The tour we had at this community was good. However my mom didn't like the decor of the community. It was a little dark and different for my mom's liking. When we talked with the representative, there were no availability.

Staff was very warm and friendly, and seemed to know all the resident's names which was a good sign. Offers a lot of activities and sense of community. Pretty dated - very 70's.

My loved ones are still adjusting since there move into Bay Pointe Retirement. The has been encouraging them to join activities. Everyone there is very helpful and the community is very clean. I would recommend it to anyone looking.

Employee are very caring and well like by residents & family members. I think a daily visit by housekeeping should be made to each room to check if there are messes in the bathroom that need to be cleaned or that toilet paper needs to be filled. I have had to ask for toilet paper a few times for my mother. Meals look great. Everyone is willing to help when I ask for it.

My mother is still adjusting since her move. Everything is going pretty well and the community seems to be working out so far. I would recommend it.

i thought this community had a lot of great amenities throughout the building as well maintained. The staff where very friendly and had a lot of great information to give my loved one and I. They made sure to answer any questions we had for them and even offered us a meal to try. The only issue that I had ran into was they where not very budget friendly and they where out of our price range.

I've only been here one week. So far I've found friendly people, both staff and residents. Food is good, plenty of choices and variety. Very clean and odorless hallways and public rooms. Activities are somewhat spotty as schedules are made up well in advance and when the time comes may need adjustment.

The location and facility was very nice. [Removed] was amazing. I really loved that he knew the residents well. The residents were clearly enjoying themselves and were quite social - it felt like a great community.

I'am happy with my move to this community. Everyone has been very welcoming.

This is a large community and I think it would be wonderful for younger residents. The community is clean and the staff I met were friendly. I would suggest taking a look at this community.

I was touring this community to see what services they have for providing mobility help for a resident. I also was looking for a community that would serve as the place to give care through future changes. This was not the right fit because they did not have the care I wanted. Nothing was bad about this community.

We toured this community for my mother's care. The staff was very nice and friendly and able to answer the questions we had on the care of this community.y The community was clean and they offered a lot of activities for residents. We were looking for something where my mom could have a place called her own. This community is more than what we could afford. We would recommend families to tour this community for the care of a loved one.

Everyone we met here were friendly including the staff. We visited this community on a day when the lunch choices were at their minimum due to ST. Patrick's Day so I really can't comment on the variety of the menu but the corned beef and cabbage were quite good. This is an older building but is well maintained and clean with no odors. The building is in an urban setting on a fairly busy street. Walking outside in a quiet serene environment would require a short car ride, in my opinion. The apartments are quite nice although they are all kitchenettes. There is no separate storage area so everything has to fit in the apartment. There are many activities one can participate in. The layout of the building was a bit confusing. Cascadian Place is part of the Holiday Retirement chain which adds the benefit of free use of other communities in the chain potentially reducing vacation costs, if you can take advantage of that situation.

I have to say the staff at this community where extremely pleasant to work with. They provided my mother and I with lots of great information and a detailed tour of there facility. They offer a meal plan and have a great activity program to keep the residents busy throughout there week. It just ended up not being the right fit for my mother and we decided on another place.

So far, I think my mother is doing well since her move into the Astor House. She really seems to be enjoying what they have to offer...

I need a big area for my mom. I felt that this was not the right place. I was looking for the place that I would feel good knowing that she is safe through the night. There was not an overnight staff. The tour was great and I got to see every room in the facility and an apartment.

The Sunridge was a very nice community but it was not what we were looking for. When we toured we felt pressured to pay ahead to keep the same rate. They pressured me to do so before even knowing my father's age. It sounds like a great deal for someone else but for my father it was not.

During my tour of The Terrace at Beverly Lake Memory Care, I noticed that the place was very nice and so were the people. When I got there for my tour, the tour guide was on time and had a lot of information for me. The place was a good choice, but we picked another community that we thought would for my mother's needs better.

My aunt lives here and is adjusting well. She's getting involved in the community by playing games that they offer.We chose Brookdale North Bay because it is close to home and had an all inclusive price.

My parents moved here recently and there was a rocky start at first and a little misunderstanding but they have since been acclimated. They've participated in a few activities but are still in the adjustment period. I have eaten dinner and lunch there and the food is pretty good. The service is a little slow though. We liked this community because of the location and the activities they offer.
