Overall great experience. Food is excellent and staff very competent. Could be keep cleaner and activities are average.

The staff at Brookdale have been helpful and answer my questions. The food is very good. They keep the community clean and they have nice grounds. They offer a number of activities. So far this is a good place to live.

My dad likes this place but the people seem considerably older than him. He was disenchanted by that, but likes it.

They were very helpful and attentive, assisting with move in but their process could be better. My sister was there for a month before they set up her cable box.They could pay more attention to detail but that is a minor thing. She thinks the food is great, she really enjoys it. The staff is very attentive and compassionate.

The community is always kept nice and clean. I get housekeeping to help me keep up my apartment. The meals are good, but my favorite part is the desert. The staff do everything to keep the residents happy.

I'd say this is a pretty good place. It is organized and I had good interaction with the administration. [Removed] the one who runs the place is very good. It is a positive place and I would highly recommend to anyone who has minor issues. My father needs a higher level of care which is why I can;t rate them a 5, but they have a good attitude about it and try to help as much as possible.

We toured this community. The community was very nice. We did have a meal there and it was really good. We were able to participate in an activity that we did enjoy. This would have been a great community for my mom if it were in another location. Families would like the care here and the value that is offered.

I thought out of all the different places I had looked at for my father this one was the one that I would get most for my dollar. They are very reasonably priced and have a lot of great services and amenities that they offer all of there residents. My dads favorite thing so far is how well the meals are prepared at this place. The chef does an excellent job at making new and exciting meals with lots of taste and flavor for all of the guest. I was very pleased with my fathers experience at this complex and have no complaints about his stay.

All is well for my mother since her move to this community. They are caring for her and her needs very well. I know she is safe, and in good hands here.

This is a nice community, and everything is working out very well since my wife's move here. I know she is safe, and in good hands. They are providing her with good care,and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. Overall it is a very nice place for loved one, and I would recommend it.

I have no complaints about the quality of care my mother has been receiving at this community and am very pleased with how everything has been going. My mothers room is perfect for her and she has felt very comfortable in her new apartment which is most important to me. She has had no problems with the food and seems to really enjoy the activities they provide.

My tour of this community was a good one. From what I saw everything looked well maintained. The staff I met was kind and courteous. It was a pleasant experience, and everyone was very nice. There were many factors that played into where to move my father too. My tour went well, but this wasn't the community for us.

I am very happy with my decision to move my dad into this community. He seems to be liking the food okay and we are very much looking forward to getting him involved in the great activity program they have to offer. The only complaint I would say I have is I wish I would see more staff around the building throughout the day. He also did not have a tour guide upon move in like promised to help him around and show him how everything works. I think that would have been a huge help on getting him adjusted. Other than that I have been pleased and would recommend this place to a friend or family member

It is working out for my parents since moving into the community and the care that is provided is all fine. My parents like the staff that work there, they show good characteristics. The meals could be better though. The quality, freshness, selection, and availability of menu items can be better.

Currently, they are having issues with the food. They let go of the original chef that was there when we toured the place, and are now trying to rehire new people so my mother and the other residents are disappointed in the quality of food. Other than that, she is comfortable and likes the staff. She also always talks about how great the drivers are. I go to visit her all of the time and the place is always very clean and very well taken care of. The apartment she is in has a full kitchen and its own washer and dryer, so it is perfect for her.

I am pleasantly surprised with how things are going since my mother made the move to this community. The helpers that are there are very kind, the resident's get a lot of one on one attention. The meals are great, but I wish they would cut the food more, like the other day they gave hamburgers and I helped all of the to ladies cut their burgers in quarters. The other problem I have noticed is that when my mother or another resident need this walker, for instance, the helpers say, " oh we have to look for your walker" and then kind of forget about it. Other than that the place is great, the memory care unit was barely built, we had to wait for it to be finished to move my mother in. I really like that its only 20 residents per building too, it's more personal attention. Overall we are very happy with this place.

We've been extremely pleased with Clearwater Springs Assisted Living. We moved my mom in mid-October, and she has adjusted better than we could have imagined. The staff is friendly and caring, and because it's not too large of a facility, they really get to know each resident much more personally. Mom has developed some friendships, and she has become involved in a few weekly activities. The only recommendation I have is regarding the food. Mom is disappointed in several of the menu selections. I think this could be improved upon. Other than that, we are extremely pleased with the warm, cozy, inviting environment. We are so happy we found Clearwater Springs Assisted Living for my mother.

The main thing we wish they could improve on is the meals. I have dined a couple of time with my mother, and the food is bland. I had ribs, and it was mostly fat, it leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Her apartment is very comfortable and nice, the place is kept very clean. Before we moved in they said they had a welcoming committee but no one has said anything yet.

This is a brand new community and they are still going through some growing pains. The community is nice and pretty well done. The worst thing about this community is the food. The menu is not great and I think they use to much salt. We are hoping this will improve as the community grows. I am waiting to see how things progress before I would know if I would recommend it.
