I have recently made the move into this community and so far I am very pleased with how things are going for me. The staff are all such wonderful people and have provided me with great quality of care. They always have activities and different events going on for us through out the day as well as a great social environment. I enjoy my dinning experience as well as the meals they serve us. Overall I am very happy and would recommend it to anyone.

When my husband and I were searching for a community to move into, we toured The Montecito. The complex was clean and maintained very well. The young lady that took us around was very friendly in took her time with us. It was a good experience to get to tour.

My father has only been in residence for about a month but so far he has adjusted very well and seems to really like where he is. This is a great change from others places he has been. The more consistent type of care for him individually has been most beneficial for him. After he has been there awhile longer I am sure the caregivers will know him better, likes, dislikes and have more information about him.

The reason I scored a 4 is there is always room for improvement.It's a beautiful place.The food is very good and I have tried it several times. Everything has been handled very well. The staff is very accessible.They are very caring people. They have the aptitude to handle concerns. They are willing and accommodating to individual preferences. They do everything they can to be inclusive. They always ask if there is anything they can do to improve the experience for my father-in-law. I'm confident that things will continue to improve and we are very pleased.

I also toured Sunrise of San Rafael. I would not say my tour was 5 stars, there were certain things about this facility that made it not work out for my loved one. The person that took me around was welcoming and informative, it was just not the best choice for us.

We had a pleasant tour and the staff took their time to listen to our needs and concerns. We were offered lunch to try the food. All the staff were professional. I saw endless hallways with several turns. My dad would not do well navigating through the community. The room we looked at had a view to the parking lot.

Not to happy with the staffing. Didn't feel warm and cozy.

I was searching for a temporary assisted living facility for a friend that’s going through cancer treatment. Oak park was beautiful, quiet and very friendly staff. They were able to get him in immediately. It’s a good size facility too. Not too big restaurant style dining room!!

Everything seemed to be clean and maintained very well during my tour of The Pines. The person that I met with was friendly and welcoming. They were able to answer my questions and it was a good experience, but not the best fit for my loved one.

This community seemed nice and clean when we visited. They do not accept medicaid, however they do offer low income rooms for the residents. The people we met were nice and I liked this community.

Another one of the tours that I had was at Sunridge. This place was very nice and the tour guide that took me around was nice and informative. It was a good experience to tour and there was nothing wrong with this facility, we just found another one that fit out needs a little better.

The tour we had at this community was good. However my mom didn't like the decor of the community. It was a little dark and different for my mom's liking. When we talked with the representative, there were no availability.

Staff was very warm and friendly, and seemed to know all the resident's names which was a good sign. Offers a lot of activities and sense of community. Pretty dated - very 70's.

My loved ones are still adjusting since there move into Bay Pointe Retirement. The has been encouraging them to join activities. Everyone there is very helpful and the community is very clean. I would recommend it to anyone looking.

Employee are very caring and well like by residents & family members. I think a daily visit by housekeeping should be made to each room to check if there are messes in the bathroom that need to be cleaned or that toilet paper needs to be filled. I have had to ask for toilet paper a few times for my mother. Meals look great. Everyone is willing to help when I ask for it.

My mother is still adjusting since her move. Everything is going pretty well and the community seems to be working out so far. I would recommend it.

i thought this community had a lot of great amenities throughout the building as well maintained. The staff where very friendly and had a lot of great information to give my loved one and I. They made sure to answer any questions we had for them and even offered us a meal to try. The only issue that I had ran into was they where not very budget friendly and they where out of our price range.

I've only been here one week. So far I've found friendly people, both staff and residents. Food is good, plenty of choices and variety. Very clean and odorless hallways and public rooms. Activities are somewhat spotty as schedules are made up well in advance and when the time comes may need adjustment.

The location and facility was very nice. [Removed] was amazing. I really loved that he knew the residents well. The residents were clearly enjoying themselves and were quite social - it felt like a great community.

Very nice; liked the shared rooms in memory care. Large w/shared bathroom.
