Cogir Senior Living

This community is worth checking out for your loved one. There was a lock down due to some covid cases and my mother was not happy about this and the meals changing and missing a few meals.

The value for the money is what sticks out the most to me, there is no comparison. It is a high end area and the apartments are very large and spacious, I am comfortable here. The grounds are just beautiful, my balcony off my apartment looks out to a fountain with flowers and tall trees and it is lovely. Overall it has been a good experience.

This is a beautiful campus. This is a good place to be depending on the care your loved one needs. I wish they had something between assisted living and memory care for my loved one's needs. They have changed cooks a couple of times. I think sometimes there is turnover in staffing like other communities.

The staff members are wonderful, but just due to the staffing issues the house keeping is a little slower on keeping up with the apartment cleaning. The meals and dining service is getting better according to our loved one. The activities are wonderful and they have a huge variety for the residents to participate in. They have themed parties every month and church services every Saturday and Sunday.

I have been here for two weeks. I love it and also the people that is here. I'm learning day by day.

We are very pleased with The Stratford .Wonderful activities and director. Facility is in dire need of upgrades though especially showers. Food services need to be more consistent. Meals are sparce at times.

I generally like living here. I think it is well managed. Food is usually good. It is expensive.

I moved my sister into The Terrace at Beverly Lake and have been very pleased with the warm, compassionate interest the staff has shown to her. There are many activities she can participate in and numerous other residents she can talk to. It is a bright, cheerful building with good-sized rooms. She loves it when a staff member occasionally brings in her cat or dog to be petted and cuddled!

I generally like living here. I think it is well managed. The food is generally good. It is expensive.

We are very pleased with the Stratford. Great activities director and they genuinely care for the residents. The facility is in dire need of upgrades, through- especially showers. Also- we need consistency with cooks- and food.

This community was really nice it just did not have the availability when I needed to secure a spot for my loved one.

Our tour at The Seville was good. The people were friendly. However, it was a more traditional building, so it was not as open concept as we were looking for.

Options include organized group activities each day in addition to three meals on the dining room outside dining is beautiful when the sunshine is out. Weekly housekeeping services are what I find most luxurious at this time of my life.

I had a nice tour with Vineyard Place but the atmosphere seemed more closed in and institutional.

I'm pretty happy overall, having had my loved one in more than one other facility. They're very responsive to problems. The staff I've found to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. They keep it cleaner than other facilities I've seen. We've had very few problems with the care - that's been great There are some things I don't like, but they're being addressed. For instance, security of the building, since it's a more open building. But that's been addressed of late.. My loved one complains about the food, mostly that it's not served hot enough, and then various other things. But they do a really great job with activities. In general, I would say most anyone should be pretty happy here if they're in a situation where they regularly need some type of assistance/care.

We had a great tour with Cogir of Queen Anne. The facility is absolutely beautiful and the staff were very accommodating. We just felt it was not the best fit based on my parents circumstances at the time but are reconsidering.
