I would the people who work at Peninsula Pointe are very efficient at giving care. Plus the workers are friendly and happy. My visits are all positive experiences!

Mom see mostly happy, the people here are attentive to her needs. Price is competitive and the smaller size of the community is nice. Communication with the staff can be slow at times but this seems to be a common complaint at many of these types of places.

Their Community Relations Director, [name removed]is a gifted caregiver & liaison professional. She flew to Montana to retrieve our father without incident or fear on his part. She is a natural in all interpersonal skills, an amazing woman our family will never forget. Their day and overnight staff are tirelessly caring and were willing to answer my questions about my father's condition, demeanor and outlook, helping me care for him WITH them.

Our family clicked with the staff right away, they were friendly and helpful. Parts of the facility were being renovated and they were very honest about that and that made us feel very confident and comfortable. We really liked the activities and amenities that Cogir has to offer. My Aunt is very happy with her new surroundings.

They bent over backwards to make it possible for [name removed] to live there. Very generous and compassionate. The problem proved to be that [name removed] needed more ADL help than initially thought. He really needed Assisted Living. If he were to pay for laundry, walking his dog, housecleaning, etc., it would have cost him an extra 4-5 hundred a month. he never should have qualified for independent living. A cousin is moving him to a Solista place in Everett and I hope they get the Medicaid paper work started so he may qualify for Assisted Living. Slolista contracted with private pay individuals to help the elderly who needed more help. With [name removed] memory issues, and physical limitations Know limits of your resident/family member. They need to be independent. Do own laundry, clean room, walk their dog, remember things! Dinner times, relating to others, take initiative to participate, family checking in regularly, etc.

The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I honestly can find no fault with the facility or the folks who work here. They work hard to make sure there are a number and a variety of activities, to entertain a broad assortment of interest.

Great staff top to bottom and good chemistry. It is clean and they are taking very good care of my mother, I am super impressed.

Located in nice community in Charlotte. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

What I like most about the community are the social aspects. Feels warm and friendly. Apartment size is just right. They offer a lot of social activities . The staff is outstanding.

The faculty and staff is great and very friendly . The food is excellent and residents are all friendly. The activities are fun although I don't know how to play some-of the card games but they are willing to teach me. Compared to Solstice this is several steps above. The cost is several hundred dollars less and nicer. I would recommend Cogir to anyone.

We met the sales person at Solista in [date removed]. She took us on a tour of Solista because we were searching for community living home. She is a very pleasant and informed manager. Blaming for a change of lifestyle is a major decision and her talent to help you feel comfortable choosing a community home. She is my thorough in answering our question.

The staff is very friendly and caring. Yes, we would absolutely recommend The Montecito by Cogir to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

They are an amazing facility. We have been very happy with Solista Longmont. They were quick to accommodate our families needs and quick to reach out when anything concerning comes up.

We haven't tried the food but my father in law isn't a big fan, that's the only reason for a middle answer. The staff has always been really great. Greetings us when we arrive, kind things to say about our father in law. They answer questions quickly and thoroughly. The staff is also always smiling when we are there, and seem to enjoy their jobs there. The facility is always clean inside and out. It's always decorated really well for the season or holiday. It never smells bad or weird.

Very nice, good activities. Beautifully decorated (newly remodeled). Rooms are done well aesthetically, bathrooms bright and light. Main drawback is that they are slow to answer help requests, which, I believe is the case everywhere today. Excellent administrative staff.

I would rate every category a 5. My sister is very happy living there and I love it. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and the rent is reasonable. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families. I'm happy to tell people how wonderful Atrium Village is!

The staff is great! Our executive director [name removed] mingles with us. I was at another. Assistant facility which wasn't nice. This place is like living at the Hilton. I would recommend Harvard Square for anyone who is looking for a place to live! We are one big family!

Harvard Square is exceptional. There is an atmosphere of warmth and and friendship. Activities are varied and numerous. The staff is very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to live some where that feels like home.

Clean, safe, friendly staff and wide variety of food choices. Many activities and guest friendly. Sometimes difficult to find guest parking.
