Terri Weitzman is a joy. Helpful, courteous and a great listener. She is the perfect person to meet when you are looking for care for your parent or spouse. The staff is positive, helpful and very active. The rooms are large and the food is very good. My mother has been at the home for almost two weeks. I feel like I made a very good decision to move her to Culver City and Studio Royale.

It's a nice convenient location and very convenient.

My family toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

Overall The Montecito is a very good facility to be at. I will give them a high ranking on their meals. I do not really know what else to say besides that. I give them a four-star rating overall for the place.

Liked it except for location, in an urban area with a lot of nearby traffic. Built in 1983. Medication management available in assisted living; in independent living, staff cannot administer pills. Transportation for medical appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Active resident council; food committee; hospitality committee. All three meals included, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in both assisted and ind. living. Dinner is main meal of the day.

I think raising rent 6% a year at Gresham Manor is absolutely criminal. I will say the managers are outstanding at this facility. They are so kind and accommodating. Mom isn't crazy food here. Other that thing everything is going well.

Well my mom was only there for a little bit of time, but the staff was very friendly and very on top of things, with ensuring my mom had everything she needed to move in and helping to get her settled. There were several times when my mom didn't have her oxygen though and she needed it 24/7, so there was some lack of communication there. They also didn't talk about my mom as a name, but referred to her by her room number.

I think it was a real positive experience. The staff members were all real friendly and I would definitely recommend Bay Pointe. I think maybe they just need to expand on some of their activities though.

They have done a very good job so far. My mother loves it there. There are a couple of situations that we have been trying to get taken care of. They have had maintenance being done on the only elevator in the building, so people on the second and third floor can't go down to participate in the activities. They said it would take a couple of days and it has been 3 weeks now, so they haven't been completely honest. All in all we love the place though.

One of my concerns at The Seville is I feel like my parents are alone. I would like to see them get more interaction with people. The staff hasn't been very helpful explaining how things work around there. For instance y parents don't like the food there and did not realize they could order out. So I would like to see them communicate better and inform residents on how things work there.

I think the highest praise I can give them is that every single person on the staff was open and friendly to all the residents and all the visitors. They made my mother feel like she was at home. I just wish they would have engaged my mother in more of the activities available.

They were very helpful with the whole move-in process. They also responded positively whenever any issues arose. We've been happy with the way they fulfill their responsibilities. It's an independent living facility. They do a good job of keeping my relative’s place clean and delivering meals to his place if he is unable to go down to the dining room.

No place is perfect, but the people at Garden Valley are all super friendly and helpful. They address any concerns right away. The only thing I have noticed that they do not have which I think would be good would be to have a vehicle with a lift that helps those in wheelchairs to get on and join in the activities and outings that they have. Overall they have been very good.

They really need to reconsider pricing. I am not very happy with the price right now. They do provide good care, because the residents have a wide range of needs at this facility. I would like them to provide more activities. Specifically, during the evening hours.

I do not think that there is another place in the valley that can match Silverado Peoria as far as the staff and the care goes. I do think they have grown so fast that they are now understaffed though.

The staff at Harvard Square are all excellent! They are very friendly and know all the residents by name. One area where they could improve is the dining services. Sometimes the quality of food can be better, and depending on the chef of the day the amount of food can be smaller than what it should be. Otherwise everything with them has been very good.

Our loved one lived here for a time, before we needed to move her closer to family. Overall I think Brookdale Manteca is a nice place. The people are friendly, and the facility is well kept and clean. I would recommend it anyone looking into senior living in the area.

The staff at Brookdale Mill Creek has been really good. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and supportive. The only issue that I have is that I am not sure that my father fits in well. Most of the people that I have seen there are either physically or mentally disabled. My father is 94 but he is in particularly good condition for his age, and there is not much for him to do there. There are not any activities or anything for him. Other than that, the food is terrific, the people are friendly, and overall it is a very good place.

Overall Oak Park Assisted Living Community was a very friendly place. Very clean and well kept. The only area I can think of where they can improve is that sometimes it takes a long time for the meals to be served. The food is good, but the wait can be a bit long sometimes. Other than that everything has been very good.
