We love the area this community is in, as well as the pond. It is really a great place and the price is reasonable. The staff and residents there are very friendly. Any issues our loved one has no matter what the staff are they to help out. Super attentive and accommodating. We like all the activities they have going on, especially the music they put on for the residents. It gets them out and dancing with one another. It is also a pet friendly community. We would recommend Emerald Pond to other families.

I did a virtual tour with Lake Shore Commons and they were very helpful and friendly. All in all it was a good tour, I just got a better deal somewhere else.

I would recommend you check out Emerald Pond to see if it would be a good fit for your loved one. The people are nice, the community is affordable, and a good value for the money. There is not a big selection of food available for the residents. The taste is also bland for some. There are quite a few activities for the residents to participate in. There is even a happy hour.

My experience has been complex, and not cut and dry. They say you get internet, but that's not a true statement. They do have the internet, but most people can't access it because it's not strong enough. But the food is good. The people are friendly, including the staff. Overall I think it's a a win-win. But there are tings that need improvement, which is true everywhere.

Overall, it's a good service. They're a good provider for my friend and people in his situation. It's a newly renovated, beautiful facility, both on the interior and exterior. It's roomy and clean, and a calming environment. There's a big TV screen for the people. The staff brought cookies by for the residents the other day when I was there. The staff seems fine overall. Sometimes I can smell urine in the hallways though. And the cost is very high, higher than we were expecting. But overall those are minor things. Especially after looking at other places, Cadence is a good choice.

We like how clean and well kept the community it. We also like the apartments those are also nice and clean, and we would recommend the Pincrest community to other families.

Right now nationwide there's a shortage of workers. Cogir has been victim to that as well and has not had enough people working. And then on top of that, they had a Covid outbreak. You could tell the caregivers were exhausted, which concerned my parents. They were obviously working very very hard but didn't seem to have the staffing to meet the needs of the community, which was evident to us in their several weeks' respite stay. My parents are both in wheelchairs, and the doorframes into the bathroom on the 1-bedroom and studio units are very narrow and don't seem like they're set up for wheelchair residents. So keep that in mind if your loved one is wheelchair-bound. They did have a lot of other ADA accommodations, but they did not make the door frames large enough. For us, one of the best things about our experience was we were in a desperate situation to find a place, and they allowed us to rent instead of buy in. I couldn't find any other place that would offer a furnished place for a rental, and [name removed] in sales was extraordinary. She called me back on Thanksgiving night, was very accommodating, got a room ready and painted, and went way out of her way. She even got a king size bed for my parents, which is hard to come by in senior living. I can't say enough about the staff in general. They are amazing. [Name removed] the head nurse oversees the entire care team and is phenomenal. He is very bright and a very skilled nurse. He has anticipated issues with my parents and run interference with their doctors. He has been incredible. Probably the best part of the experience has been him and his team. For my parent's needs, we had a great experience. It's maybe not quite as active of a community as we were expecting, due to many residents with higher care needs. But for the right resident, it's a great community.

This is a perfect community for independent living. It is easily accessible and they are very accommodating. It covers all my loved ones needs but it is very expensive and I feel like may be priced to keep certain populations out. They have activities like arts and crafts, holiday celebrations, choir practice, games and more for the residents to do to stay busy. There is a lot of general interaction between the residents. They also have a salon with a barber and they do hair and nails for the residents. They also have a very sensitive and an appropriate response to covid and it was handled excellent.

The staff members here are very friendly and the community is very inviting. We would recommend the Longmont Regent to other families

I feel safe and that my family member here is safe and well cared for. All though the place could use a few updates. I have seen the activity calendar and they have work out, games, movie events and more for the residents to do to stay busy .

i would recommend others to check this community out; the director is very good. a majority of the staff are really caring and on top of things, and a majority of the management team are very responsive. this community is located on beautiful grounds and everyone here seems to be doing their best. my loved ones do not take part in activities, but there are quite a few being offered at The Montecito. if your loved one is interested in activities, outings, and more - i would advise you to look into this community.

There was nothing wrong with this community just another that worked better for my family.

The staff has been great. My loved one has been making friends, he has a group of people that he sits and eats with and that makes us happy. He has a beautiful apartment, it backs up to the woods and close to Greenfield Lake. They renovated the apartment before he moved in so it was very clean and updated. The value for what you get is great. The reason I did not give a 5 was just because they have just switched accounting partners, so every bill we have gotten since our loved one moved in has been incorrect. It always gets resolved, but it is something that needs to be figured out and they are working on it. I do think they could do a better job with the meals, the food is good and balanced, but the service is not the best. I think they are understaffed, it takes about an hour to get everyone served. Overall I would recommend them to others looking, it is a really good value for the money.

We chose Cadence at Garner because my mother really liked the look and feel of the facility and everybody was extremely friendly. They seemed to have a lot of activities provided. The location was also great for our family. The rooms are a good size and are up to date. The staff has been really good to work with, administrative staff are especially responsive when we have any issues. We have had some problems with the overnight staff, but I know that happens everywhere. Overall we would recommend them to other looking.

For the value and for what we get for the cost it was worth it to us. My loved one has a good value for the cost that he is paying. The staff have all been really helpful and nice. Anytime I have a question they always get back to me.

The food is not as good as it looks at this community. The apartments are fine. The business staff specifically bookkeeping is not really good. It works for a group of people who are dependent on these people, and for some this may work for, but this did not work for my loved one.
