The on site team was very kind, it was extremely clean and she loved the food. Yes, we would recommend Cogir of Brea to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Everyone we have met there, both staff and residents, are super nice and friendly. And I like the location of my mom's unit, it's very close and easy for her to find.

I’m happy I chose Solista. It has a free Flo feeling to it. You are free to do however much or little you want to do. You can join in on activities or not. Associate with who you want and not feel pressure to befriend those you wish to avoid. The apartment is comfortable and has many amenities such as a full size refrigerator, plenty of cabinets in the kitchen, very large bathroom, outside door to my patio and I have a studio apartment. Three very healthy meals per day with good tasting food! A coffee bar available at all times with snack foods. All of the staff are personable and fun to be around. Best of all, the cost is reasonable!

After initially interview from APFM I was referred to A list of available options to live. After doing visual tours of other options I chose Grants Pass Solista. . My virtual tour was done by a wonderful lady who walked me through the entire experience. Allowing me to see things I wanted to see better and just was so excited to offer my opportunity to call it “ Home “. So I did . Their entire staff has been amazing and helpful to make sure I received my apartment I wanted, so grateful for them all. Walked around the neighborhood and felt safe. Beautiful area to enjoy the sunshine and walks.

Friendliness of the staff was a key thing and just the overall 'feel' of the place! Mom is loving it at Harvard Square! She is busy with activities all day long and never just sitting in her room. Living her best life!

My family moved me here to be safe. It wasn't what I wanted to do because I loved my home for many years. As I begin my stay at Cogir Mill Creek. I soon realized that it was a great fit for me. Each day I am so thankful for the care I needed and received each day I am so thankful for the care I needed and receive from the staff. The care, food activities are all part of Cogir Mill Creek daily. This is my happy place now.

Facility under constant construction to renovate apartments as they become vacant. Apartments are lovely when completed but noise and dust can be annoying

Everyone from the time you walk through the door is amazing! [names removed] and so many I don’t remember genuinely care about the residents. They leave no stones unturned when it comes to caring for the residents. I have spoke with countless persons who live there and they are all very happy. This was very comforting.

We had a very good experience with Cogir They were very accommodating and worked on our schedule even though it was a bit out of the norm. Helped [name removed] make previously scheduled MD appointments

The dining experience is excellent. The in house medical visits are convenient. The technical support is prompt and efficient. Yes, I would recommend Cadence Chandler by Cogir to other families.

Cadence was the absolute best of the care homes that we had experience with. They worked to always improve my wife's situation. They led all the others in nourishing foods. They stood above others in personal care and cleansing. When negative issues did come up they addressed the problems. There will be problems at any elderly care home and the important issue is the manner that the problem's are addressed. Financially Cadence offers the most service for the cost in dollars paid.

The staff was very helpful with our situation as I was out of state trying to secure the unit. They sent me dimensions and pictures and gave me a video tour thru zoom. My mom has a 2 bedroom unit. They are comfortable and roomy nought. 2 bathrooms. No kitchen except a small sink and a medium size refrigerator. But they have meals there. The staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Very nice and caring people.

The facility is designed as a Condominium with all the amenities. My brother works down the street and had no idea Cogir Kent is an assisted living facility. They have Concierges, the rooms are designed as individual Condos, some even have patios. The common areas are individualized and comfy. There is a Bistro, dining area, gym, a large patio with grills and seating. They also have a full service barber and beauty shop. Cogir Kent is truly a community. All the staff know their residents and family by name. The Chef provides a preference sheets for every resident as well as a weekly menu. He adjust menu items based on feedback. From maintenance, cleaning attendants, nursing, sales and marketing, activities, and the drivers are all professional and caring. There are so many other staff members I can't recall them all.

my Dad is very happy here! They give him much attention and care and are so friendly and kind to him! He has a one bedroom! Everyone that visits comments on how spacious and open the main area is! He doesn't do any activities and eats in his room! We come every al day and play cards with him

What we like the most about Cogir of South Bay is the beautiful building and facilities, welcoming staff, good food and nice residents. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families who based on our experience

Everyone has been caring and thoughtful from the person who we had our initial tour with to the billing staff and everyone in between. It's been a great experience for our family.

Meals/dining - on again/off again - improving when we moved. [name removed] the activities director is the very best. The staff is definitely delightful young ladies warm and caring. The residents on the most part are wonderful. We enjoyed living there but needed to be near our daughters. the rooms are nice size. A lot of them have balconies.

From my husband and my standpoint, my mother in law seems to think there are issues at times but I've verified none are true, but that is very typical of her, one day she loves it the next she's complaining about something that isn't an issue at all... she can get a bit confused at times and also is not always truthful. But she really is doing very well there. 5 star chef, 3-3 course meals each day with custom menu, new entry each day at each meal with alternate options also available, all staff very helpful, get to know all tenants well and check on them if routine seems off, even with independent living.
