What I like the most about Cogir of Sonoma Senior Living is the people, my apartment, the beautiful courtyard with all the flowers and plants, the food -- almost everything. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families

They were so helpful making our family feel comfortable and welcome. They answered all our questions and truly seemed to want the best for my dad. Response time was amazing for a large facility! In particular, the health aides, maintenance man [name removed], and nurse [name removed] are outstanding!

All 5s...but it is a retirement community. Will need an acceptance for CNA (Better@Home). They are friendly, to all of the residents. It is a great community. They have various apartment sizes. My loved one has a studio and they have 1 and 2 bedrooms.

Transitioning my dad to independent living was hard but not because of the location. The staff here goes above and beyond to help make the experience as easy as it can be. Dad’s apartment is great. Spacious and bright. Wonderful patio. [name removed] made the process so much better with personal touches and a kind heart for the residents but also for the family involved as well. She is wealth of information! I hope Dad loves it here for a long time.

At Cogir they staff was very friendly and helpful, willing to work with you to make the transition easier. They have many activities for the residents and engage as much as possible. I was not impressed with the food the day I had lunch there, hopefully they have a new chef. My husband was there for a two week respite while I went on a cruise. He was happy enough there and I felt he was well cared for.

Although in independent living they do verify wellbeing daily. they are reducing some benefits and residents are apparently complaining. The facility is very nice. Lots of activities. Everyone is very friendly.

We've been very happy with their care of my sister. Her ALS gives them extra challenges, but they've been very responsive when there needs to be changes or issues arise.

Communication is great. They take great care of my grandmother. They take her over to memory care everyday so she's not sitting alone in her apartment for no extra cost. When my grandfather was at the end of life they were there for the entire family. Bringing food and coffee to the room so we could all be with him as he passed. They really have went above and beyond

All 5s. We were disappointed we had to move. It was due to needing assisted living. The staff is very involved and made sure my mom knew what was going on. She bragged about the food. We were able to use the "family" dining room for our Christmas dinner. My mom had many good friends. It was really hard for her to leave.

What we like the most about Solista Colorado Springs is How caring and accommodating the staff is. They truly care for the residents. They answer all questions that I have and try to help me with my mom whenever I ask. They could try to do more with the quality of the food and choices they offer. Sometimes it's very bland and meat is dry and hard for elderly people to cut.

Solista is cheaper then all the rest of the retirement centers everyone is friendly families are welcome Easter is next Sunday and we are planning on our family's coming for lunch if they have pets tell them to have a Dr write a letter stating that the animal is an emotional pet so the paper can go into their file but they will like it here tell them to come and take a tour.

The staff worked diligently to get my parents housed in time for a discharge from a rehab center. The residents are unbelievably friendly & welcoming. The food and social opportunities are outstanding.

After reviewing we would give items 1-7 all 5's. #8 is a 4. Care plan pay scale is not consistent with actual changes in care provided. Dad just had his 1 year anniversary at the facility. 8 months in assisted living and last 4 months in memory care., Staff does a very good job of getting to know the residents, understanding their needs/wants and personalities. The fact that they are affiliated with the Emory IMC (Integrated Memory Care) sets them far above other facilities when seeking care for a loved one with dementia. IMC has been awesome.

I have been here almost 3 weeks now and am really enjoying several things about it. It's a newer facility and so the all of the fixtures are still new. The staff are all incredibly nice and the food is excellent. I am looking forward to a long stay.

They were very kind in understanding my mother's indecisiveness of when to move in. It was around the Christmas and New Year holidays so things were pretty busy. She's very happy that she's there now!

I would say number five to all of them. We are so happy and so are my parents. What we like the most about Cogir of Sonoma Plaza is how they take care of our parents. The food is wonderful. They are very helpful. They have amazing events. Special music all the time. Bus trips to get our parents out of the community. Very responsive to everything we have talked to them about. Very clean And beautiful residence. They take care of our parents the way we would take care of them. Very patient and loving.

They have been so kind and done such a good job keep my mom happy and comfortable with so many activities and she still has freedom to be herself. Despite her diagnosis. She is doing so much better her than I ever suspected she would at a care facility.

Less residents. its a smaller place and they are good people.

What we like the most about Cogir of Kent is that It's very clean, the staff are exceptionally nice, the food's good. Mom has the usual grumbles, but after working in skilled nursing facility, she doesn't know how good she has it! Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My job has taken me into scores of assisted living facilities and Cogir of Stock Ranch’s first impression ranked in the top ten percent. My experience goes back 5 years with my stepmother, mother in law and now my dad. I believe this facility offers an excellent quality of care in a beautiful environment for a very competitive price. My father enjoys and likes all of his caregivers, with the meals being a highlight every day. After many lunches and dinners I can vouch for the quality and variety of their menu. I feel fortunate that my father has this quality of care at this time in his life and would recommend Cogir to anyone.
