A good and caring community something for everyone one draw back, the food could be better.

I liked this community but the apartments were a lot smaller and they did not have as much open space for my dogs to have an area.

A good place to live-fun, friendly.

I heave lived at Seville for over 15 years. I have enjoyed living here very much.

My first impressions held true after moving my loved one in. I felt like the staff were friendly, and the place was nice and comfortable. I felt comfortable leaving my loved one there to be cared for. Her health was pretty poor, so we didn't get to give it a fair shot really or experience a lot of things. But I certainly toured other places that I felt far less comfortable with. Cogir was right across the street from her primary care physician, which was convenient. I wasn't super impressed with the food, especially after the build-up they gave it on the tour. It seemed fairly uninspired - not seasoned well, overcooked/dry, too salty.

Staff: capable, professional, considerate, kind and courteous. Facility well maintained, functional, but needing sprinkler system work and reconstruction of the parking lot, drainage( too many low pockets with potential for ice accumulation and slipping/falling by residents) Overall: above average.

I have lived at this establishment for over five years. I have made many friends here. I enjoy many activities. There are special concerts from time to time that I attend. The staff are friendly and helpful.

If you are needing a place for your loved one I would say to look into this community quick. They feel up really fast. I would recommend this community for your loved one. They have a lot of activities however my loved one did not participate.

I have found living at The Seville is a positive experience. Right now things are a little hectic because of a shortage of help but other employees are willing to step in and fill the void. It is a pleasant place to live and everyone is willing to help cheerfully.

This community was fine just too expensive for what we were looking for for our loved ones.

We had an excellent chef to start with when I arrived and then she quit. They brought an intern in to train sous chefs and the biggest problem has been the food arrival time and the temperature of the food. I know that they are trying to work on it. The activities director is extremely versatile and very welcoming to new ideas. The facility is pet friendly, I was able to bring my cat and we all really enjoy the animals. They do have a designated area outside for smoking. I would definitely recommend Sunrise to others looking, the architecture is amazing as well as the location. Next door is the priory which is now owned by classical movements, so we can sit outside and enjoy amazing music for free.

This is a nice very clean place. The meals are the only thing that sometimes are not that good. The meals have changed due to covid and the dinning room being shut down

Very accombile, staff loyal, helpful, and hard working cooks, recipes not so good at times. Thank you for milk before pandemic we had fresh fruit apples and bananas (can wash and peel bananas).

Its great. People care about one another. Been here 12 years.

I would say to go somewhere else. I feel like they let my mother go and she was gone after a week and was gone for a few hours. The police had her and they did not know that she was gone. The staff are great but the management is not good or helpful and does not show that she cares.

The Windham is a beautiful facility with beautiful grounds. There are lots of trees around, but that makes it rather dark, and the facility was pretty spread out, to the point that my husband wore out on the tour so we didn't get to see everything. They would have put us in assisted living, and independent living is a better fit for us. Also, the apartment was a little difficult to navigate if you have a walker. It was hard to get around corners in the hallways.

The surrounding community is less attractive than some but the community itself was very nice on the inside. The tour was nice and some of the residents spoke with us. We saw the whole place and everyone was happy to be there.

I loved Clearwater Springs, and we almost went with them. But we ended up choosing a place where assisted living residents could mingle with independent living residents, since Mom is still young at heart and more active.
