I would recommend them. The director, nurses etc moved in and out, but the caregivers were wonderful. They loved mom and all the residents- even the difficult ones. [name removed]is the office manager and she has been there 10 or 15 years. She really keeps the place going. We were attracted to them because they were north of Seattle - I moved to Redmond. They were pet friendly - mom loved dogs. Facility was bright and clean and, of course, it was memory care so mom never escaped

Studio Royale is a nice place. My godmother could no longer do some things on her own at her home. [name removed] was able to help me with the process of getting an apartment and care for my godmother. I would recommend Studio Royale to anyone who is looking for place for their love one.

I would say his overall experience has been good. He has not complained about the cleanliness or the staff, they have been great based on my experience with them. He enjoys most meals, but has said that service is slow at times. He has participated in activities and has enjoyed them. I would say that the value of cost is ok as long as the cost increases are minimal.

My parents were in need of a place they could feel at home. They are doing very well in the two months they have been at Solista. It is a huge relief to see them thriving. They often refer to their apartment as "our house."

I would recommend but like I said, all of the places can just be sad. I plan to go for a long sail with a bottle of pills if I ever lose my memory. They were fine. Places are just all a little depressing. We picked them because of the location, activities, outdoor space and single room options

The Lofts by Cogir is a fully independent community. I enjoy cooking, so one of the things I appreciate are the full-sized kitchen appliances. Also, each apartment has full-sized washers and dryers. The Lofts are located on a large campus that which encompasses assisted and memory care, so some services are shared (I.e. maintenance). Having toured multiple independent facilities in Vancouver, the Lofts is the most preferable by far.

[name removed] past away in [name removed]. Who knows how it is today. She was in the memory wing. People were pleasant and kind. She didn't participate in many activities per her choice. The unit premises were old but kept clean. We had an issue with laundry missing and/someone else's laundry appearing. I bought her a TV that never made it to her room. A different one was placed. But all in all, it was a step above what we left.

Close to downtown Edmonds and waterfront with friendly residents and staff. Weaknesses include poor security and old vehicle used to transport residents which break down. Advertised WIFI has very poor coverage. Previously the dining room has table clothes and cloth napkins. Currently paper napkins and the ambience of a cheap restaurant. Management inexplicably replaces perfectly good furniture with cheaper and less comfortable products.

[name removed] great. [name removed]still goes there to visit other people and staff. Just sooo expensive but comparable to other care centers.

I recommend highly. Very friendly and attentive staff. We picked this community because of the services are comprehensive. Atmosphere very homey, apartments are large and staffed 24/7.

My mom had a stroke so we moved her several times for higher level of care. She can no longer walk. But she talks to her friends there weekly. We were at cogir to see her friend last week and had lunch with 10 friends. They use a medication system omnicare we had to call the ombudsman to deal with the non notification of the program and the $[removed] cost they charged before notifying us.

The staff is very friendly. They are patient and kind with the memory care patients. I wish the memory care patients had a choice of meals, and had more access to snacks and beverages, like the non-memory care residents do. I would love to see a larger variety of activities, but it is possible that I am just not aware of the activities that they have available to them.

My dad loves the caregivers who work with him. They are very kind and caring. He feels comfortable and welcomed. He tells me that he is so lucky to be so well cared for. I appreciate the communication from the med tecs as well.

So far so good. The only thing my dad has mentioned that could be a concern is sometimes he chooses to pass on lunch or dinner when they are not making what he likes. If there are options which I think there is they need to mention those on the calendar and make it to where the residents are clear on the options. His memory is slipping so he doesn’t ask enough questions so he chooses not to eat. Possibly they could mention it more often and post the options too. He loves the staff and they are great with him. Makes my heart happy!

We are pleased with the place for my mom for the most part and. She is happy and comfortable. She is in independent care and I did not mark the quality of care, but for the care she gets and maintenance staff and the use of the nurse it would be 5 points. Lots of remodeling and changes in management has been a bit disruptive. Therefore, communication has not always been forthcoming. Overall the staff is fantastic and her room is comfortable and she has what she needs in activities.

"Cogir" even the art on the wall is excellent. They seem to celebrate All Occasions. What my mom loves. The employees seem to be happy working at their jobs. Especially [name removed]. Who runs the front desk. We give him a 10

The care my loved one is receiving is excellent and their programs and attention to details are very well done. The apartment is very nice and clean and my sister is happy with the living space. Thank you.

After deciding to visit this site on a whim as a potential place for my Mom to live, I have been very pleased with this as her place to call home. The people (residents and staff) have been welcoming, nice to live/work with and more. My Mom has been happy with the food, the floor plan and the care given. It also comes at a logical and acceptable price.

The Dr. is great, too much staff turnover - causes lack of continuity. I would like to see more activities for the more able patients. Also they used to have a dog which was great for people but it seems corporate has stopped allowing that- bummer. [name removed] (nurse) and [name removed] at front desk are particularly good and helpful. I do wish they had more staff as the staff are a bit overloaded.

The Virginian has improved over time and recently completed a total remodel. It was a little rough living there during construction but is much improved as a total community.
