For what the facility does, it is pretty good.

The staff is great. They are dedicated to the residents and flexible to make the best choices for each resident's particular needs.

Overall things are going pretty well. She got a great deal when moving in, they had a special going on we could not pass up. There is a lack of parking. It is down a small hill and there is only parking in front. On a day with a lot of visitors you don't really have any options since it is on a busy street and you cannot park along the street. I would say this facility is definitely worth looking into.

Brandywine Living community itself is vey clean but there could be more house keeping within the apartments - maybe even just twice a week would make a difference. It is a pet friendly community and they have a nice dog park area which is one of the reasons we picked this community. Also the apartments were bigger then other apartments we saw at different communities. Our loved one have done a few activities but their dog keeps them pretty busy so they haven't taken advantage of a ton but from what we have seen they look really good. They absolutely loves the meals. What came to a surprise for us is that it seems we have to advocate for our loved ones just a little more then what we thought - it seems we are having to be more reactive instead of proactive.

They have a lot of good activities but they could improve on the quality of the care, the cleanliness and the overall value for cost

We have had a good overall experience.

We had various issues. They wouldn't take the rent check the first of the month - it would be the middle to the end of the month before they would take it. Some of the staff did not communicate well with one another, which caused us issues. The residents were not very nice. And I thought it was overpriced for what it was.

It is a good community, they are a little short staff sometimes but they are trying their best to improve.

I value The Bellingham at Orchard. Great staff. Great programming. Good food. Supportive. I am dismayed by the cost and the for-profit system of most senior care in general. But given that, I value The Bellingham for its transparency to me as an adult child of one of their residents and their great ability to hire compassionate staff.

My husband has progressed in his disease and I was hoping he would have more attention given. He's declining and they have tried to engage and encourage him but when he doesn't want to, he just goes to his room to sleep. I feel like the advantages Georgian Lakeside has aren't of any benefit to him. I'm paying so much but could have had this kind of care for less money. I have nothing negative to report.

The family visited 5 memory care facilities and found the Cogir at the Quarry to be clean and nice family room set up. We also liked that they had a Nurse on staff at all times. After being there for 3 months, we are very happy with the kind staff and activities. The family gave input for more appropriate food due to dental work. It would be nice if there was a family liaison. We are happy with the placement and still prefer it as our best choice.

Lotus Park isn't perfect, but I like it overall. It's in a good location, and the living situation is nice. The main problem is it has been hard for them to get and keep good employees.

I like Cogir of Manteca. My husband is in memory care, and the girls there are excellent. They keep me very well informed about him and send me pictures of him. Even though I see him often, they still do that. And he really feels like he's at home there. One thing they could improve on is the parking is not good.

I toured this facility and my loved one almost moved here, but she decided to go with one of the other locations.

I toured this facility. It was very big, actually too big. I didn't see how special care for cognitively impaired residents could be impactful.

They offer activities, but mom didn't participate. Housekeeping was good and community was clean. My only issue was we had to move mom out because they didn't have the level of care that she needed after she fell. That was my fault because I didn't ask the right questions up front. Cost was reasonable.

This community is very close to our family which was a deciding factor, we do think the value is excellent especially compared to other communities in the area. The staff members are all very friendly and they have quite a few activities going on, they have a social hour twice a week that our loved ones goes to. We have not had a meal there ourselves but he seems to be very happy. We would recommend this community to other families.

They try to make things right but some of their floor staff is negative and not helpful but others are great.

We have some background in this and we understand just how important the meals and dining service is and for that this community gets a 5++ Our loved one says he has not had a bad meal there as of yet, he loves it and eats everything. We stayed there with him for about a week to get him adjusted and we even thought the meals were good. For us the location is very convenient and based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the tour experience was very very good but the price was just to high for our family.
