Cogir Senior Living

I have lived here nine years and it has been a wonderful experience. It has changed hands once and we are seeing beautiful things in the renovation and programming and direction. We have Town Hall meetings and activities. I teach a watercolor class and my apartment is beautiful and overlooks a willow tree. It’s a great place to make friends. I recommend it highly.

Everyone one there has been really nice when we visit. And they let us know about things they are doing through the app. Also nice that they have different activities every hour for them. Visited a few different places, but none of them were as clean and well maintained. The price is on the high end though.

From the first time we visited Cadence, my Mom has felt welcomed and comfortable. Her constant refrain is "this is the perfect place for me." The main reason for that feeling is the staff. Every individual whom I have seen or has interacted with Mom has been friendly and helpful.

I am extremely happy with Brandywine Potomac and rate them a 5 across the board. I would absolutely recommend to others.

I really like living at Cogir. They provide so many different services and activities, I can’t even join them all! Almost everything I have to say about Cogir is positive. However, I have noticed that with the recent increase in tenants, the number of servers and staff seems to be lacking. Besides that, living at Cogir has been such a great and comfortable experience.

I will give Cogir all 5's. The staff and people that live here are friendly and caring to most everyone.

I picked this community because of the gorgeous large apartment with high ceilings and big windows surrounded by beautiful trees including some cherry blossoms. It's like living in a tree house! Winter views of Space Needle! Fabulous walkable neighborhood close to cultural events that l enjoy.

This place has good location , very nice friendly employee here . I have lived here for 6 months . I don’t have any plans to move out. I got no problem from past 6 months I am living here. I will recommend other people to live here

The caregivers are very caring. It's like a family atmosphere, and the facility is like your at your home. The staff is wonderful. I feel very comfortable having my husband there. I love the beautiful courtyard, my husband, and I enjoy it very much.

We have had an excellent experience here at Solista since we moved here two months ago. The facility is a quiet place. Our apartment is lovely. The staff is helpful and friendly as are most of the residents. The meals are delicious. We really enjoy living here.

Been here 14 years and recommend this environment as a safe and friendly place. Management, service, marketing are always available for any of our needs and I recommend this place for anybody that’s looking for a new home!

Cadence of chandler is a great place. Everyone is so kind and they really care about their residents. My FIL now resides here and is happier than we have ever seen him since moving him here from Missouri. The facility is very clean and the cafeteria has really good food. The amenities are so many. Plenty of activities to participate in if you choose to. We are very happy with Cadence and know we chose the right place.

The team and Cogir of Fremont is like a big family. They are wonderful to me. I have lived her a little over a year and honestly can’t find anything wrong. Highly recommended! Menu can be improved just a little bit on the Chinese food but overall great. Staff is so great!

When a friend shared her experience touring Cogir for her parents, I knew I needed to do the same for my 86-year-old mom. She had been living with me but was slowly becoming more isolated, spending her days alone in her room watching TV. I wanted more for her, so I booked a tour with Cogir. From the moment I met [name removed] from the sales team, I felt such warmth and comfort. She helped me realize that my mom deserved a better quality of life, full of daily interactions and care. I was hesitant at first, worried that my mom wouldn’t want to move, but when I brought her to a Car Show and Open House at Cogir, everything changed. We enjoyed the event, toured the facility, and I was immediately impressed. The environment was lively, the residents were happy, and the staff was so warm and welcoming. It didn’t have that sterile or cold feeling I’d seen at other places. Plus, my mom could bring her beloved dog, which sealed the deal! I also realized it wasn’t as expensive as I had feared, espe

People should look into staff ratios. Ask themselves does the facility smell good are the carpets clean and in good repair? Ask for a months worth of menus to see if the food provided suits the needs of the client.

This was a wonderful facility! The staff was so warm and kind towards my mom. They got to know her personally- and provided loving care.

I give a 5 on everything. My sister lives at Atrium Village and I'm am very happy with the staff and the facilities. Everyone is kind, friendly, and helpful. Absolutely I would recommend this community to others, and I have recommended them to friends.

My MIL had a lot of anxiety about moving into assisted living so … we did too. But her Alzheimer’s was progressing & the volume of things in her condo was causing more harm than good; a change and more help were needed. The first time my husband and I toured Cogir, we just felt this was her home. The staff all knew each other, the space was inviting and easy to navigate, everyone said hello to everyone — all good signs that she would feel right at home and we would feel relieved to know she was amongst good caring people. Since her first day at Cogir, my MIL has had a smile on her face. It’s like she’s been able to regain her old self (the woman she was before she started trying so hard to hide the shame/embarrassment she felt due to memory loss). We 1000% attribute her happiness to the friends and friendly staff she has come to live amongst at Cogir. And we are forever grateful we found this caring community for her to live out her days.

My mom has been at COGIR for three years. Everyone know her and loves her and always says hello [name removed]. They know me also. It’s that that matters they take the time to get to know all the residents and their family. Always letting me know good and bad things and often funny times. Everyone usually has a smile on their face and I feel the staff genuinely likes working there. I feel stress free and happy my mom is there.

My Brother has been a resident for nearly 6 years, and is very happy and comfortable with his living situation. He has no complaints about the quality of any meal, (and he is really picky). The Staff is caring, and friendly and responsive to any issues that arise. The shuttle is a great addition for any appointments that he needs to get too. Lot of programs to choose from, but the greatest thing is the Culver City Senior Center is walking distance...my Brother uses that facility at least twice a week.
