My parents have been living at Cogir Of Fremont for a while now, and I can confidently say that they absolutely love it there! The food is delicious and diverse, catering to various cultural tastes. The culinary team does an excellent job of providing a wide range of options that suit every resident's preferences. The staff is exceptional, particularly [name removed] at the front desk, who always greets everyone with a warm smile. The maintenance team is also top-notch, quickly addressing any repair or installation requests. The activities calendar is always packed, with something exciting happening every day of the month. From arts and crafts to live entertainment, there's never a dull moment. The caregivers are compassionate and dedicated, providing outstanding support to all residents. Special mention goes to [name removed] , the director, who is always looking for ways to improve the community. He's constantly present and available, listening to residents' feedback and concerns.

Good community, happy residents. We toured and had lunch with good food. Apartments are beautiful with new renovation. Looking to move her in soon.

Wonderful dining room ambiance. Staff are helpful, [name removed] and [name removed] are wonderful and go out of their way! The outside walkways do need to be pressure washed and kept cleaned and presentable. [name removed] is a tremendous organizer and plans great activities for everyone. The menu and presentation are nice but can be overly salty/seasoned, meat can be tough on occasion.

My mother got put into the facility. And I cannot thank the employee’s enough for how easy they made the transition for not only me, but her as well! I recommend this place to everyone who wants to know their loved ones are well taken care of, and fed great!

I often go to lotus park to visit my close friend who has been a resident for about 2 years. Every time I visit, I join her for the activities and am impressed every time with the fun and creative activities that they conduct for the residents. My friend tells me that she has made so many friends with the kind and helpful staff members. They are always personable and go out of their way to ensure that she is comfortable and happily entertained. Definitely a fantastic and safe environment for the elderly!

I have lived in Cogir on Napa Rd for 5 months. My daughter toured a couple of communities after I had a fall and she chose Cogir on Napa Rd as the next place to call home. After being here for 5 months I can attest that she made the perfect decision for me. One of the things that highlight this community is the staff commitment and effort to involve everyone in the daily activities that they offer. I'm really happy to be surrounded by great people.

I have toured multiple communities in the Bay Area and by far Cogir on Napa Rd has been one of my favorite communities. When you walk in the front desk greets you with a smile and everyone around seems genially happy. The residents are very engaged with all the activities that are offered. I wouldn't think twice about moving a loved one to this community.

Parents have been there for 9 year! Dad passed two years ago. Mom continues to enjoy life at Cogir and reminds us of all her activity times so we can schedule visits and medical appointments that don’t interfere with them. We can not say enough about the staff. Executive director [Name Removed]gets especially high praise for the care she takes of residents, their environment and especially the quality of their lives. She always goes the extra mile in our eyes We have two concerns one is dietary both quality and variety. Our mom reports it is often dismal and having been guests with her as diners we agree. The other is lack of a covered area at the entrance to accommodate arrivals of residents as they get in and out of vehicles. It is especially concerning during winter wet weather. Emergency personnel remain uncovered as they prepare residents for transport. Many aesthetic improvements are happening. Hopefully, this need is not being sidelined. Cogir has made my moms life happier since she has lived here. The food is very good and has lots of choices weekly. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The nursing staff is very friendly and helpful and always smiling.

We just moved my mom into studio. Royale and this place is really nice. Good vibes when you enter the building and There is a lot of A life in the residents & staff. This keeps my mom positive and busy.

My husband and I wanted to return to Sonoma to live. After two years of research, including real estate, we are happily settled at Cogir. We love our 2 bedroom apartment. My husband has had some medical set backs; and we have real sense of security at Cogir.

They get a 5 across the board. It's an incredible place. Small enough ( thank goodness) that everyone knows everyone and the staff is outstanding. Twice weekly on site geriatric Nurse Practitioner ( as well as on site podiatry visits). Very responsive staff and administration. Two days a week they offer transport to and from medical appointments. They have increased the number of outings for residents ( book shop, Cracker Barrel, Christmas lights). All rooms on one floor with easy access to pretty outside gardens. We are so pleased with this facility. My mother is now 98, legally blind and has dementia. She has breakfast in her room everyday and whenever possible with the weather she likes to have her lunch out on the front porch!

I have lived at Cogir of Sonoma for a year. When I first toured the community I was welcomed with very friendly staff and residents. The staff is always ready to help you and they greet you by name and a with smile.

The staff here is so nice and welcoming. The apartments are on the smaller side but the amenities more than make up for it. My mom loves the sky lounge patio with water views. The property is beautiful and the perfect size for her.

Very positive experience with one exception, they cannot keep staffed with as many people as they need.

Facility is very clean. No awkward odors. Spotless. EXTREMELY involved/caring staff. The activities director has taken my mother in law under her wing and is exceptionally patient and loving with her. Treats her like family. Perfect room. A bit on the small side, but they don't want them in their rooms too much. Constant events/activities offered. Very thoughtful. Just disappointed the price has gone up about 4 times in the last two years.

The staff treat your loved one as their family. The facility is clean and well maintained inside and outside. The staff smile at their patients, sing songs to them. Theres beautiful gardens to sit outdoors or walk around.

Would highly recommend but it's pricey maybe not sustainable over time for avg person.
