My mom is doing well at this community and I would recommend them to my friends and family. They keep the community clean and her room as well. She is not enjoying the meals. She say sit is made with poor quality. They have substitutions but my mom says that is lousy.

The residents all seemed very joyful and happy during our tour, they where involved in different activities throughout the community and seemed to feel right at home. The bedrooms as well as the bathrooms where spacious and very well maintained.

The care has been good for my friend. The meals seem pretty good for my friend. The staff are very good. They have activities available and my friend has participated in some. This is a beautiful and spotless community.

Just moved my 90 year old mother-in-law into Blossom Value. Staff is amazing and so attentive to residents. You can tell they care about each and every resident. Furnishings clean and modern and new. Love the Coca Cola room. Very festive. [Removed], Director of Marketing is phenomenal. The love for my mother-in-law would not have been as smooth without her. Her passion for other shows through. Huge dining room and nice private dining area. Individual rooms/Apts are good size. No complaints whatsoever.

In searching for the right memory care community for my husband, my first contact at The Terrace was Chotika. She is the Marketing Director, and is wonderful to work with! She had all the right answers, and is very patient. She helped smooth the way when it came time to move my husband to The Terrace. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, and I trust them to take good care of my husband for as long as he lives in their community.

Brookdale Mill Creek is a very nice place, overall! The people are friendly, and the place is clean and well kept. Really my only complaint is that the food could be better. We're glad we found it!

Everything has been going good for my loved one. The staff are all being very attentive and communicate well with the family. My loved one is getting all of his care needs met. The meals and the activities have also been good as well. I would recommend this community. The care is great and the services offered are good as well.

I toured this community for assistance with taking care of my mom. I was not feeling very comfortable with the staff at that time. They did not seem to friendly and we made a decesion to go with another community.

Dad has been there only a month and is very happy with the food, staff and accommodations. The family is impressed with most of the staff and all the activities available - that Dad chooses not to participate in - as he is a 'loner'. He was made to feel welcome, always called by his name and a few of the staff recognized him from his previous (lower level of care) residence. This is truly, where the heart is.

There is a little odor in the community every once in a while but the housekeeping seems to be doing a good job of maintaining everything clean. There are meal plans offered to the residents my loved one has mentioned that the meals could be a little better on the taste. Activities are offered to the residents sometimes my loved one engages in them. Overall it's a nice community with wonderful staff and services.

We moved my mom into the memory care at Pheasant Pointe in [Removed]. The staff is wonderful to work with - always pleasant. They take great care of my mom and communicate quickly when issues arise. Working with a dementia patient can be very difficult and frustrating, but they are all very patient and loving towards the residents. It was a very good decision and has brought great peace of mind to my family.

I liked this older community. The elevators were a little small and I was not sure they would work for my mom. The people that conducted the tour were very nice. The community was well taken care of.

We did not choose this community as it was a little farther away than the one we did choose. The staff during the tour were very nice and knowledgable. We did not get a chance to try the food but it did offer the same amenities as the other community.

The tour of The Fountains at Washington House was pleasant. The staff were very friendly and they were able to address all of my concerns. The community is very nice and clean. We didn't like that it had very little outdoor space. We prefer the light and own private access to our home.

Overall I'am satisfied with my father's move to this community, but there are minor concerns I have. He is doing pretty well. They do a good job with keeping the community well-kept, but I do have to ask the staff to change his sheets. There are many activities offered for the residents. He is pleased with the food, the meals are nice. I know he is safe and in good hands. This is a community I would recommend.

My mother in law is doing very well here at this community. They are taking very good care of her and her needs. The staff is great, they are very willing to help. They offer great meals, she is pleased with the food. They do a good job of keeping the community well maintained. There are activities offered, but I wish they would encourage her more to participate. Overall I know she is receiving good care. I would recommend this community.

My mom is much happier and has a positive feeling now. I am satisfied with the staff, facility, and quality of care. I find that it is kept clean and Mom really enjoys her meals, she is happy with the variety. After moving my mom in there was a billing issue. The care price went up after moving in, after some time this was resolved. Overall, they are doing the best they can.

SInce moving into this community my dad is settling in nicely. The food is good and they offer a variety of choices. There are daily activities that he has not yet started to enjoy, however we hope once he is more comfortable he will participate. I would recommend this community.

Nothing negative to say about this community. The staff is extremely friendly. Seville is clean and the food is great! Mom seems to be happy and that is what matters most.
