The housekeepers don't have enough time to do a thorough job like cleaning the windows and blinds, sweeping the porches, cleaning the refrigerators etc. But they try really hard. The food has improved at 100% since our new chef took over. Thank you, the landscaping is just barely mediocre, lawns not trimmed regularly, bushes and shrubs not trimmed. And we walk everyday.

Our Servers are great. Food is mostly good, sometimes its to much paste which makes people fat!. We have fun, the staff is great. What is missing is security at night. The doors from the outside are locked, but there is no security on the outside. All things considered its pretty good.

The facility was too expensive and we did not think that our loved one would fit in well here. The courtyard for memory care residents was small.

I would recommend this community to others for their loved ones. The stay has been good for my loved one as well. The staff are friendly and caring towards to the residents. The location is good for family visits.

They have really nice people here. It is not as organized as I would like it sometimes however they are nice and thoughtful. The staff are very good people and care about the residents.

I have always felt safe, wonderful, and happy at the Stratford. This past year has been a little different because of the pandemic but they have done all they could.

A good community before and after the pandemic.

We saw 5 different place and we really liked the friendliness of the staff members, the room set ups, and the whole setting, it was very calming. It was far and above the best out of the ones we saw. it has been wonderful and they have handled the most recent covid outbreak well. My father has been very happy here and I would recommend them to others who are looking.

The community is clean and it is an efficiently ran place. The staff is responsive, and there seems to be some turnover of staff currently. The Executive Director seems to be good, and hope he stays a while. The elder community is understood well by the Executive Director.

It's a pretty good place. I would recommend it. I like the staff. They seem to be accommodating and very helpful, and just really nice people. The facility seems to be well maintained. The suites are nice, but I would like it if the refrigerator were a little bigger so there would be room for things like ice cream, especially because I don't believe they have any type of open kitchen or snack stations here. But I like that they're strict on Covid regulations. And they've been very nice and very prompt.

Lovely, small community of 55 or less. Great location. Very cute and clean apartments. Executive staff very kind and gives immediate attention to concerns or requests. Wish we had found it long ago. Great!!

It's a nice place. The room itself is nice. I love to cook and bake, so I wish there were a garbage disposal, dishwasher, and oven with more burners. I don't like that the staff just knock once and then come right on in. Also, I don't think the food is very good. And for the 2-3 days in a row that I forgot to press the "I'm not dead button," nobody called or came to check on me. But the people here are very, very nice.

It is a nice and friendly community that is clean. The community is in transition as they just lost their chef. The community wasn't following the corporate meal plan, and we didn't know about this, as it was never communicated to us.

We chose Cadence at Huntersville because of the close location to her and my house. If someone is coming from a house, it will take some getting used to. I do think wherever you take your loved ones, you have got to stay on top of their care and be an advocate for them. I would recommend this facility to others who are looking.

Pincrest community feels like a family here, a really nice environment. They have a lot of activities everyday and right now they are doing Olympic themed activities. I do really like it here and I think the value for cost is worth it.

I toured Andara and it was a very nice facility. The rooms here were laid out differently so my furniture would not have fit.
