I really liked this place, I think that mom would fit in nice. It was clean and has very nice staff. But if they keep dragging their feet (about assessing mom) I will have to go someplace else.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. The Fountains seemed like a good balance of quality and price. It was not the nicest place we saw, but for what they charge it was a very nice looking community. It was clean and well kept, and the staff all seemed friendly.

The activities and the quality managers on site are the best things about Orchard Park. Everything about the place is nice, but the quality of leadership and well rounded engaging activities are where they really stand out.

Unfortunately mom has had to be in the hospital and in a rehab nursing facility most of the time since going into Sunridge. That being the case she has not gotten to take advantage of and experience everything that they have to offer. I will say though that they have been extremely accomidating and encouraging and compassionate, and they have a network set up to help people out with any situation they might find themselves in.

Things are fine here, we don't have any complaints or concerns. They are doing a good job.

Overall we are satisfied with Studio Royale, though there are a couple of areas I can think of where they could improve. The main area of improvement I can think of for Studio Royale is with their facilitation of medications. For example, I would tell them to ask me specific questions rather than trusting what dad says about when and what meds to take, and they have not done that. I also do wish they had a set schedule for laundry as opposed to just whenever dad feels that it needs to be done. It would be helpful if they had a more regimented structure and process instead of just waiting until the clothes are overflowing.

The staff there at Harvard Square go out of their way to accommodate everyone. They are always very friendly and everything is done with a smile. The food (all means, breakfast lunch and dinner) is exceptional, and I send my compliments to whoever hires the wait staff. They seem to be high school students, and they are hard working and I think waiting at a place like Harvard Square is a great life experience for them, so my compliments to them and whoever hires and trains them. As far as areas where they might could improve, I do think they could add some more type of activities, having a broader selection, and encourage individuals to get involved that may otherwise be a bit reluctant to do so on their own.

The facility is very nice, it's lovely. The staff is pretty good, and they are very attentive. It's always clean, and they have lots of amenities. It's spacious, and has a hotel or vacation like feel to it. It's a little on the expensive side of things, but the food is is delicious, I try to come by for a visit at meal times.

The variety of food that they offer is very very good. I lived in another facility before moving here, and in a weeks time The Garden Club offered a larger assortment of salads and vegetables much better than the other place I lived, and the meals overall are quite good. If I were to criticize anything it would be the activities. Some of them seem a little silly and inane.

The people at Emeritus are extremely warm and friendly. I don't know if they train their employees to get to know every resident well, but they definitely do. And they are very respectful to my dad. I do wish there was a little better communication between the caregivers when changing shifts, but that's about the only area for improvement I can think of. Other than that, they are very good.

We were welcomed by a very friendly staff that continues to be very helpful. The residents as well are very open and friendly. They are going through a change right now from Emeritus to Woodside, and there is a little bit of transition and the growing pains that go with that. But it's a very nice place and I am very happy to have mom staying there!

The individual care givers have been simply wonderful. The med people are the ones we have the most trouble communication trouble with. For example, there have been a couple of instances where the meds have not been delivered on time. We really like it overall!

My Mom stays at the Fountain at Washington House. She is pretty happy there. The place is clean and the staff is wonderful according to my mom. She is also happy in terms of Value and care services. Also offers lots of activities. My mom is happy here, so, I am happy too. Thanks!

Overall we're very pleased with how things have gone at Atrium Village! The staff are very caring and professional, and they've been able to handle everything that my loved one has needed. They did a great job helping her make a smooth transition to this new style of living, she had always been independent before. Mom also really seems to like the food! I've got no complaints at all about what they offer here, and I would recommend it to others looking in the area!

The staff work very hard to make it right for you. It seemed like they work almost too hard. The place is vey nice. I am very happy. My mom is very happy. I am just not sure if the rooms have to be cleaned in fifteen minutes. I think it can take longer... we just felt bad they work so hard... the place is wonderful and the food is great.

It's very comfortable. My dad says the meals are very, very good. They were very helpful with moving. I am very pleased. For activities, they have bingo, and games. My father isn't much at joining in, so I'm not too sure. Once a week they go out for a meal. The place isn't located far from where I live, one doesn't need to get on an interstate to get there, and it's in a nice part of Charlotte. I'm very pleased with the whole experience.

They are doing a good job. They are trying hard to rehab my friend. I don't have any concerns about them at all. They work really hard to get her back on her feet, even though she doesn't make it easy.

We looked at this when we were touring. It was beautiful, with beautiful furnishings, but it felt more like a hotel than someones home. Everyone was very pleasant to speak with. The food was wonderful. The memory care unit was so much separated, it was like being in purgatory. You couldn't bring your pets into the memory care. It did seem a little homier on the memory care side, but I couldn't see not being able to bring a pet that they had in another part of the building.

I give value only 3 stars because I feel the cost is very high for the average elderly person. However, my father in law is able to afford this but when it comes time for my mother to be assisted BVW will be out of her reach. The staff are excellent. My father in law really likes it there.

We enjoyed the food here. There is a possibility we would be interested here. However, we are not looking to move for 5 or 6 years.
