My loved one moved in a week ago. He is really happy there. The people there are friendly and welcomed him. He had to make the initiative but he has already met a lot of people. We were told by the sales person that he would have someone assigned to him to introduce him to people and who would come and get him for meals but no one has done that for him as of yet so don't count on that. Unfortunately none of the managers have come by either to see how he is doing, but all in all not a big deal just a bit disappointing. He is also happy with the meals which is coming from someone who can be a bit picky!

Things are very well at Brookdale. There are no major complaints with staff or the facility. We are just trying to get used to their procedures and processes. It is a learning curve for all that are involved.

I like the grounds on the floor of the rooms. The people are nice and friendly.

Hudge walk in closet. I love my closet. Most places that we looked at didnt have half of the size of the closets here. I enjoy the feeling that I get when I am here as well. I totally prefer Orem Utah to My old city where I came from.

I thought that they did a very good job in keeping the residents active and whenever I talked to them they seemed to be knowledgeable. The only detriment was in the evenings it seemed to take the nurse a little longer to respond. Overall though, I was very pleased with the facility.

So far things have gone pretty smoothly. The move was pretty good, our loved one is getting settled in okay. So far we haven't gotten any complaints but it's still new. Some of the dining areas are a little sparse but overall so far it's going pretty good.

She goes to activities. Very happy with it. She loves ut.

Things are going pretty well at The Seville. The staff seems friendly and caring. The facility itself is comfy and homey and it is always kept very clean. The meals are good which is great. So far, a good experience.

My Dad choose this facility because he had friends in this facility, that recommended the facility. He has been a resident since this November, and is happy with the residence.

Madrona Hills is beautiful and well maintained. The facility is always clean and it has a cozy feel. The staff is caring and professional. There are quite a few activities so that the residents can interact with each other and have fun. The food is pretty good, but the portions could be bigger.

The staff members seemed real welcoming when we were first looking at the place and they invite us to come eat with my loved one at any time and they do not charge us extra for it. They do a good job.

This is a nice facility that is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and professional.

My loved one seems to be quite happy there at the Brookdale North Bay facility, so that is a good thing because she can be quite negative. That is how I know that she is being well cared for by the staff.

We really like the facility, the family. We do like the place however they promised us they do certain things and now they won't. We do not think that is right. We thought they would take care of medical care and transportation and they won't.

I just think that in general they were very friendly. My loved one is not the easiest person to deal with, but they have just been able to keep up and they all do a really professional job with their care.

It seems like a better facility than where we were at before. I think that they do better pretty much all around. There is a couple of things on the medication though. They give what the doctor prescribes, but that's it. If someone is having back pain they won't give them heat or ice or if they have a headache they won't give them an aspirin or anything. It seems like a nice place.

The friendliness of the staff is welcoming. They were very helpful and there is lots of activities, so that is a great thing. We liked the fact that they do the house cleaning once a week. The thing I don't like is that when we were moving in, there was a massive downpour and we noticed the water was leaking through. They need to replace all the decks, there is a lot of water damage.

I'm very happy and very pleased with Blossom Creek. She is getting the care that she needs. She hasn't complained about food. They were competitively priced and even ended up being less expensive than the place she was before.

The thing I think that they can improve on is that at times they seem a little unorganized. But the staff are very friendly and nice and they know their job. I am very happy with my dad being there, he really likes it too.

We really like Brookdale. We did have an incident recently where a resident said something inappropriate to my Mom, but that is not the staff's fault. It is a lovely place and very nice people work there. The grounds are really nice too. . .such a lovely setting. We think it is the right place for Mom to be. The rooms are really nice too.
