They had us leave because our care level s increased beyond what they were able to provide. The community is beautiful. The rooms are big. It was very nice.

They do a great job at the Longmont Regent. It's a nice looking community, and they always keep it clean and well kept. The staff have all been very friendly, caring, and professional. They've got a good variety of activities, and the food looked good!

Next to senior center. Has roomy 2 bedroom option. Cafe plus dining room.

Overall, Harvard Square was the best value out of all 7 retirement communities I visited. Their common areas were fairly modern and spacious and the individual room layouts were excellent. They also had a broad range of care which is important to limit you loved ones moves. Not only was their staff very friendly, but so were the people living in the community. For example, a person living in the community requested if she could eat with us during a tasting for lunch which I found great because I could ask her questions about the community. My only real complaint are the rooms could be updated without charging an additional amount per month.

I really loved the place, they were very friendly, and compassionate. It didn't work out for us. They were very supportive, they were willing to do anything and everything they could. We wanted this for the activities and the socialization, and they were willing to take her dog. They even gave me some of the money back, when it didn't work out. The one thing is there was supposed to be an assessment by the care coordinator, and that didn't happen.

The staff seems to be friendly. My loved one likes the activities. The food is okay. We picked the community because of the location, which was convenient for us. It is a very clean community. So far we are happy with it.

It's a pretty good community. They are relatively clean and very friendly. They are quick to respond if there are any needs, concerns, or requests. They seem to do okay on activities, too. I haven't really had any complaints about the food, and I don't think there is anything I would like to see improved or done better.

I really like the activities that are offered. They offer going to Cripple Creek and shopping. The staff is friendly. It’s clean here. I don’t use any care services, so I can’t really comment on that at all. I’m happy with what I get for the costs.

They have a lot of activities for people if people want to participate. It is conveniently located with enough parking. Please be aware, it’s not assisted living. It’s independent living. If your parent needs assisted living, they’re not going to get enough care.

I thought they were very good. I didn't see any problems with the cleanliness, the staff was definitely a five. I can't think of anything they could have done better. I chose them because they seemed very friendly and helpful. They were nice, but they weren't over the top, and fake.

I really like what they're doing and how they are taking care of my loved one. I think they offer quite a few activities! Not everyone can participate in all of them, but they've already taken my loved one out on the bus several times to go to different places. Perhaps, the communication could be improved, but this is new to us, so it's hard to tell. The manager said that I would get a call if anything happens. What really impressed us was the friendliness all around. The staff all know who my loved one is and the manager is really out there. The residents are friendly and my loved one has already found friends to sit with at dinner. Overall, we are very happy so far!

We toured this community to look at other options, and were impressed by some aspects. For one, they had a sheet that showed how the "care points" translate to the cost of care. Also, they didn't seem to have as much concern about private pay vs. medicaid. This facility is significantly bigger than some of the others, which means long hallways, which would be a little difficult for my loved ones. Also, their rooms are much bigger and offer storage. This would be at the top of our list if my loved ones ever needs to move.

We toured this community while we were searching for the right place for our loved one, and it seemed like a very nice clean place, based on initial appearance. One suggestion I have would be for Cambridge Terrace to get involved with Elder Care Loans. For families who are in tight situations and are waiting for their finances to kick in, it's an easy way to move in. This would have made Cambridge Terrace a front runner for us.

This was a very nice looking community, and the staff really impressed me when we were touring. They were amazingly communicative and helpful! We eventually narrowed our list down to 3 communities and let Mom pick the one that appealed to her most aesthetically, which didn't end up being this one. However, this place is definitely worth a look!

It's been a work in progress here for my loved one. I think part of it could be that we are unfamiliar with this process, so we may not have asked the right questions. The facility is clean, but there might be some miscommunication about housekeeping. Also, there have been some problems with the activities. We were told there was a group my loved one would enjoy, but it has yet to happen. I tend to think these places are over-priced, but I suppose it was comprable to others in the area. The meal plan isn't flexible, so we're paying for services they don't need. We chose them primarily because it's a smaller community, and a good location for our family. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the service.

Nice community. The staff was very professional to me and to the residents. The only negative I can think of is that the two units I saw didn't have their own laundry machines. There was a community laundry room on the floor.

We will move in next Wednsday - March 17th To date things have been smooth Will let you know after a week -March 24 th

Apartment like building set into larger family apartment complex. Two bedroom units can have a bathtub; smaller units cannot. Daily activities are excellent and include mahjong, book clubs, museums and theater. 60% population is jewish. Independent living and assisted living. No medical facility on premises. Transport available to appointments (need to schedule). Lots of people sitting in lobby area when i arrived.
