The staff at Orchard Pointe made my mother feel comfortable and cared for in the last weeks of her life. The staff was compassionate, caring and professional. I will always be grateful to them.

Maintenence request and all that is really good, it's fast, they only reason I didn't rate them a 5 is because of the timing. They have two live ins that manage the property and one fo the couples had been moved to another palce so the past month has been a struggle for the staff while they wait for the new managers to get there. They constantly have stuff going on, my mother doesn't really participate but they have an activities director. They're very attentive to the people, the know the poeple and the managers, right when you get on board they get to know you and they get me apprised on things. My mother is inbetween independent living and assisted living and the only reason she can live here is because they have an arrangement with a home care place and they have so many patients that use them so they're there all day.

The didn't have a room so quickly available (we had 3 days) but I liked it very much. I know they have a lot of Parkinson's things going on there, if we had more time we probably would have gone here, it was also more expensive.

It's great, I'm very happy there. The stratford ahs been meeting my needs fine, I really can't say any more than it has everything I need, they let me alone if I want to be alone, if I want to do something they have activities, the foods good and it's exactly what I needed and good for somebody that lives alone. The offer is always out there for people to come and stay for a couple of nights, try the food, and that's really the only way you can compare it to the other living communities out there. I went to this one first with the intent of going to others, they just offered everything I needed and I didn't need to look any furthur.

A true 5 star!!!***** I was looking for a home for my 85 year old Mother who has dementia and I believe I found the perfect spot for her at Redwood Heights. My first communication was with Rosalind and what an amazing lady. She spent over an hour on the phone with me and finally 2 years later and many, many phone calls and tears we finally got mom situated in her new beautiful home. I had looked at many others but they just didn't have that warm fuzzy feeling like Redwood Heights. It wasn't an easy task and we are still trying to get her acclimated. Every employee and staff member that we have come in contact with has been awesome. They have gone above and beyond trying to help Mom and believe me it has not been easy. She has wandered off a couple times and they have been spot on to get her back to her room and calmed down. From Mike, to Rosalind to Michelle, Gloria, Rhonda, Aaron, Scott, Vanessa, Jessica, Debra, etc. I can't even remember all of them but let me just say that we love all of them. Mom is not easy and they have made her feel so at home and she always says, "I love it here and everyone is so nice"! I would absolutely recommend Redwood Heights!

The Princeton Village - Nathan is the person who runs the show, and Melissa is the sales manager and they're both very caring, courteous and kind people. They took time to meet with her, and be with her. They're very helpful, although they have just one maintenance guy. Still. the apartments are in good repair and are very clean. They have a good laundry facility, exercise room, and a movie theater. I was really fortunate that the Princeton had a one-bedroom apartment available right when I needed it. The Princeton is also one of those places that, if you run out of personal funds, will continue to care for your loved one on Medicaid.

We recently moved a relative to Arte. It is a beautiful faciilty and the food is superb. Since it is not a capacity some things were less than perfect, but nothing is ever just perfect, the staff was more than willing to correct any issues and work with us to make sure all our relative's needs were met. It is now under a new management and great things are happening. Our relative is enjoying the activities and all they have to offer. He feels welcome, has made new friends and knows the staff cares for him. We have the peace of mind that he, although living independently, at over 88, is in a setting where he can thrive but then has help if needed. The new management is reaching out to the residents and their families for input on how to make it the best it can be. New residents are moving into the beautifully appointed apartments weekly. Be sure and take a tour when looking for such a place for yourself or a loved one. You will not be disappointed.

We had my father living there about 2 weeks. He died about 2 weeks ago, after being transferred from the hospital. I thought their level of care was excellent; They cooordinated with hospice and checked on him every hour. The staff were very welcoming to us. They were very professional - they have a private dining room, and they went over all the details with us. I have to admit that, not knowing what all this cost, it was competitive with others but it came to about $165 a day for both the care and the studio apartment. That was for a kitchenette, a chair and a sofa bed. The apartment was very bright and well-lit and the facilities were very well taken care of.

The only complaint I would have is there is not a smooth transition when you first move in. There is not a system in place to make sure new residents have their medications and no one seemed to have any answers. My mom wishes there was more to do, there are no arts and crafts, which she would like.

Positive: staff is friendly, warm, compassionate, caring, responsive, attentive. Facility is clean and well managed. Mom's apartment is large, spacious, great light, inviting. Right now she is in independent and we are on the waiting list for assisted. It is taking longer than was originally presented to us for her to get into assisted. We are waiting for a two bedroom. There are lots of activities and festivities. Staff works hard to keep the place jumping! Wonderful happy hours, get togethers, games, puzzles, so much to do! Negative: food is so so. Not a lot of variety. Kitchen staff, that is the food servers, are a bit lackluster. Not as attentive as one would hope. Possible language barriers in the wait staff. We've only been there for four months and management has already turned over entirely. All three top-tier positions. There are new people there. That was a bit odd.

The Windham has been a good environment with a blend of care and freedom. The staff is prompt and friendly. Truly caring for their resident. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

This was a beautiful new facility. Everything was designed well. The AL units have their own washer/dryer in unit which is a big plus. The staff were very friendly, helpful and they seem to be well staffed. My only negative is if you have a resident in AL that needs a lot of help, it can get quite expensive. Their add-on fees are quite a bit.

Helpful. Caring. Flexible when needed

My daughter toured this facility for me as I am currently in North Carolina. She said it was very nice as was the staff. She said it appears to be an assisted living facility which is not what I'm looking for. Also, the cost was about 3X more than what I told "A Place for Mom" that I can afford.

The staff are all super friendly & the residents so welcoming. The dining room choices are great with lots of variety. The maintenance & housekeeping staff are right there when you need them. I only have praises for Cogir & would recommend it to any family or friend.

The meal servers are awesome - friendly, helpful, upbeat. The head cook here is horrible at meal planning, menu, and cooking. Meat is always dry and chewy. Chicken about 5 nights a week. The other cooks are OK but season food overly much. Apartments are nice and there is a lot of closet space. Management not good and seem uncaring of the residents. Many of the residents are friendly.

Everyone was very friendly. I liked the place and would consider it for Mom. But they only had studios available. Also the outdoor area, though surrounded by pine trees, could be decorated to be more inviting for walking etc.

[name removed], the representative was very helpful. She showed us a couple of rooms as well as dining area, arts and crafts. She was also very helpful in explaining cost. We’re stilll just a little nervous about price.

The place was very nice. The apartment that was coming available we weren’t able to see as the resident was still there. We wanted a studio apartment and we saw a one bedroom the only difference was that the one bedroom had a wall separating it from the living space so it was very large very nice. All the residents seemed happy. The only problem was the place had an odor they need airflow/freshener installed. When we got there it was a little chaotic a lot of people around the front desk. It does need a little updating.

It is a reasonable price and a nice facility. Less expensive places were much less nice. Or "Hilton" looking facilitates were out of our price range. The staff is nice. I would recommend it.
