It was a feeling & how the coordinator shared the information based on the conversation and what we were looking for. I don't believe I can answer that. Everyone's situation is different based on the needs of the family member.

There aren't enough words to express how grateful we are to [name removed] and the staff at The Windham who have made Mom feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. We couldn't ask for more! Often one of our family will pick her up to spend time with her. When she leaves, she's required to check herself out and check back in. It's comforting to us that they keep track of her. The staff is very accommodating when we have questions and/or concerns. Mom enjoys staying busy and being around people. She attends exercise classes almost daily. She enjoys the crafts, always signs up for cooking classes, and especially loves the music programs. The dining room is beautiful and the food is good. The staff decorates for every holiday! Meals together has been a great opportunity for Mom to make new friends. This is such a perfect fit for Mom.

They could do more activities. However, all of the employees were very pleasant, caring and attentive. I found Cedar Creek to be the place that was most like my mother's home .

The Solita at High Point NC has an excellent staff and dining room offering a variety of excellent meals. Take a tour and see for yourself the amenities.

What we like the most about Cogir of Edmonds is everyone is very friendly, and I think that's the part we love the most. I can't think of anything they could improve upon at this point.

Extremely pleased with the facility. The dining experience is great. The cost of the meals is included. They also clean your apartment which is included. They have a department called ABC in house which offers assistance (for a fee) with daily activities if needed. They have a free shuttle for medical appointments and shopping. All you could ever want, right in house.

I am very pleased with Cogir of Northgate. The staff has been so helpful an friendly. My mother is acclimated and I'm encouraged!

The staff is always professional, friendly and accessible creating a warm and welcoming environment.

One of the problems are the remodeling the whole building so if you live here, you are subject to a lot of construction going on the facility and staff are wonderful. The apartment sizes are great with tons of windows and light. A note it is independent living. If you have a problem, you need to hire a nurse to come in on the individual basis.

She help me to help my sister and to understand with e very well from stated until today and I do appreciate. Thanks again.

The staff are awesome they care about the residents. very kind and they love their job taking care of the residents. The management is wonderful very professional very nice and helpful. They take care in their residents . I would give ocean ridge assisted living a 5 star and recommend them to anyone who needed to place their loved one in a safe and secure and wonderful place to live.. the residents are so sweet and nice they seem to like it here because they have smiles on their faces. And they look happy.

My mother loves it there. Staff went above and beyond to welcome her . Facility very clean and offers everything she needs. Meals are outstanding and plentiful. Most importantly, doctors come to the facility and handle all her needs including lab work. She was worried about locating and getting to doctors, but they come to the Virginian.

I highly recommend the Windham for independent and assisted living. My mom has been there for 3 years and I have observed first hand the highest level of quality, care and professionalism in Fresno. Living out of state it was important to know that my mom was in good hands. The strutture is beautiful, clean and cared for down to the smallest detail with a vibrant atmosphere. In my opinion the restaurant has some of the best burgers and pancakes in town. The staff is professional, friendly, patient considerate and ready to help in any way. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile. Starting with the Executive Director I've witnessed first hand the importance of treating each residence with respect, love and dignity while helping family members deal with the care challenges of an aging parent. I knew I wasn't alone.

This community is absolutely gorgeous from the moment you walk in you’re welcomed with a sign that has your name making me feel known and special. [name removed], the sales director is amazing. She took the time to talk with me and learn about what I am looking for. Highly recommend this community.

My aunt was with Cogir for a limited time. The staff were kind, helpful, and caring. The place was clean. The director worked with us to create the right environment for my aunt. Would recommend Cogir of San Rafael.

Cogir of Kent has been a very pleasant experience for my mom. The staff is quite professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive when something is needed. Meals are prepared with care and compassion. The chefs are willing to work with the residents specific dietary restrictions and bend over backwards to accommodate everyone! I highly recommend if you have a loved one looking for Senior Assisted or Independent living this is the place to be!

After a measurement mistake with my storage shelving, [name removed] from management immediately assured me, "Misako, don't worry. We will take care of it." She coordinated with Albert from maintenance to re-measure, return incorrect shelves, and install proper ones. Having moved to Cogir Vallejo Hills five months ago, this experience confirmed that I made the right choice. In any organization, mistakes happen—we're all human. What we like the most about the community is the staff is really friendly and involved with their clients. They've really helped me with caring for my friend.

Cadence is a wonderful facility that genuinely cares about their residents . They have a wide variety of activities to stimulate all interests and levels. They make a concerted effort to get everyone involved whether it's in a group setting or a one on one setting. The food is very good and the facility is amazingly well cared for. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The facility also does a great job getting families involved with numerous events that they put on.
