Very friendly and cooperate staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable. We're found no flaws in the accommodations. The common areas are kept up well. Our apartments is spacious. They're bringing the apartment up to date. Beautiful cabinets.

My dad has been at Cogir for about 5 months. My family and I are happy with the care he is receiving which is an incredible relief. My dad isn’t much of a social guy but they do try and get him out and about. Everybody there are very friendly and professional.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff is amazing and the serving staff. They just go out of their way to help you with whatever you need the housekeepers are very efficient unhelpful. I enjoy living here tremendously yeah everybody has a little bumps in the road, but I haven't found a better place to live. Thank you.

All the staff are friendly and very helpful. They all show care toward my Mother. If there is any problems I am notified mediately, and any action that needs to be used for her health; they let me know what it is and / or ask which I would like to do.

We moved my wife’s mother into Solista [date removed] and are very happy with the experience and exceptional offerings of Solista. The manager [name removed] was fantastic to work with and went out of her way to help us with the transition. The facility is very clean and well kept. All the employees are very professional and caring. We are very happy with Solista and their in house team, they go out of their way to help and do what ever they can to make everyone feel happy and at home.

What we like the most about the community is that it is very clean, friendly staff, modern facility and yes we would recommend the community to other families.

It started with a tour back in [date removed] for [name removed]. She was in need of a new place and this was the second senior living place we visited. We were both impressed with how openly inviting it was. The residents that we passed by would say hello. [name removed], our tour guide, would also say hello to the residents and even have a quick conversation with them. We were both impressed with the apartments and [name removed]found one she was in love with, What really impressed me was that [name removed]was not able to move in right away due to financial and legal issues. We were assured that her apartment would be held until such time she could move in. That time came almost at the end of [year removed] I am so grateful that the people at Park Terrace made[name removed] dream come true.

We are beginning a new life in Arizona at Cadence Chandler. We sold our home in Georgia and moved into our new home a few months ago. It is all we expected it to be. Our welcome was cordial and informative. The staff showed us the amenities throughout the building. We met the resident nurse - PA, the physical exercise instructor, the local crafts artist, the restaurant chef and servers, the maintenance supervisor and technicians, and the Cadence Council representative. Each one offered to help us get acquainted with, and become a part of, the Cadence community. We have enjoyed the delicious daily meals, special pub parties, theme-based dinners, and ice cream afternoons at the Bistro. Notices of the community activities are posted in each elevator and at convenient locations throughout the building. Pictures of military veterans are listed on a "Heroes Wall." Cadence Chandler has exceeded our expectations. We look forward to many rewarding days, in the future, in our new home.

I researched 10 assisted living facilities for my father, and this one is the best value. For about the same cost as other facilities in the area, they have a large workout area with numerous machines, a jacuzzi, pool, and the food is good. They have numerous events throughout the week, and the free ice cream bar and happy hours during the week make Cogir feel like a cruise ship on land. My dad is very happy here.

Cogir of San Rafael memory care has a Very cheery atmosphere! The staff are very friendly. It does help when the family is involved and advocates for the needs of their loved one.

I have lived here for 4 months and absolutely love it for so many reasons. I had been living at another senior independent living complex that had typical desert gravel with a few cactus and shrubs and drab desert paint colors inside and out. When I saw the Park Terrace brochure the beautiful decor in the lobby and dining room and the lush green landscaping was enough of a reason for me to schedule a tour. The friendly, experienced and attentive staff and managers are the main reason that I decided to move here. They keep surprising me with their attention to detail. There are many activities scheduled every day. This February we have 11 different exercise classes each week, 14-19 games per week, Super Bowl happy hour and Valentines happy hour in addition to our weekly hosted happy hours with live music. Other activities include a wide variety of arts and crafts each week as well as classes, lectures, movies, and a book club. The residents here are very welcoming.

Park terrace has been a wonderful value for my money, and a beautiful place to live. It is all-inclusive, providing all the amenities one can think of, including three meals a day. The food is delicious, and the waitstaff are very friendly. There are many activities provided for residents, including exercise classes, bingo, happy hour and many more. Everyone I’ve met, from staff to residents, have been very friendly. It didn’t take long to meet lots of friends! I love living here!

We have been her for 10 mos and we have found it to be a wonderful place to live for us. Residents are friendly and engaging. It’s a beautiful property with many outdoor activities and a lovely pool. Food is good with choices. The can never say enough about the staff. From servers in dining all the way to Management are the most wonderful group of people. Kind and caring always.

My parents have moved in here. The staff are warm and helpful, the rooms are spacious, there are lots of fun activities. The food is also tasty. I definitely recommend if you can afford it (is pricey).

Overall, staff has been great. Only one reception person was not very friendly. Felt like she may not be cut out for the job or just needed more experience. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Very happy with Cogir Edmonds, where my 80+ year old aunt lived for two years. She was a challenging case with mental health issues, but the staff worked hard to accommodate and make her feel welcome. Kudos to [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and all the staff for their effort and grace. They kept me informed and were always available for questions, comments, and when I too needed some support. Cogir Edmonds is a lovely building, well appointed. Nice size, not overwhelminly large like some Senior Living communities. Common areas are always clean and well maintained. Her room was larger than a typical Senior Living studio apt with the added bonus of abundant closet space. Outdoor (balcony) semi-enclosed storage was very useful too. The location one block off Highway 99 by Swedish Hospital Edmonds was very convenient. Monthly rates for rent and care were on par with other similar communities in the area.

My mom lives in the community. One of my visits was this week during an event they had. They had an ice sculpture to die for. They had appetizers and music with dancers. Everyone is so nice. Great Community to live in! Definitely would recommend to seniors!

I felt my husband was well cared for. It was for 2 weeks respite care. Yes I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we had with Cogir of Bothell review
