Friendly, and they know me and my loved one immediately always available to answer questions and help clean good food many activities all levels of care.

We toured several places but nothing came close to Cogir of Bothell for memory care. We like that it doesn’t feel like a hospital and everyone working there has been caring and supportive with a positive attitude. When going through something like memory loss, it’s hard to make the best of a difficult situation, yet somehow Cogir manages to do so seamlessly.

The facility is bright, cheery and welcoming. What few questions that I had the staff was caring and prompt with answers. I wish my sister could have stayed there longer.

I really like the fact that the facility is on the smaller side. I feel like the rooms could be just a touch bigger. Not by much, but just a little bit. This is for the memory care area. My only complaint really is the bathroom. The bathrooms have automatic faucets so it's hard to get the water hot & then for it to stay on so you can wash your face. I understand why they have it that way-so water isn't left running if the dementia person forgets. But I really do love the place. The room my mom has is bright. They have some great programs & the caregivers are very kind & patient with the residents. I’m very thankful for them.

We are so glad we found The Quarry for my parents 9 years ago. They started in Independent Living and when a higher level of care was needed, The Quarry provided support through Assisted Living, accommodated hospice services for my dad, and now Memory Care for my mom. We are grateful to remain at The Quarry through it all. The staff are excellent and very caring. It gives us peace of mind knowing our loved ones are being well-cared for.

Even before we moved my grandma to Cogir the staff already cared for her and were willing to help in any way with her transition. Once she was moved in, the staff was amazing…very compassionate. They were very gentle with her fragile body and checked on her frequently. She needed a lot of additional care as she lacked mobility and couldn’t feed herself. Everyone showed kindness and tenderness! They treated my grandma with dignity like she was part of their family! And the atmosphere is lovely! The food was delicious! It is a very warm and inviting place…very homey!

[name removed] and [name removed] were incredibly helpful through the moving process and stayed in frequent contact to ensure our questions were answered and we well cared for. I am so grateful that A Place for Mom was able to point me in the direction of Redwood Heights!

We have been residents at The Quarry for five years. We have found it to be easy to make friends and the staff is very accommodating to our requests and needs. Our apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Our activities include use of a gym and pool, dinners out, a variety of games, and a weekly happy hour with live entertainment to name only a few amenities. We have a food allowance but if we don't want the meal offered we have the option to order from an expanded menu. On holidays we enjoy special meals and decorations. The Quarry has definitely been the best choice for us in retirement living.

The other day my daughter scheduled a tour at Cogir at The Quarry for us. (We also toured other communities that same week.) I wanted to take the time to say that The Quarry was one of the kindest, happiest communities we visited. Everyone stops to say hi. I can't wait to come back for one of their upcoming events. They seem to have so many options.

I find all of the staff minus the director to be helpful and pleasant. Our director is a bit bluff and dictatorial in her dealings with the residents. Other than that, the food is great. The rooms are comfortable. It's clean and nicely landscaped.

All of the places are expensive, but what do you do. They could always do better, you just keep on them.Its today's work force and they don't get paid enough, it goes to the top. It's a shame, the residents were all productive people in their earlier life, before the disease . They deserve better. The staff has had a few changes. Just when you get to know some of them they leave. Probably like anywhere else. Right now the staff we have are very friendly and caring, they know about their residents. It's comforting to know how your family member is doing when you're not there. The activities have picked up , keeping them busy, not just sitting around or watching movies. They even get to get out of the facilities on Friday trips. Which is great, I would imagine it's a hard thing to do. There is a lot of adjustment on the families part , things we have to accept. But over all we're happy with our choice.

Moved into Cogir Brentwood in [date removed], and I'm writing to share how truly happy I am with that decision. Living here has fulfilled so many of my needs-there's always entertainment to enjoy, the food is delicious, and I'm surrounded by pleasant company and cheerful, caring employees. My apartment is perfect for me. It's a spacious one-bedroom that suits me just right, and l've had so much fun decorating it. In fact, [name removed] has even shown it to prospective tenants! My healthcare needs are well taken care of, and I recently experienced just how supportive the staff can be. After having a nosebleed that wouldn't stop, the team quickly called paramedics, contacted my daughter, and even cleaned the carpet afterward. Their kindness and professionalism meant so much to me during that moment. The staff here are always helpful and accommodating, and it's clear they truly care about the residents. My friends and family have all noticed how much happier I am since moving in-and | feel it, too. Thank you to everyone at Cogir Brentwood for making this such a wonderful place to call home. I feel like the value for us at [price removed]is good but they have raised the price for new residents about [price removed] for the same thing we pay [price removed] for. I do not feel that for that amount that we would stay there. They are all so kind and caring, they take great care of my mom, the activities are good, food is good! They decorate for every occasion [name removed] from the dining room is awesome!!!!

I want to explain the care services and the value for cost. Quality of care is good - However, when my Dad was in the Memory care unit they had 3 staff to 12 residents. If 2 staff were helping the residents the third person could not leave the common area to aid any other residents in their room because it would leave the other residents unattended. However, the staff could call for help by other staff members outside of the memory care unit. If it was regarding bathroom assistance that additional time could be a disaster. So I feel first thing in the morning, right after lunch and probably right after dinner, additional staffing for an hour would be a tremendous help. I know that it may not be possible due to cost, but it would cause less stress on the residents and staff. Value for cost - It really is affordable if you break it down on an hourly basis, especially on the assisted living side. The Memory Care side doubles rather quickly due to the residents incapacities and the length of time that the staff has to spend with each resident. That's where I feel extra staffing at certain times would be beneficial. For the price we pay, it hurts my heart anytime a memory care resident has to wait because they do not understand. Bottom line... Would I recommend Cogir at Cedar Creek.. Absolutely!!

The times I've eaten here the food and selections are quite good. I usually shop for and cook for myself. I don't pay attention to the activities they offer. There is a pool and a gym, and a theater.- it's a beautiful place. With the cost of living rising as it is, it all feels apropos at those juncture.

Administrative staff could be more present, available and intentional with procedures of move-in and daily protocol communications. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend the community to others!

He fits in well here and the staff love him! Staff are excellent and very friendly and they are very good to him they also keep me updated even though I'm there every two days visiting him and take him out for lunch every now and then.

We discovered Cogir of Stock Ranch just before our Mom had a fall, broke a bone, and, after skilled nursing, needed Respite care. And Cogir of Stock Ranch was there, I always say, as a miracle of God. They are a friendly and attentive staff; the accommodations are spacious, clean, and affordable compared to most other facilities. She had a place to continue her recovery. It was a spacious one-bedroom apartment; the facility always had fun activities that she would participate in. Time flew by in Respite care. We never wanted her to go back home, fearing she would fall again. She did, and 40 days later, she fell and broke another bone. The same story, hospital, skilled nursing, and back to Cogir for Respite. This time, with the help of the Community Relations Director, we all convinced her to accept Cogir as her permanent home. Amen! The entire journey was over three years. We know our Mom was always well cared for to the very end. Thank God for ALL the staff at Cogir, ????

What we like the most about the community is that everyone is very friendly. The facility is clean and inviting. The food is delicious. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.
