Excellent care with a staff that goes over an above on the love for each residence. Residents home activities meals and medical care are in the place.

Staff members are very welcoming and friendly. Look out for the residents. Room size is adequate for a single person and bed. It would be better if a double bed could be accommodated but right now a twin bed works. Meals are ok just need more selection for breakfast.

Everyone is very friendly to pets. My apartment is roomy enough for me, my big dog and 6 visitors. Three meals a day provided with choices.

Facility is recently remodel and the staff has been great and caring for our needs. The dining room is a great place to relax while dining with friends.

You feel at home from day 1, food is outstanding, ground are beautiful. The staff from management down, treat you like family. So many things to do. I would highly recommend this community to everyone.God bless all who work here.

It's not perfect, but pretty darn good! Every one is super nice and they all take ownership when there is a problem. I would recommend to others.

I really like the residents here. I have met lots of friends. Yes, I would recommend Solista Orem by Cogir to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

We just took a tour of Cogir of Old Town Alexandria this weekend. It’s beautiful. The Director of Sales Chantelle was so helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us so much information on senior living communities. All the staff were so nice. It has easy parking under the building. This is definitely one of our top two choices and we are planning on going back with my mom to take a look.

The main thing is the one-bedroom unit has a large hall and bedroom closet. [community removed] one smaller hall closet. That was the deal breaker. Very friendly as are the residents

I was very pleased with Cogir of Cedar Creek. I appreciated they have a designated space for short term stays. Every one we dealt with was very nice. I would recommend.

The staff is amazing and my mom loves how they treat her. The Kitchen is too large but it could be smaller to make the living room larger.

This is home. Local management is very, very good and [name removed] to do what they can do to help the resident with their needs. Meal are very good and prepaid to the liking. House keeping is excellent.

After having a heart attack. I moved into Solista so I wasn't living alone anymore. The current residents welcomed me and showed me around to make transitioning into a new place, easier. They wrote an article about me in their newsletter, to let everyone know who I was. Residents that I haven't formerly met speak to me in the mornings and in the afternoons we have pleasant conversations. It makes me feel welcomed everyday. My new home is very pleasant.

Library is expectational. Meals are healthy and great. Room is comfortable and assessor elevator. Staff cares about each of us and is avaliable to assist if needed. All rooms are cleaned weekly the there are many activities to choose from. The only problem I have is with owner of 2 dogs one a small pup, that is left outside in all kind of weather in a small- 3x3 fencing no water no shelter no food all its frightened and old.

I'd rate all 8 at a 5. It's a very nice facility. It meets all our criteria we were looking for.

We have not watched the food service, nor eaten anything there but we would probably rate it a 5. There is an excessive turnover in administration and even the caregivers, but there is new management company coming on [date removed] Remodeling done recently is conducive for maintenance, is modern and contemporary and lovely, but doesn't feel quite as "grandma-homey" as it did before What we like the most about Where the Heart is, is that it is in a nice location. It is an attractive facility. There is good communication with me on patient related issues. In house salon, foot care, physical therapy and lots of good activities with friendly staff. We would definitely recommend.

My sons toured this retirement home and knew I would love it. The staff is genuinely friendly and caring. They remain pro-active in trying to ensure residents have their best life. The food is very good and well presented. Yes, this is an expensive place., but it's the best avaliable. Physical therapy is avaliable and it is really effective. So many out going people live here. My dog is happy here, too.

I’m so happy I just moved my mom to this community. It’s only been a few weeks but she is so happy. She’s made new friends and is active and social again. Ask for [name removed]to take a tour. She is the most honest salesperson I’ve met and is so much fun!

I can't say enough good things about them! They really care about the residents and are very welcoming to family. We would absolutely recommend Redwood Heights Assisted Living to other families.
