When it comes the meals and dining, sometimes, it looks like a cafeteria food. The indoor activities receives a 4 and the outdoor activities gets a 2. With the value for cost that may be due to a decline in his heath. Was given a military discount. I just needed to show discharge papers

Cadence has been nothing but a positive experience for us. The tour was extremely helpful, [name removed] answered all of our questions and helped us every step of the way. It took some time to get him in, but it was worth the wait. The facility is always clean, never smells weird, the staff always say hello and are willing to help. The environment is quiet and homey. While my father in law doesn't partake in the social aspects, there is a ton to choose from and quite diverse. My favorite is the puzzle table that is always ongoing! Whenever we have a question, it's always answered in a timely manner. We are so grateful to the people that care for my father in law daily, so that we can just enjoy spending time with him.

The staff is the best! Always patient and friendly. There could be more variety in the food. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

We have a great relationship with the Director and the staff. My mother-in-law was reluctant to enter Assisted Living but she says now how glad she is that she lives at Cadence. We enjoy visiting her there and we would highly recommend this facility to other families.

Great to have option of PT and home health services on site. when it comes to the activities, it is not as good for someone with memory issues but we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

I moved my mother and father into the Montecito independent living they have lived in the same house for over 50 years. It took a little bit of time for adjustment and they actually love it now has been helpful, courteous and kind. There are a few little quirks first to welcome people to the neighborhood And other things like this water Spicket nothing big but overall it has been great for them very affordable

Cogir Fremont is very nice community for Chinese residents. There are many of us that speak Cantonese together so feels like home in Hong Kong. Food is good, but could do more Chinese traditional cooking. I do see chef makes her own dumplings. Very nice, but we do want more dishes like mapo tofu, spicy eggplant, Chinese broccoli We have a Mah Jong group that plays, I have a good time there and I make many friends. Staff is very friendly and the director helped me move my apartment to a newly renovated one. I appreciate this consideration. There is an activities team member that speaks Cantonese as well, she is very helpful. Thanks

My mother recently moved in and I absolutely love it! The staff is sweet and kind. Everybody always looks so happy - the residents and staff. There are so many daily activities, my mom is always busy. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a lovely place to visit. We really couldn’t be happier.

Overall it is a wonderful place to call home. As with any senior living property, there have been issues, but usually are reconciled within reasonable time! Lots of fun and great staff and residents.

I would recommend to others and we picked this community because of it being in town.

Comfortable, clean and friendly

This is a great place to live. The rooms are nice and are cleaned every week. There various activities. Sometimes things are not commicated.. Overall it is nice here Three meals are included here. It is nice not to cook. The grounds are nice with flowers and trees. It is a good area to walk around. It is near shopping,restaurants and a major park.

Friendly place, caring staff, facilities under construction but inside is beautiful. There’s plenty of activities to do and friends to make. My mom loves it here. The surrounding area by Titlow is beautiful. You can hear the trains go b. Some people like that and some do not.

The staff is very friendly and kind. Always ready with positive comments and are very approachable right up to the head manager. What I have come to discover is the goal they have is to give people a lot to be happy about.

The best part of Pacific Regent is the people. The residents and the staff are all friendly and welcoming people. There is a great family feel here. We care about one another. Food is excellent. Apartments decent size.

They are not properly staffed in the kitchen and causes delays. However, based on the experience we have had we would recommend The Windham by Cogir community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

My Mom is at Harvard Square and I really like it there. I liked the move in special that I was given when we moved her in. [fee removed] off rent for 6 months. That was great. Her cost of care is expensive, but pretty on track with other facilities. The food is good and they have good activities, but I would like to see more crafts or stuff like that. Everyone seems to be happy and the Happy Hour's are fun. I think that her quality of care is good but sometimes I need to be more assertive with them because they let my Mom say she doesn't want a shower and then she misses her shower day which is Monday and then she won't get one until the next Monday. I have told them if she refuses that they are to call me. Her excuse for refusing is saying that she is too shaky, she has tremors. That is not a good excuse for missing her shower for the week. She has a shower chair and being shaky doesn't affect her getting a shower. I also have a hard time understanding the caregivers sometimes because they are all from other country's. It is just hard to understand them and when you have hearing impaired older people it makes it even harder for them to know what is going on. Over all, I really like it there for my Mom. She is 90 and can't join a lot of activities because she is on oxygen, but her apartment is nice and she likes it. All of the residents are very nice and very welcoming. They all seem happy there and they all hang out in the lobby by the main door. There are lots of windows and it makes the main lobby very light and bright and airy. I had gone to another place and it was beautiful, but it seemed oppressive when you first walked in. I got a total different vibe from Harvard Square and the community there.

What we like the most about Cogir at The Quarry is the friendliness and attentiveness from the staff. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families, but they need to improve on card games and games to allow more people to be come involved. My dad was very happy overall but was disappointed not being able to join card games because they had "enough" players.
