The staff were very nice and helpful. The residents appeared to be very social and were sitting in many of the common areas in groups talking. It made me feel like they got out and were not isolated in their apts. There also appeared to be more men than I saw at The Woods and they were very friendly.

No grounds around the facility to ride a scooter. Area too commercial.

My experience with Lake Shore Commons has been good. I'm enjoying it. The staff is friendly and caring. They have different activities almost everyday. I really enjoy it here.

My parents are really enjoying Harvard Square. It was an excellent choice.

There were attentive to all my questions. My mother is not eating very much so I can't tell you anything about the food. She seems to be happy there.

The turn over rate of the management is somewhat excessive, but otherwise mom is happy with the facility. Food is good, people friendly.

Facilities: Good. Friendly?: Medium. After 12 months eligible for Medicaid. Did not observe interaction between staff and patient. Other reports very good.

Cascadian is quick to get to from our house which is a big plus. It's nice like all of the Holiday places with the great amenities. Two bedrooms at this place are especially nice as they have wrap-around decks and get light from east and west. It's quiet and seems friendly. One downside is there isn't much in the way of grounds to take walks or anyplace close by for that.

My father has only been a resident for a short time. Overall I feel it is a nice facility for managing his dementia. The main reasons I chose Home Place Burlington was it's comfortable size and the lay out of the communities. There is good visibility for staff to know of any needs or concerns and it is very friendly to those with mobility issues. The value is consistent with like facilities, but in my opinion, all are a bit expensive for the services provided. The outside grounds are well kept. Some minor maintenance issues exist including the door into the main community needing to be jiggled a bit to open and without attention does not consistently close all the way posing a potential safety issue. It is one of the first impressions and hopefully will be adjusted. The staff has been fantastic at engaging my father in activities. The food is good, but not exceptional. At times the smell of urine has been strong in the community and other times no issue at all. The amount of closet space is very limited for the size of the room and in a shared room there is not a great way to separate personal items. The area is not air conditioned and on our more extreme days, fairly uncomfortable due to heat. The most important point though is my father seems the happiest he has been in some time.

Like Bridge Park, the Garden Club feels very friendly and staff and residents like each other. The actual garden out back is WONDERFUL! It's gorgeous, with trails and ponds and lots of lovely places to sit - you feel like you're away from it all. For anyone who loves gardens and having easy access to nature - this is a great place! It's very nice and I like the Holiday model very much. Vivian, who showed me around, is fantastic!

They keep it very clean. We haven't had any complaints about the staff, but I haven't really had contact with them. I am there after hours, they are on-site and on call, if I buzz them they would come down. They have plenty of activities. They do three meals a day, and she likes the food. So far there isn't anything that we would like to see done better or improved. We liked the location of the Stratford when we were looking around.

Everything’s good except the food. They could get a new chef. We haven’t had any trouble finding parking. The staff is just super friendly and that’s very important. It’s what stands out most about this community.

Very nice facility. The drawback is if you are not able to be independent, you must hire in caregivers. Additionally, there are no tiers of care.

They are doing a good job so far. The staff is pretty friendly and they keep things pretty clean. They are attentive, and responsive, and they have a great selection of activities. We just had a good feeling about this one and that is why we chose them.

We liked this facility and are in the process of scheduling a tour with my husband.

They didn’t have graduated care. They seemed really nice and I liked them, but I didn’t want to have to move my loved one if she needed to graduate to assisted living. I let them know this, but they were nice.

Friendly high rise living. Apartments with large enough bedrooms on 4 th floor.. Average age 82. Soothing sitting area outside with koi fish water attraction.

Nice staff. Beautiful rooms and property. Appeared to be a nice place to live.

It's pretty clean, the staff is friendly. We picked it for the value in the first place, and based on the others we saw. They have a lot of activities to choose from. The layout of the parking structure isn't ideal. There are staggered cement barriers that are difficult for an elderly person to navigate, like an obstacle course. The disabled space closest to the elevator should be changed. It seems to be laid out with efficiency in mind, not safety.
