Friendly staff, helpful when pushed. The overall decor was much more modern and updated. The memory care team seemed to be much more actively involved with the residents.

The level of attention at the beginning of the process was great. I do feel it has trailed off since my dad is now there. I would recommend to others. Better dining choices and options. And billing flexibility

My father loves the facility and employees. My sister said the rooms are clean. The only problem was the 12 month wait. I understand most of that is out of your hands, but we were scrambling towards the end since we were approaching a period of time my sister would have to make decisions regarding her relocation from GA to NC.

Everyone at Solista Grants community is professional and friendly. They have activities planned although there are some days where not much is going on.

I did a virtual tour so took a minute for the tech. It included follow up phone call so all my questions were immediately answered and very positive. We are very excited about Cogir of Westend.

[Name Removed] was very nice. The facility looks clean. I personally do not like it has carpet and the bathrooms are not very dated. Also I don’t know why all bathrooms have showers the 2 bedroom plan has 1 shower and 1 bath tub. Not very safe. Overall looks nice

Great people. Clean facilities. Billing is an issue. The amount shouldn't be changing almost on a daily basis. For example we met with the billing people on [date removed] and I was given a billing amount written out with detail of what was being charged. On [date removed] I was called and they were asking for an enterally different amount. I will pay what was detailed for me on the [date removed].

Everyone was responsive and sweet to our Mom. We were always greeted with a smile and welcomed by the front office staff. The med techs were knowledgeable and worked with Mom's hospice team to ensure she was palliated timely. The aides were friendly and gentle and kept her room clean and tidy. The Redwood Heights building could use some painting and the carpets need constant cleaning, but otherwise it was clean. The availability of food was good, but often Mom could not eat it because of what was being served and her illness. She never went to the dining room and did not do any of the activities so we cannot comment on those services.

The staff is friendly, there is a lot of activity. The place is always clean, but the food could be better.

I would rate them a 4, the food was acceptable. The room we rented was a very nice studio and it was roomy and clean upon move in. There was no hand rail on the outside going down the steps and that was never completed even though they promised to add one. All in all it was a good experience.

[name removed] was a wonderful and honest 'host'. Did not pressure me at all. Sold me on the feeling of the place being like a 'home'. He was proud of it.

The main complaint I have is this building is not totally set up for wheelchairs. I've had one beef with the management. The director has adamantly refused to move a table from the middle of a hallway. Said table is also in front of the elevator. The food here is well above what I expected. My room is just fine. I'm alone and a studio works well for me. The grounds are reasonably well cared for. The building itself is clean and well staffed. It's near a bus line, and equidistant from three grocery stores. I am generally happy here.

We found touring Atrium to be a positive experience, and it helped us recognize that we are not ready for that life change.

It is a beautiful facility, fun outings and at home activities. My mother likes the food, they even have salmon. The only negatives is that is hard at time to communicate with staff and the billing is not consistent, the balance varies, nevermore than what was qoute, but also never the same.

I like that it's small. The residents and staff are all so caring and friendly towards one another. It's been a really good fit for my mom.

[name removed] was certain he wouldn't like this kind of living. Now he's sleeping well, has gained 25 pounds and enjoys visiting with other residents in the dining room. I'm happy because he's happy! House keepers are nice to Have as well. Thanks to [name removed] and all the staff as well.

Value for the money and the staff is very friendly, improvements could be made on the temporary entrance due to construction. It is very hard to pick up a resident.

I'm very Happy with Cogir and Clearwater Springs. Caring staff, very clean, plenty of activities. Amazing design in creating a natural lit Great room cafeteria. Very pleasant history events and pleasant to sit and visit with other residents. This is one of the few assistd living facilities that is truly an age-in-place while being a spend-down to Medicaid.

I think Cadence has been a healthy clean environment that has disappointed me occasionally when they failed to show up in time for my dad. The food is bland and while it looks good on the menu and the plate it is usually tasteless and too institutional. My dad never participated in any activities so didn't rate that. Like all these assisted living places for profit it is DRASTICALLY overpriced while underpaying their everyday staff.

It was a beautiful assistant living facility but no memory care onsite. It felt like a hotel. Mom needs a lot of care and reminders. She may be a better fit in a smaller environment.
