Everyone was very welcoming, patient and helpful. The sales director was personable and efficient. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families. I appreciated the charm and outdoor area. I have looked at many places in Bellingham. Some were much fancier but I liked the community and hominids of their facility best.

I didn't have any meals, so can't honestly answer that one. ; [name removed]is terrific. My mom loved her. The value was by better than any other facility we considered. Some tried to be too fancy and came across too dark. Cogir is bright with lots of natural light lending to good outcomes for emotional health.

Something we like about the community is my mom has activity to keep her busy. She says more would be good. The staff and apartment size is good. I would recommend Solista Grants pass to others.

Pelican Pointe is a clean and welcoming facility with an exceptional staff! Caring for loved ones can be challenging, but in my opinion, the staff at Pelican Pointe truly goes above and beyond to support families.

A Place for Mom stood by us as my Dad's needs changed and he needed a higher level of support, with very targeted and appropriate help. The facilities suggested were very helpful and when Dad became demented and very quickly forgot to eat/drink/take meds, they found appropriate and safe care options for him.

This is a fabulous facility! Staff are attentive and friendly and everyone knows your name within 24 hours! The community is diverse. background and abilities all blend. Love the staff, the food, and the activities and they have a great military community as well. It's clean bright and better than home.

Solista Yakima is located in a safe neighborhood. It has a happy and uplifting atmosphere. I am always greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The food menu caters to diverse dietary needs. I am very happy and my decision to live here.

Based on my experience living at Cogir West End for my initial month, I give it a rating of 5 in each category - I can be a very judgemental person and sensitive to businesses and people not meeting reasonable standards - we looked at more than a dozen assisted living facilities in the DC area before selecting Cogir West End. It is relatively new - 7-8 years old and was built with style and sturdiness. It is extremely well maintained and cleaned. The management and staff are professional, pleasant, polite and productive. The attention and service provided to residents is sensitive, responsive and effective. The administrative staff are professional, efficient and responsive. The meals are consistently creative, nutritional and delicious. With a fitness center, movie theater, therapy pool, library, tap room, art gallery, and expansive outdoor patio, the opportunities for relaxation or activity are continual. While the facility, its personnel and services are superior, the initial and continuing cost has been less than others that we considered. We are extraordinarily pleased with the wisdom of our selection of Cogir West End as our new home.

The team was extremely flexible with our needs and able to offer my dad and stepmom an apartment quickly and with a discount given their special needs at the time.

They have been helpful and attentive with my dad. They encourage but not push. They have allowed him to acclimate at his pace. The staff has called immediately when needed and has followed up. I am very pleased

I've been very happy with the care [name removed] is getting. Everyone is very friendly and truly seem to care. The room is perfect size for one person. Nice big bathroom that accommodates easy access with both walker and wheelchair. Food is yummy!

Facility was top for me. I wasn't expecting it to feel and look like somewhere I would like to stay at. Also, the staff was awesome. They were very helpful, and the best part they were understanding and caring for our situation. Which was not expected it's a blessing when you are at the end and you are burnt and at the mercy of everyone when someone is willing to understand and hear you. I'm very grateful, unfortunately, in my experience, most individuals don't even care. Also, it wasn't just the place it was. Also, the residents there talking with them made me feel at ease with my mom living there.

I thought the folks at Lotus were great! They were very patient with my Dad and all the help he needed. I would recommend them to anyone.

I home lived here nearly 4 years. It is home to home to me and I am very happy being a part of this community, where I feel cherished and people listen to me. The staff is super and there is genuine friendless and it feels like family.
