I would tell others that Orchard Park is a nice place to live. They are friendly. We like this community for our loved one.

We chose this facility at the time because of the location, it is in a nice area of Charlotte. I also thought that the price was good for what we were getting. Although we never used it, holiday has a feature where you can visit other places and stay. The apartment sizes here are comparable to others places we looked into. I have noticed that even though it is in independent living, a lot of the residents needs more care. My mom is a pretty active person. The way they have handled the pandemic has been great and I appreciate it. Before the pandemic she was impressed with the food, but since then it has declined some. Overall, I think it is a good place and my mom is happy here.

[name removed] was very helpful and provided a great deal of information not only about Cogir but about memory care in general. Cogir memory care seems neat, clean, active, focused and is a comfortable size. Will stay on our list for when we get to the point of choosing a facility.

The food is not the best but It was better before covid, they deliver it to their rooms and it can get cold.. The rooms were a little small, but the staff is very friendly and they know me by name I would recommend this community to others.

It is a good place for your loved one. I just compare this community to the prior community and it is better. My loved one is doing more, is feeling better, and more active and social with other residents. The community is allowing window and virtual visits. During the summer we were able to have outside visits.

We ended up choosing Pinecrest because of the location. The apartment sizes here are probably a 3 out of 5. The food here has been really good, my mom enjoys it a lot. One that that I was surprised about is how much the monthly cost went up this year, I thought that it was a pretty big increase. The staff members have been very good and persistent about making sure the residents are safe during COVID. Overall, I would recommend the community to others.

We chose Queen Anne because it was a very attractive and we knew that this facility had a medicaid contract which was a wonderful thing. I have only seen my step moms room, she is in a 1 bedroom and it is pretty tight. I have eaten a couple meals here and it was pretty tasty, my step mother is also happy with it. She always says she enjoys the coffee here a lot as well. The current financial lady and head of wealth and management were very helpful and they really take the time to talk to you and help you out. I would recommend.

The staff is nice people but you are on your own. The price is higher than we wanted to spend. I don't have anything negative to say but nothing stands out either. I would recommend this facility to others, It's in a good area, it's safe and they are close to shopping.

I would say if you are LDS this is a great community. I felt ostracized by other community members due to me not sharing the same faith and other items. Some of the activities included bingo, movies, and they even had something every day for the residents to choose from.

I liked the community a lot. The staff were very friendly. Our exposure to this community was limited due to the pandemic. I would say to people this community is great for their loved ones who are more on the independent side.

My loved one enjoyed the freedom, being able to walk around the community, and the staff at Sunridge. The room is nice and clean for my loved one. The food was good. The staff was good, kind, and helpful to the residents and families.

Taking into account of COVID and all the restrictions, they have done a wonderful job given those restrictions. I came to visit this community twice and one of things i liked most about it was the location, which is in the city. I also love my apartment, it has a kitchenette and a washer and dryer in the apartment. They just changed chefs which i am very happy about, before the menu was boring and now they are trying different things which i appreciate. For what it is worth, it is a good place.

Is always willing to help in any way needed, including management. I've done a great job in working with the covid-19 pandemic. Communication could be better with updates pertaining to residents. I am very happy here, this is where I should be at this time in my life. Always willing to answer my questions. Residents are friendly.

My mother enjoys all of the caregivers. The office staff is friendly. The food is good. Unfortunately, it almost always arrives cold to the room. The facility is kept up nice. It would be nice if they could hire more staff. We have recommended Avamere to friends.

I'm not sure they have enough staff to assist with the assisted living community. Nothing critical though. It is a nice place, friendly, warmth in nature. I would recommend this community. I believe they have handled COVID very well, and this is a high point for me.

This community is overall great and they go out out of their way to help the residence. Room sizes are decent size my loved has a studio. They are getting their food in their rooms and it can come cold sometimes. I would definitely recommend this community

In general we loved this community, except the food. There was about two options to choose from, however it was fine for what it was. Everything else was so much better which is why we chose it. The care services were ala cart and the people they had available were great.

My father has been a resident for 5 years, and I have had quite a few visit to the facility. My interactions with the residents and staff has always been friendly and helpful. Avamere at Wenatchee has taken great care of my father. Whenever questions come up, the staff is very prompt with returning calls. The facility is very clean and the grounds are kept up nicely. Prior to pandemic, there were a lot of activities for the residents. During this covid-19, we appreciate the efforts to keep residents safe and family is informed. Wonderful Community. Shout out to [name removed] for going above and beyond with helping not only my husband and I, but the time she takes to interact with my father.

I don't care for some of the meals, but we all have all different tastes. People including the staff are wonderful and understanding of the needs. hopefully this virus will be over sometime soon so we can be all together again.
