on her own. Larger places are just harder for her to navigate, and Cogir of Edmunds was a perfect fit. The staff has been great and we love them.

Needed a pace for my sister & Cogir checked all the boxes: clean, friendly & lots of activities. Extra shout outs for [name removed] & [name removed] who were patient & covered everything step by step. Offered help with recommendations for movers & a special transport for my sister to look at her new home. Even residents are extra friendly. Best prices for the apartments too.

Cogir of Kent staff gave us a great tour, easily answered questions, and made my dad feel welcome. The staff are very friendly, the facility is very clean and has a lot of safety features. My dad especially likes the outdoor sitting areas and the craft room. They also made his move in very easy, and kept in contact with us while we put his house up for sale.

I love this place. They are helpful, kind, efficient, etc., and the reason I live here.

It was a great experience for our family. My dad originally wanted to go home to his house, but soon came to call Cogir home. The staff was helpful and offered positive support through this transition in our lives.

I have lived in the north part of Seattle for quite a while and I check out events on Facebook. I saw a luau event in north Seattle on Facebook, so I decided to drop by it was for Cogir of Northgate Memory Cares annual luau, Upon arrival, I received a lei, and throughout the event, they served hamburgers and margaritas, including non-alcoholic options. There were corn hole games, and I even participated in a raffle for a gift basket, though I didn't win. Despite that, it was a lively and festive party with a great turnout. It seemed like a wonderful way to boost their memory care community and provide a fun event for the residents. I had a blast and even got to take home some freebies. I'm glad I stopped by; and I heard they host it every year, so maybe I'll win the basket next time.

This has been an overall fantastic experience. [name removed] has made my friend's life so wonderful. My friend's and I found this place and with [name removed] help, we moved him in. [name removed] made all the difference in the world. She is welcoming, personable, calming, and knows the senior care business. She has made all the difference in my friend choosing to move to Studio Royale Retirement Center. He is so happy, healthy and safe now. [name removed], along with the other staff, have made this a delightful, cordial and welcoming experience. She is the best!

My friend and I found Studio Royale through A Place For Mom. From our first visit, we knew that this was the place for him. He is 84 years old and was reluctant to leave his home for a Retirement Center. [name removed] took us under her wing and just made his transition so easy and manageable. She has helped us with several guided tours, completing admission paperwork, finding movers, decorating his room, calming our fears and doing whatever is necessary to get him happily settled in his new home. He loves it, enjoys all the wonderful activities they offer and is well taken care of by [name removed] and all the staff. We have truly been blessed. Thanks [name removed]!

Studio Royale and [name removed] (who takes care of their marketing and resident intake) have been amazing. It has been a very supportive experience through what would be a stressful time for most. Mom is much happier and doing better than she has done in years. Thank you for helping our family.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Elance at West End and I am thoroughly impressed. The staff here is incredibly caring and attentive to the residents' needs. They truly go above and beyond to cater to the residents' best interests. The housekeeping department does an outstanding job, keeping the building spotless at all times. Their attention to detail is evident in every corner of the community. I cannot speak highly enough about the food. I was invited to a special event, and the meal was absolutely delicious! The culinary team truly knows how to create memorable dining experiences. Overall, I highly recommend Elance at West End. It's a community where the residents' well-being is clearly a top priority, and the quality of service is exceptional.

Elance at West End has the kindest and most welcoming staff. Everyone makes you feel right at home. So far, this is the best community I have toured. They have a beautiful terrace, spacious apartments, and a robust activity calendar for all levels of care. I highly recommend Elance at West End for anyone seeking a warm and vibrant living environment.

I was looking for a place for my mom with a very tight window to get her moved in. The staff at APFM and Madrona Hills were so kind and helpful. They were knowledgeable, professional and attentive. We worked with the staff to find something in her budget and that met her needs. While I didn’t end up placing my mom at Madrona we did recommend it to my mother in law and she did move in shortly after! She loves the place and it’s perfect for her.

The big disappointment to me was the fact that they cannot give wound care maintenance. There is only one nurse on staff for 145 residents. My husband is only a level one in assisted-living and his may need is wound care for various dermatological invasions or just bumping himself since his skin is so thin and he bleeds. Our family was most impressed with the friendly staff that greeted us and has continued to make us feel that we are welcomed and care about. I would highly recommend Acoya Troon.

Cogir was a great experience from beginning to end. Our mom moved in fully independent but having meals and cleaning provided was a huge improvement for her living situation. She quickly made friends, enjoyed the amenities, such as exercise class and Happy Hour. We always knew we could move to assisted living when she needed it, however she ended up on hospice care. The Cogir nursing staff coordinated with the Hospice staff and provided 24 hour care for her until she passed away. It try was a great experience from beginning to end.

If you have to make one of the most difficult decisions of your life to place your loved one in a Memory Care Facility, I hope you find TABL. My concerns in finding a place for my Sister was based on three things: 1- her safety 2- the cleanliness of the facility 3- genuine respect for each resident as an individual, and care for their wellbeing. I can tell you TABL met my expectations, (and I'm really picky ) I looked at everything. Over the years, the staff has become family and that is how they treat not just my Sister, but all of the residents. TABL treats the residents with the utmost respect, even in those 'hard' situations, and that is a difficult thing to find in a care facility. I'm most happy with the facility and Sis won't be going anywhere else.

Cogir is a lovely place! Lots of activities, great food and very pleasant company.

The facilities are well-maintained and safe, meeting all my needs. Cogir has strong sense of community. Friendships flourish easily, and there's a genuine spirit of support among residents. I'm grateful to be part of such a vibrant community and highly recommend Cogir at The Narrows for anyone seeking a fulfilling retirement lifestyle.
