My Dad was out of town so my husband and I were on the initial visit to Acoya Troon with [name removed]. [name removed] was terrific explaining Acoya's apartments, dining, the grounds and all the activities available. It is a beautiful complex, and a nice size as well. Our Dad came the following week and was so impressed he put down a deposit. [name removed], her assistant [name removed], the maintenance team were all so extremely helpful during the move in and after. My Dad has been settled in now two months. He is happy, has friends and plenty of activities to fill his day. Highly recommend you take a look

I have lived at pelican pointe for a year now after I had a fall. I was unsure about moving into assisted living but once I moved in I have met new people I have friends I get to socialize with others and the staff is loving and caring. Always helping me when I need help.I have somebody to be around at all times now I also have a lovely apartment that my daughter set up so beautiful. I would choose pelican pointe to be my forever home.

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful throughout the process. After visiting some other facilities, I can say the Cogir had the most family feel community. And the food there is excellent. They a chef who goes to the farmers market to get the freshest fruit and vegetables. I give them 2 thumbs up. Only drawback is that they don't have memory care there, in case you need that transition.

This place is great. Staff is wonderful. Many fun activities.

Nikkei Senior Gardens (NSG) is a caring and secure environment for our mother with dementia, now living in the Memory Care unit. The staff are caring and loving to residents and supervisors are alert and aware of each resident’s daily status. The environment is clean, odor-free and hygienic. A variety of activities are offered to Memory Care residents on a daily basis plus seasonal events providing a variety of music and cultural demonstrations. Increased levels of caregiving assistance enables progressive intervention as dementia needs warrant. Extra touches such as birthdays and holidays are celebrated with staff offering extra amenities. Access to larger common grounds & facilities are a bonus to memory care residents under supervision. Areas such as the solarium & large gardens enables Memory Care residents to meet family & friends in adjacent spaces. NSG has provided our mother excellent care respecting cultural traditions in a safe & caring environment.

The staff treats them like their own family and they do lots of activities with them. I would recommend. The facility is very clean and always kept nice.

They ensure the level of care a resident's doctor recommends is taken into account and is followed for the well-being of the resident.

This place (Solista) Bellevue is wonderful. I have been here about 4 weeks and had a chance to observe the staff. The staff is pretty good - the entertainment is great. Transportation is offered for shopping and going to church services. It's all!

After viewing multiple senior communities. Cogir Vallejo Hills far exceeded all other choices. From the moment we toured, we knew we had found a home. And after living here we know this was truly excellent choice.

I find Cogir be a very friendly from the staff to the residents. It is extremely will managed and very pleasant place to live.

The staff are so welcoming and really make you feel at home. The building and ground are beautiful and there are a lot of activities for my parents to attend. This community is world-class.

I had great time at pelican pointe. when went there to visit a friend the staff was very nice and smiling when u saw them in the hall and the lunch was great. It was great seeing that they can have there animals with them.

This place as a whole meets all my mom's needs. We are very pleased with them so far.

It is the best!!! Top quality staff, great food, entertainment and field trips. Beautiful landscaping and very clean.

My mom has been at Cogir since the end of April and for someone who swore she'd never live in "one of those old people communities," she is really enjoying her stay. She and the staff really enjoy each other, which is a huge plus because she was not fond of the staff at her previous community. The residents are all wonderful and a few are just as active as my mom, so she has some friends to do things with. There are daily activities from field trips to tai chi to fun games, and my mom has participated in nearly all of them. Her room is spacious with lots of natural light from all the windows and she loves watching the geese daily. The staff is very warm and helpful and I've enjoyed getting to know them whenever I visit. They are all professional and did a great job de-escalating a situation/argument with a resident when I was there. One staff member is super friendly with everyone and loves giving my mom (and my wife and I) hugs all the time, which we all enjoy. Truly a great place!

Solista Charlotte is a great place! The facility itself is extremely nice and well-maintained. It's very bright and welcoming. The staff is beyond excellent! [names removed] and the entire staff are wonderful! They care so much about the residents and do everything they can to make them comfortable and enjoy their life there. As the director, [name removed] truly loves the residents and will do whatever she can to make sure that their quality of life is the best it can be! Would highly recommend Solista Charlotte!

The staff are very caring towards the residents. The food is always tasty, and there is a wide variety of activities.
