They have really great customer service. Everyone is really nice and helpful. My dad, I don't know if he was just confused about what day they were suppose to clean his room, but he went a couple weeks without them cleaning his room, but once we talked about it they sent someone up to clean it. Other than that we have been really happy with them and it has been easy to take care of things with them and they have not made it stressful.

We toured here and it was nice and the people were friendly. We stayed and had a meal, and the food was pretty good. The staff were really nice, and we enjoyed meeting everyone. I think when the time comes this will definitely be on our list.

I really like the dining area at Brookdale Manteca. They overall have been very good. The house cleaning and other services are all good. One area for improvement is that I noticed a little lack of knowledge or skill in their administration of the medications. Other than that though it was a very positive overall experience.

I really like Redwood Heights Assisted Living. They are doing exactly what we asked and what they promised to deliver. The place is very clean and well kept, and my mother seems very happy there. The staff is great - very helpful and friendly.

Our experience with Redwood Heights Assisted Living has been a good one, overall! I toured quite a few in the area, and this one was at the top of our list! The place was clean, smelled good, and I thought the rooms were spacious and we liked they layout. The staff here have been very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, and they're doing a great job looking after Mom!

Overall our experience with Orchard Pointe has been a good one. The people here are friendly and professional, and the atmosphere of the community is comfortable and pleasant. I did feel that the staff could have been a bit better prepared during our tour, they didn't have answers to many of the questions I had readily available.

We toured Studio Royale when looking for a place for my mother. It seemed like a very nice place with great staff and excellent care. In the end we decided on another place as Studio Royale offers a level of care that she does not quite need - she is still independent. But for what they are, they seem very good.

Based on my limited experience with Harvard Square they seem very good. My mother has been very well cared for, and the staff have all been very friendly and patient. It has really been just an all around good experience.

The facility is excellent. The cleanliness is excellent. Their maintenance crew is fairly lacking. They have some safety issues that need to be taken care of. They have been notified several times about it. Other than that, it has been a pretty good experience. Everyone seems to be very friendly and nice. The value and care services are pretty good. The activities are excellent. There is a lot of activities.

Cambridge Terrace Assisted Living Community is a little bit smaller than some of the other facilities that I looked at which means that they are able to give my mother a little more personal attention. The food there is really good, and it is at a really good location. The only issue I have had is one time they moved my mother to level 2 care and I did not know about it until I got the higher bill. I let them know that they needed to communicate such changes with me first, and they agreed. There haven't been any other issues, and they have shown themselves willing to resolve any issues that do arise. Overall they are very good and I would recommend them.

It's going pretty good so far. It's very clean. Everyone is pretty friendly. They do bingo and cards, and trips. They have been pretty responsive if anything has come up. They seem to be a little less than the national average in price. There haven't been any complaints about the food, it seems to be pretty good. Other than lowering the price, there really isn't anything I would like to see improved or done better.

I would recommend the Columbia Heights Retirement and Assisted Living. My mother is doing fairly well. She adjusted well here. I think its primarily due to the support and friendliness of the staff. We had a few issues of cost. The cost has gone up quite high because my mother required more care. It has been a pretty good experience overall. I would recommend this place.

The intake process that they had was very good. Most of the staff is very friendly (though there is an exception or two). It has been a very positive experience we have had with Carson Plaza and we would highly recommend them.

My father in law lives here at he likes it. The facility is very nice, clean and fresh. The staff is great! Everything has been going well. I would recommend the Astor House.

Overall our experience with Gresham Manor has been very positive. The staff there is really incredible. They are really quick to answer questions and offer to help in any way they can. There is a lot of turnover with some of the managers at Gresham Manor. It has not been an issue really, except that any time my dad gets familiar with one they go and another comes in. The only real complaint is in regard to the meals. The food itself is ok, but sometimes you have to wait up to an hour for a meal.

It's a good place for the money. The value is excellent. The staff seems really friendly. Everything has been going well. I would recommend the Vineyard Place to anyone looking for a facility for your loved one.

The Redwood Heights Assisted Living is a nice community. The only issue is that it is hard to get all the caregivers to know what my mother needs. That's just the frustrating part. Other than that, It has been a pretty good experience. This is a nice community.

Our experience with Studio Royale was very limited, but positive. My father was only there for a few days before he got sick and in the hospital, but throughout the process they were very open and friendly and very helpful.

We were impressed with the Fountains, but when the additional charges for services were added up it is beyond our ability to pay.

It's really clean, and the staff is really, really, nice. The food is pretty good, he's eating three times a day, and putting on weight. Nothing is perfect, but they are pretty close. There haven't been any laundry mix ups or anything like that either. It's just a rough adjustment for my loved one.
