From the moment my brother and I walked into Avamere at Cascadia, we knew we were finished with our search. I found it to be a bright and warm facility, not too huge and seemed well organized with plenty of amenities. It has a calming, happy feeling about it, as what I also sensed from the residents and the staff members. We received such a warm welcome from [name removed]who gave us the tour and patiently discussed the facility and the environment with us. I am so grateful to have met her. My mother was able to move in sooner than we expected. She expressed her happiness and said we did a good job!

Very positive experience. All staff were and are helpful and bend over backwards to give us direction and assisted care. My mother enjoys the food and the company of other residents. She attends many of the scheduled activities and has started Zumba.

When we realized my elderly sister was no longer able to live on her own and care for herself, I set on a mission to find her the best care and best facility. Cogir fit all my requirements. She moved into a beautiful 1 bedroom unit, decorating it with her own furniture and fixtures. All the staff that looked after her were always the same ladies in her area, wonderful so she did not have to get to know new people every day. Her room was cleaned, bed changed, helped her to shower, delivered her meds to her, delivered her meals if she was unable to go to the dinning room. She made many new friends that would come visit her in her room when she was unable to get out. The nursing staff was so wonderful to her as her health declined. She was so happy that she had made a new home and made new friends and found old friends. I am so thankful to everyone at Cogir for taking care of my sister (who was like my mother) for the last couple years prior to her passing. Edie Klein

[name removed] who is the sales manager here is fantastic. She loves her staff and Ioves the people who call this facility home. We were so impressed by the interactions we saw. Since our mother has moved in that impression has only improved. The residents care about each other. Not your typical facility at all but an actual home environment!

[name removed] is the one who lives there. [name removed] doesn't care all that much for their food, says there is not enough seasoning. [name removed] doesn't attend a lot of the activities

It is a very comfortable and homey environment. Yes, I would recommend to other families.

I would rate them a 5 on each category. It was a safe, caring, kind, friendly place. I am so grateful for the kindness shown by the caregivers at Cogir of Bothell. They always kept their spirits up even when some residents were being difficult. They were quick to respond when a resident needed extra care. I can't thank them enough for all they did for my husband.

The entire staff at Princeton Village care about their residents. They are also pleasant to work with. Abeit Nursing or Care Staff. Front desk, Management, Dining and Cleaning staff, they are committed to the needs of their residents. Even as a family member I am treated with the same level of concern. I am pleased and at comfort knowing my mother is safe and attended to.

Both my mother in law and my wife spent their last days in memory care at the Georgian Lakeside. I was very impressed with the quality of care and the professionalism of the staff during a very difficult time.

The staff at The Lofts is exceptional. Director [name removed]went above and beyond for my mother recently. My mother was traveling and needed her passport sent to her overnight so that she was able to return home to The Lofts. [name removed] spent quite a lot of time getting the passport sent and waiting at UPS to confirm it was on it’s way to my mom. Can’t thank her enough for helping us out of a big problem!

My mom moved in to Cadence in August of 2023. She was 93, but had lived alone. Her mobility was becoming more difficult , and she was very isolated. Upon visiting Cadence she was ready to move right in! The staff was amazing! Smaller facility, the staff treated the residents like family, and not once did I see or hear any evidence of discontent from residents or staff. Unfortunately, my mom passed away 5 months later from respiratory problems. She was given excellent care and was able to remain there instead of being hospitalized. I tell everyone those 5 months at Cadence were the best 5 months she’d had in many years.

I moved into Carson Plaza from a Fallon ,NV. The staff, food is excellent. My apartment is very nice and I enjoy the things they have to do. Best move I made for senior living.

Cadence was such a special time for our mom to spend her last days. She loved all of the activities, games, and special events. She loved the food too!

All 7 categories would rate a 5. My father-in-law died this past year and was treated exceptionally kind during his first al days. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we had.

The staff is extremely friendly. They always greet you, usually by your name, They work very well together never hear them complain. If you have a problem and need help, they usually resolve or take care of it promptly. They are always available. Avery well ran facility. {[name removed].

Mallard Landing by Cogir is a great place!! The location is wonderful as well.

We were looking at a home for mom and came across Sunridge which was owned by Holiday at the time . They were going through renovations as it was a more established community , but needed some upgrades . We went back in August and it is beautiful , and now called Solista owned by Cogir . The staff is amazing ! The chef is talented to say the least . The maintenance crew is timely to address your needs , and management is really invested in the well being of the staff and community members , not to mention the pets of the residents as well . They had a pet photo shoot ! I suggest taking a tour with Desirae and saying Hi to Cgef [name removed] to see how they can make your new home feel special . They also have Happy Hour !!!

All of the staff is so friendly, actually everyone in the whole building is so nice. I love my apartment and my view of the pool.

Well to start off, my mother was living with me for almost a year after my father died. My sister said she wanted mom to go down to Tallahassee and stay there. My sister found a place for mom but mom was just never happy there. It was an independent living but it didn’t feel like a home. I wasn’t a fan either when I visited but didn’t want to upset my mom or my sister. So I decided to look for a place back in Charlotte where I live and grew up. This is where my mother is from too. I’m truly a research person so I looked up several places. My first appointment was here and I met with [name removed] and he showed me around and I went home and couldn’t get this place out of my head. I ended up not looking anywhere else and just decided to go with my gut feeling and chose Solista … it just felt right ! I told my mom and in 2 weeks she was here and she is so happy and took to it right away. I can’t believe my mom is doing things on her own without me. This is truly an answer to my prayers!

We cant really speak to the current situation there. No place is perfect but the staff at Where the Heart is really wants what is best for your parents. It was clean and the staff for the most part were very caring. Even with staff shortages, they gave it their all. Activities were always there for mom and dad to take advantage of if they were up for it. Both of our parents passed away - dad in 2022 and mom in 2023 so its been a year since we had anything to do with Where The Heart Is
